Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the problem of revenue management at SMAIT Nur Hidayah and its alternative solutions. This study used a qualitative field approach. The primary data is in the form of observations and in-depth interviews with school principals and finance staff. Secondary data is in the form of education bill documents. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman technique, namely through the stages of presenting data, reducing data, and creating meaning. The results of this study indicate: income management problems at SMAIT Nur Hidayah are caused by the absence of a variety of payment systems that make it easy for users and the absence of strict sanctions for users who do not fulfill their obligations in paying bills. Alternative solutions to this problem are 1) holding a system of paying off arrears in stages, 2) holding a payment package system (bundling) with certain profit offers, 3) developing and maximizing digital services (fintech), 4) building a system to anticipate negligence, 5) imposition of strict sanctions for violators of rules/agreement.

Abstract

Evaluation is an important activity to carry out because it is a starting point to determine the decisions and policies that will be taken as a determinant of the direction of the course of a program. This article examines the application of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation in the superior madrasah pilot program at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta. This research method uses field research, namely field research at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta by interviewing several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of documents and related data sources contained in MTsN 1 Yogyakarta. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman method is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. Based on the results of research that the superior madrasah pilot program at MTsN 1 Yogyakarta can be considered to have been carried out in accordance with the intended purpose of the program, this is evidenced by the achievements achieved by students who are members of a special superior class that they have been able to make a work product that is in the form of goods such as electric masks, non-chemical handsanitizers,  also in terms of scientific papers contested at the provincial and national levels. Although it has been considered successfully realized, there are several things that must be improved and improved, namely related to the human resources of educators who must be trained to be qualified in the field of scientific research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine international accreditation management to assess quality standards at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that UIN Sunan Kalijaga has implemented an international standard quality assurance system and has received FIBAA international accreditation and AUN-QA certification. In 4ICU Unirank 2022 UIN Sunan Kalijaga obtained the top 16 rankings of the best Islamic universities in the world and the best Islamic universities nationwide.

Abstract

Every educational institution must have different student management which is unique or rare between one educational institution and another. This study is a literature review that explores and analyzes the results of various types of previous research on related topics. This research seeks to explain the results of student management studies with the aim of increasing student achievement. Based on the results of this literature review, we can conclude that : (1) student programs are planned at the beginning of the school year and approved by the principal, teachers and supervisors. (2) The implementation of student management has several stages, including: Acceptance of new students, Selection of students, Orientation of students, Placement of students, Guidance and development of students. (3) Evaluation is carried out based on each field by supervisors who are expert in their fields. Evaluation is able to find out the comparison of targets with achievements, as well as knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine "Building a Positive Image of the School Through the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program in the Perspective of Cultural Communication" using a qualitative with case study. At SMPN 1 Kotaanyar, researchers observed, interviewed, and documented. Islamic society, in general, with different races and ethnicities, has the same goal: to want their sons and daughters to continue studying and deepen their knowledge of the Qur'an. Thus SMPN 1 Kotaanyar provides a program of tahfidzul Qur'an in order to build a positive image of the school from this perspective. Cultural communication. Based on research conducted at SMPN 1 Kotaanyar through the tahfidzul Qur'an program, which was carried out to build a positive image of the school from a cultural communication perspective by making an attractive logo as a brand, promoting the institution through the availability of social media, and increasing the value of students and perspective alums quality and Qur'anic soul.

Abstract

This research seeks to find out about the transformational leadership of madrasa principals in the implementation of the independent curriculum in institutions. This research was conducted in MAN 2 Probolinggo. This research causes a descriptive qualitative method. The object of research is the head of the madrasa and stakeholders at the MAN 2 Probolinggo madrasa. Data collection was used through observation, interviews, and documentaries. The results of his research show that: a) the transformational leadership of the madrasa head is very optimal in building morale and providing high motivation for resources in the madrasa so that readiness arises in implementing the independent curriculum, b) the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN 2 Probolinggo has developed effectively, structured, and optimum.

Abstract

It is undeniable that civilization during the Abbasid Dynasty was the heyday of Islam with the development of education and science. The rapid development of education during the Abbasid Dynasty was due to the large number of Islamic educational institutions at that time. The characteristics of Islamic education management at that time were a benchmark of educational progress, so in this case a library research study was needed in describing the form of Islamic education management, this research is a type of library research research with data sources coming from library data from various books and articles published relevant to the object of research and data analysis is carried out by collecting raw data, data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The characteristics of Islamic education management in the Abbasid dynasty have an inclusive character towards students from various ethnic backgrounds, races, religions and between groups, the existence of self-supporting education financing through waqf, participation and support of the caliphs to the world of education, high welfare of educators, facilities and adequate educational infrastructure. Based on the results of the study in the form of a description of the characteristics of Islamic education management during the Abbasid Dynasty, it can add to the repertoire of the realm of education management to improve the quality of education, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study describes the application of managing online learning media through the Google Classroom application to increase student interest in MI Miftahul Islam. Media in daring learning is especially very influential on students' learning interest; we need a suitable press. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews. The informants in this study consisted of four people: the principal, the teacher, and two students. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, reduction, display, and drawing of conclusions. The study results found that management is carried out using; planning, implementing google classroom and evaluation. By implementing the direction of online learning media through the Google Classroom application, it can increase the learning interest of MI Miftahul Islam students supported by several factors, namely, (1) Ease of User Access, (2) Clear Exposure, (3) User Convenience, and (4) Interactive Communication. The implications obtained by managing google classroom learning media at MI Miftahul Islam can increase student learning interest marked by students' enthusiasm to participate in teaching and learning activities boldly.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of producing a group of qualified applicants for organizational jobs. The objectives of the study are: 1) To determine the implementation of teacher recruitment at SMK Al Islam Surakarta. 2) To find out the implementation of educator selection at SMK Al-Islam Surakarta. 3) To know the process of placing educators at SMK Al Islam Surakarta. Researchers use qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are structured interviews and indirect observation. Data validity techniques use triangulation methods. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The recruitment strategy of educators and educators as well as job placement at SMK Al-Islam Surakarta is to promote internally and externally, then carry out several stages of selection, including administrative tests, interview tests and teaching tests in class (microteaching). 2) The role of the school in the implementation of this recruitment and selection as a provider of human resources, which is then submitted to the foundation for selection. 3) The placement of educators and education personnel is adjusted to their educational background, work experience and according to their fields, so that educators and educators can perform the work given optimally.

Abstract

Academic management in Higher Education plays a very important role in improving academic services. Effective and efficient academic planning, implementation and supervision will result in a productive work system. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of academic planning starting from the basic concepts and objectives of academic implementation. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is a literature study, by collecting relevant data from books, dictionaries, journals, magazines, and so on without having to conduct a field review. The result of this study is that management must be applied in an effort to organize teaching and learning activities because by applying management aspects such as planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluation so that educational implementation activities can run in a planned, systematic, sustainable manner and achieve the goals that have been created to achieve the quality standards of higher education education.
