Abstract

This study aims to obtain an effective solar panel tracking mechanism using energy-efficient electric actuators. Furthermore, we designed and implemented a semi-active solar tracking system. A tracking system is proposed to control solar panel orientation using a moving mass, a spring system, and an actuator. The weight of the moving mass and the spring constant are optimized to reduce actuator size. A stepper motor was used for this case. This electric drive is not the primary mover of the solar tracker; hence, it works against mass elements lighter than solar panel weight as used in the active solar tracker. Experimental results suggest that the average power required by the stepper motor is 0.21% of the energy generated by the solar tracking system.

Abstract

Currently, student attendance is still mostly done manually. This wastes time and energy, besides the problem that occurs is that errors often occur when recording absences at the end of each month. Nowadays, there are new technologies in the form of programmable ICs, namely microcontrollers. The microcontroller is filled with programs by humans so that a system can work automatically and can replace the role of humans in carrying out an activity. With the presence of a microcontroller, the author can overcome the above problems that occur in student attendance and calculating the compensation value for student absences each year. The microcontroller used is an Arduino Atmega328 which functions to process and manipulate input and control output. The input processed is an RFID card containing the student's name as a condition for entering the class.

Abstract

Problems Land disputes are problems that are not easy to solve and must be resolved well, where company property is joint property of a group that is related by blood and inherited from generation to generation from previous ancestors. Buying and selling according to customary law is exchange and is in the form of what is called cash or cash. The problem is that ulayat land (high heritage) cannot be bought and sold based on West Sumatra Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2008 concerning ulayat land and its use. This paper describes the scope of regulations according to Decision number 11/Pdt.G/2015/PN.BSK, what factors are the causes of company property land disputes and how to resolve disputes over high heritage land being sold and purchased as determined by the District Court. Descriptive research using a qualitative approach and types of normative legal research and empirical juridical approaches (sociology). The data collection technique uses primary data, namely observation and secondary data, namely obtained from statutory regulations, books, scientific works related to this research, legal dictionaries, official documents and regulations.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational quantitative type where the research focuses on the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research will be carried out at the Jatisrono Muslim Middle School, Wonogiri, by taking samples from three levels, namely grades 7, 8 and 9. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation methods. Data analysis uses simple regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that student learning motivation is based on an average of 59.93, indicating that the average student at the Jatisrono Muslim Middle School, Wonogiri, Academic Year 2022/2023 has moderate learning motivation. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcomes for PAI subjects is 85.93, which shows that the average student at the Jatisrono Muslim Cluster Islamic Middle School, Wonogiri, for the 2022/2023 academic year has moderate learning motivation. Besides that, the results of the linear regression test in the Anova table show that the calculated F is 6.639, which means that the calculated F is greater than the F table (3.95), so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes for Islamic Middle School students at the Jatisrono Muslim Community, Wonogiri, academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study will examine the comparison of the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia before and after the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to look at the resistance of Islamic commercial tires during the covid 19 pandemic. quantitative. Quantitative method is a research method using numerical data, namely the financial statements of commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2018-2020 financial reporting period, which added emphasis on objective measurement of results accompanied by statistical analysis. LDR is not significantly different between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an increase in LDR during the Covid-19 pandemic This can be interpreted that the pandemic has an effect on increasing LDR. ROA is not significantly different between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This means that the pandemic has no effect on increasing ROA, due to the level of turnover of assets used and operating profit expressed as a percentage and the amount of net sales. CAR is not significantly different between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an increase in CAR during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be interpreted that the pandemic has no effect on increasing CAR. In other words, banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are still able to maintain CAR due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of speech containing blasphemy in the examination minutes (BAP) of Singkawang Police investigators with a pragmatic approach. Blasphemy is one language with legal impact in the form of degrading religious beliefs. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was indirect techniques with documentary studies because the data was obtained through examination minutes documents (BAP) owned by Singkawang Resort police investigators. The analytical approach used in this study is pragmatic. As a result, there are type of directive speech act with 3 functions: questioning, suggesting, and prohibiting. Then, the assertive speech act has 2 parts: claiming the truth and complaining. Also, the type of expressive speech act has 1 function, namely the blame function. These functions contain the meaning of blasphemy to the religious beliefs of Muslims.

Abstract

There are still many traditional fishing businesses in South Tangerang, especially in the Setu and Serpong sub-districts. One of them is Abah Rimun fishing as an object of research. With current operations still relying on conventional records because a company is still based on traditional methods, there are several main gaps in the management of existing income data, such as the number of fish that have been sold or those that have been hooked by visitors and the control of funds that occur every day. This makes it challenging to monitor and search for the required data. Starting from this background, this research aims to produce a data management information system that can support operations and solve existing problems. This research uses the extreme programming software development method, with stages that are adjusted to the needs of the research object. The study results obtained an implementation of a fishing data management information system that can benefit fishing managers in managing the required data regarding visitor data and fish sold.

Abstract

This study examines the percentage of illiterate individuals in 34 Indonesian provinces in 2022. This data is analyzed by segregating the percentage of the illiterate population by age, specifically 15 years, 15-44 years, and 45 years and older. The analysis begins by examining the percentage of 15-year-olds who are illiterate. Significant disparities exist between provinces, with Papua province having the highest percentage (18.81%) and North Sulawesi province having the lowest percentage (0.19%). Visualization of the data as tables and maps plainly demonstrates this distinction. Next, the analysis examined the percentage of the 15-44-year-old population that was illiterate. Papua province has the greatest percentage, at 15.06%, while North Sulawesi and Riau provinces have the lowest percentage, at 0.07% each. This comparison is also clarified by means of data visualization. Finally, data regarding the percentage of illiterate individuals aged 45 and older were analyzed. Again, the province of Papua has the highest percentage at 28.35%, while the province of North Sulawesi has the lowest percentage at 0.34%. In addition to tables and maps, the results of this analysis are also presented in tabular format. This data provides a clear picture of the level of illiteracy in various Indonesian provinces in 2022, and the results can be used to devise more effective education programs and more targeted solutions to combat illiteracy in Indonesia.
