Abstract

This study aims to determine the construction or concept of human resource management, human resource management functions, and human resource management applications. This research is a qualitative research . The technique used in determining the informants is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data analysis technique of this research uses Miles and Huberman type analysis which divides the analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing, verification. Furthermore, this research shows that the application of human resource management at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Way Jepara, East Lampung is to carry out human resource needs planning, human resource procurement, human resources  achievement evaluation and development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is that education is a big responsibility of a nation. All components and factors supporting the success of education have a very close relationship. Educational staff include school/madrasah principals, education unit supervisors, administrative staff, librarians, laboratory personnel, technicians, study group managers, tutors and cleaners. In the context of educational institutions, one of the key factors for the success of managing educational institutions is the leadership of school/madrasah principals, pesantren caregivers, deans, rectors, and all elements of education. This research is a conceptual research using qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that human resources are company assets that must be maintained. Empowerment of human resources that is managed regularly and systematically will produce quality and competitive human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to find out an independent curriculum for the learning of our peers. The curriculum holds a key position in an educational institution, as it deals with determining the direction, content and educational process, which ultimately determines the type and quality of graduates of an institution. This research is a type of literature research. The approach used is a qualitative approach.  The results showed that Merdeka Learning returned educational literacy to its khittah as a strategic momentum to realize the goals of National Education so that religious spirituality literacy, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills of students in restoring education.

Abstract

Research focuses on Islamic educational leadership influencing the leadership development and parenting of parents who are members of the military (TNI) in instilling children's personalities, because parental parenting is also related to the way parents provide education to their children. This research is a qualitative-descriptive type. Data accumulation techniques by means of in-depth interviews. From the results of the study, it was found that Islamic education leadership has an influence that underlies leadership development inspired by the ideal leadership of the Prophet as a maksum commander,Islamic education leadership also affects the implied parenting, namely democratic, and militaristic parenting. By applying these democratic parenting styles, religious, theoretical, and social personalities are formed in children.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of information submitted on the website at one of the Madrasahs in Ngawi Regency about the use of technology as a medium for disseminating information. The method used in this study is to use qualitative descriptive research. The data was obtained from content analysis and interviews as well as in-depth observations conducted in one of the Madarasahs in Ngawi Regency. The results showed that the use of information technology that is actively used is Instagram and YouTube, information dissemination and promotion that is actively managed and used by Madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the methods used by pesantren to promote organizational sustainability after Covid-19. The research method used is qualitative, using a descriptive survey methodology. The presentation of data is carried out by comparative analysis. The results showed that theimplementation of strategic management is oriented towards sustainability; pesantren that have successfully survived are trying to revitalize with the objectives of academic programs; the transformation of the learning system from a traditional model to technology-based learning; and the functionalization of pesantren as a facilitator of disease prevention. The social consequences of this study include an objective and reasonable evaluation from the community that pesantren have a stable and durable organizational structure. Thus, in the face of similar obstacles, pesantren can guarantee the quality of their teaching to the local community.

Abstract

Basically a growing and developing child is unruly and difficult to understand the commands of the parents. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, as well as by taking data by documentation, interviews, and observations. Abstract

Community relations are an important pillar in the development of institutions, including the development of madrasas. Public relations management is needed as an effort to create harmonious relations between institutions and the community. Various models of public relations that have been put forward by experts include the Press Agentry model, Public Information and the Two-way Asymmetrical Model which are models that are often used in building institutional and community relations. Through qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of data on community relations were processed using data and source triangulation. The results obtained from this study are that MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran applies a public relations model through the press agentry model with various forms of programs and activities including routine recitations, year-end activities, performing arts and others. These programs and activities are carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran in order to strengthen relations with the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation  of service management in improving the quality of inclusive education. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Tulungagung, SDI Al-Azhaar Tulungagung, and MI Modern SAKTI Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative approach of the type of case study. The results showed that the management of inclusion education services was carried out by providing facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the needs of Students with Special Needs (PDBK), competent educators, modifying the curriculum and assessment system for PDBK, and creating a pleasant learning atmosphere.  The implementation of service management  in the three educational institutions has their own characteristics in accordance with the vision and mission of the school. Although there are different objectives, basically the objectives of education still refer to the quality standards specified in the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal’s strategy for building an organizational culture in educational institutions. Because the principal has an important role in building an organizational culture to create a safe and pleasant atmosphere in learning, the type of research used is qualitative research. This research was conducted at Bojonegoro Regency. Sources of data taken are principals, teachers, and good students in collecting data using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, in analyzing the data using data collection, data condensation, and conclusion. There are several organizational cultures developed by the principal, namely through religious culture, achievement culture, clean environment culture, discipline culture, and reading culture.
