Abstract

Educational management is an important component in education that can affect the quality of the teaching and learning process and the learning outcomes. Therefore this study aims to examine the role of education management in improving student achievement. The research method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Hubermar model which consists of data reduction, data validity and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that learning activities based on planned learning concepts and principles have a high level of urgency in achieving learning objectives. This is because planning that is full of consideration and maturity can create conditions or atmosphere for learning that is more effective, efficient and productive, as well as with appropriate learning strategies, because lecturers as professionals have a variety of special skills and abilities that can be pursued to improve the quality of student learning

Abstract

The presence of financial technology has greatly assisted the public in accessing financial products and the ease of conducting financial transactions with a touch of technology at hand. Moreover, seeing the current phenomenon, there is so much Covid-19 that is needed in the process of digital financial transactions. Because the strict health protocols at Century Now do not rule out the possibility of people switching to online shopping methods while simultaneously making payment transactions online. With the existence of Fintech (Financial Technology) services, it is hoped that it can help people who need to transact digital money. However, in practice, most rural people in East Java do not feel the benefits and convenience of online shopping transactions because the condition of the road infrastructure leading to the village is damaged, so that it often causes them to even have to pick up goods directly to the courier. The goods delivery service required costs more. Study of characteristics of literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach to collect and evaluate research related to the topic of fintech in Indonesia. The results of the study show that fintech has positive and negative impacts on society, but also provides benefits for society. Fintech changes people's behavior in collecting, storing and using money for transactions. For example, forget about funding for development and increase income, you can use fintech microfinancing, while Borrowing Money can use Fintech P2P Lending Services. For financial and investment planning, you can use the type of fintech Comparison of Markets and Investments.

Abstract

The increase in potential depends heavily on the management development carried out by managers, educators, and educational personnel. The aim of the research is to know the development strategy of the management of the Santripreneur program on the Tahfidz Quran study group in improving the ability to live independently. Qualitative research carried out at the Rumah Tahfidz Quran Al Hanan, and the Pondok Pesantren Daarul Maghfiroh, was purposefully sampled as the subject of research. Data collection is carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The strategy of capability development and the strategy of empowerment approach can be used as a strategy of approach in the development of entrepreneurial capabilities on the program of the entrepreneur through growing developing the potential of individuals and institutions. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to enhance students' interpersonal intelligence via the participation in school-based learning dialogues, practicums, and presentations. Through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and the analysis of documents pertaining to the process of witnessing student participation, this research approach is descriptive qualitative. (interpersonal). The level of participation of students during class discussions, as well as the abilities of students to build Inquiry Learning-based LKPD and interpersonal intelligence during practical experiences, are the primary foci of this study. Following the collection of data, it is subjected to analysis, verification, and the formation of scientific knowledge that may be used as a teaching tool in educational institutions. When utilising worksheets that are based on inquiry learning, the outcomes and conclusions on one's interpersonal intelligence improve with a higher average..

Abstract

In the digital age, news site is no longer conventional and hard-printed newspaper but already presented in the form of online news. With the existence of social media and online news, citizen journalism is born among the people who contributes to distributing perceptions between people. Abstract

The world health agency (WHO) has declared Covid-19 a pandemic. The latest data reported by WHO until April 6, 2023, there are 762 million cases with 6.8 million deaths worldwide. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, there were around 6.7 positive cases of COVID-19 and 161 thousand cases of death. Based on this data, we can see that the coronavirus has become a severe threat to the world's population. Unsurprisingly, various efforts have yet to be made to tackle this epidemic. The latest data update at the beginning of 2023, Covid cases have decreased, but of course, it does not necessarily make us arbitrary in maintaining our health. There needs to be commitment and discipline from all elements of society in implementing health protocols as a form of post-pandemic societal ethics. This is our initial capital in living in a new order of behavior (New Normal). Social studies education plays a role as part of the educational guard in shaping students' societal ethics according to the times' needs. With their innovative competencies, open-mindedness towards change, and noble responsibilities in the profession they carry out, social studies teachers should be motivated by this development. IPS experts, with all their scientific potential, will continue to be able to flow fresh ideas to IPS in responding to today's challenges, both vertically and horizontally. Abstract

The presence and progress in the fields of technology, information, and communication due to the influence of globalization make it easy for professional workers to do various jobs, especially to achieve work effectiveness, time efficiency and interact with a wider network. Co-Working Space is present as a forum that facilitates the needs of professional workers as well as new innovations in the contemporary work world. This study aims to analyze the role of local Co- Working Space in supporting the growth of creative industries in Samarinda. While the long- term goal of this research was to find out the strategies carried out by Co-Working Space in accommodating professional workers in Samarinda to be able to compete and to contribute to the growth of industry 4.0, both locally and internationally. This research used qualitative research methods that combined literature review and interviews with Co-Working Space industry. This research was targeted to have output in the form of references and collaborative programs related to the application of the Co-Working Space system at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, investment decisions and funding decisions on firm value. This research is a quantitative research . The population of this study consists of 12 pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consists of 9 companies with an observation period of 6 years, with a total of 50 samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that profitability has an effect on firm value, funding decisions have an effect on firm value, and investment decisions have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to empower women to increase family income through the Motekar I Small Farmers Group. Motekar I Small Farmers in empowering women to increase family income made the program an empowerment for the community . Efforts to increase community independence in fulfilling needs through groups and small entrepreneurs make a product. The theory used in this study is women's empowerment, family economy, social organizing, agricultural processing, creating an entrepreneur. This research method uses qualitative methods. This data collection technique was seen from observational studies, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of research on women's empowerment to increase family income for members of the Motekar I KPK to develop their potential in accordance with the identification of community needs needs development so that they can progress, empowerment is the key to solving problems for families and women. Women's empowerment programs through making snacks are the motor or driving force in creating or increasing income, especially for women. The distribution of snacks which was held at the KPK Motekar I became an innovation for women and became a vehicle for creating an entrepreneur and an alternative to family problems.

Abstract

This paper investigates the job shop layout of the manufacturing process with simulation using ARENA. A case study of panel components, the manufacturer of modular cabinet was used. The purpose of this paper is to speed up production effectively by control materials handling and reduce preparation time. Data and specifications of cabinet and wood machinery’s coordinate were collected. Group technology (GT) based on ROC (rank order clustering) method and Corelap algorithm were used to redesign the improvement layout. Simulation the new layout using ARENA software. The result show that after using GT and ROC method to create new improvement layout, can reduce the distance of material handling by 126.9 m (30.86%). Therefore, ROC was chosen for implementation of actual future production process. Arena simulation allows manufacturer to implement with various scenario without interfering with the existing process.
