Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the Organizational Development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), determine and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Organizational Development of Village-Owned Enterprises, as well as determine and analyze efforts to overcome the factors inhibiting the Organizational Development of Village-Owned Enterprises in Minahasa Regency North of North Sulawesi Province. The theory used as an analytical tool in writing this thesis is the theory from Gouillart and Kelly in Simangunsong (2014) which explains that Organizational Development requires 4 (four) stages (known as the 4 R model) for organizational renewal, namely "Reframing, Restructuring , Revitalization, and Renewal”. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and data triangulation. The informants in this research were the Deputy Regent of North Minahasa, Member of Commission 1 DPRD of North Minahasa Regency, Regional Secretary of North Minahasa, Assistant 1 of the Regional Secretariat of North Minahasa, Head of the Minut PMD Service, Minut Inspector, Head of ASN Transfer and Promotion at BKPSDM Minut, Head of PPEMKP at Minut PMD Service, Head of Regional Finance Subdivision at Minut Social Service, BUMDes Sector Analyst at Minut PMD Service, Head of Wori Subdistrict, Head of Budo Village, Head of Talawaan Atas Village, BUMDes administrators of Budo Village and Talawaan Atas Village, elements of the community/UMKM actors, and tourists from Budo Tourism Village . Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that the Organizational Development of Village-Owned Enterprises has not been implemented optimally due to lack of availability of human resources, low budget, lack of community participation, lack of diversification of BUMDes business types, and lack of programs and activities related to BUMDes both in the Regional Government of North Minahasa Regency and Village government.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the less than optimal performance of the Regional Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Child Protection (UPTD PPA) in serving victims of sexual violence in North Sulawesi province. This research aims to determine and analyze the performance carried out by the Regional Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Child Protection (UPTD PPA). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis method using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the performance of the Regional Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Child Protection (UPTD PPA) in serving victims of sexual violence in North Sulawesi province has not been fully implemented optimally, such as productivity is still less than optimal, resource support is good that human resources and financial resources as well as existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, then the Responsibility indicator has not yet provided the services that society needs as seen from the fulfillment of victims' rights through services from organizations that have not been obtained comprehensively, then the accountability indicator is also lacking. maximum according to the research results, the activities carried out by the agency have not reached the target, then the responsiveness indicator is quite good by building an online reporting application, and finally the service quality indicator is still not optimal, as can be seen from not all victims' rights being fulfilled comprehensively.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of talent management policies in the North Sulawesi Provincial Government and what efforts have been made to overcome obstacles to implementing talent management policies. Researchers use the theory by Edwards III regarding policy implementation with four dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of talent management policies in the North Sulawesi Provincial Government has not gone well, which can be seen in the communication dimension which has not been optimal, there has been no socialization of talent management policies to employees, in the resource dimension there are still obstacles, namely inadequate human resources in the form of a lack of implementing staff tasked with facilitating employee potential and competency assessment activities, and do not have assessors, and do not have a technology-based talent management information system. In the organizational structure dimension, obstacles were encountered, namely that standard operational procedures were not yet available, while in the implementation attitude (disposition) dimension, things were going quite well, as can be seen from the commitment of regional leaders through competency development in the form of education and training as well as providing learning tasks for employees.

Abstract

Praying and singing are activities commonly carried out by religious adherents in Indonesia. This habit can be carried into everyday life, including in learning and teaching activities in educational institutions. Singing is something that is commonplace nowadays. Even from childhood we have been accustomed to singing or at least listening to songs. If we look at our parents when their babies cry, quite a few of the mothers who are looking after their children sing, either just humming or even accompanied by music, with the aim of just making their babies calm down and stop crying. Meanwhile, prayer itself is a petition or request from a servant to God using the desired pronunciation and fulfilling the stipulated conditions. In this study, researchers raised the theme of praying and singing before and after studying and their influence on enthusiasm for learning based on students' perceptions. In conducting this research, researchers used questionnaire methods and literature study. Namely combining the results of the questionnaire with the opinions of experts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning outcomes Physics by applying the make a-match type cooperative learning model in class x at high school state swasta YAPIM Sei Rotan Y.S. 2023/2024. This type of research is quasi experimental. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes taken using the cluster random sampling technique, namely class X-2 as the experimental class which was taught using the Make A-Match Type Cooperative learning model and class X-3 as the control class which was taught using the Direct learning model. The instrument in this study used a multiple choice test, consisting of 20 questions consisting of 5 options (a, b, c, d,and e). Before the questions were tested on students, the instrument questions were first tested on students outside the sample, to determine validity, reliability, discriminating power, and level of difficulty. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the average pretest value for the experimental class was 44.53 with a standard deviation of 10.80 and the average value for the control class was obtained for pretest data of 41.25 with a standard deviation of 11.99. From the results of the statistical test t test for two parties, the price for tcount= 1.20 and ttable= 1.98 at a significant level α= 0.05 and dk= 62 is between dk= 60 and dk= 120. Because tcount < ttable this is states that the initial abilities of the two classes are the same. Then given different treatment, then the post-test was carried out, the average value of the experimental class by applying the Make A-Match Type Cooperative learning model was 78.59 with a standard deviation of 11.99 and the average post-test value for the control class by applying the Direct learning model was 67. 96 with a standard deviation of 9.14. Based on the results of the one-party t test statistic, the price for tcount= 3.988 and ttable= 1.669 at a significant level α= 0.05 and dk= 62 is between dk= 60 and dk= 120. Because tcount > ttable this shows a group of students who taught using the Cooperative learning model of the make a-match type obtained higher physics learning outcomes compared to the direct learning model on the subject matter of impulse and momentum in class x at high school state swasta YAPIM Sei Rotan Y.S. 2023/2024.
