Abstract

The impact of extreme climate change significantly affects the production of various world crops. It has even caused crop failures, indirectly affecting farmers' income, thereby disrupting the realization of sustainable agriculture, which will lead to difficulties in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of climate change in the area of the failed soybean crop in Pidie Regency, Indonesia. The research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method by analyzing the data on rainfall, temperature, and humidity at the research location. The results of this study indicated that there had been a change in the type of climate in Pidie Regency from type C to type B. The average rainfall for the first period was1511.1 mm/year period had increased to 2340.2 mm/year in the second period. Characteristics of climate change affect the area of crop failure with a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.591, meaning 59.1 % of the area of crop failure was influenced by climate characteristics. The remaining 40.9% was influenced by other factors such as selecting superior seeds, good soil management, proper fertilization, and pest control.

Abstract

The problem of distributing Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tangerang Regency was not yet on target because there were still overlapping regulatory rules from the central government and the data collection system for aid recipients had not been transparent, making it difficult for the village government to collect data on Village Fund Cash Direct Aid recipients. The theory used Using the Policy Implementation theory according to Grindle (1980) states: "There are two things that will determine the success of the implementation, namely the content of the policy or the content of the policy includes the following: 1) Interests that influence; 2) Types of benefits produced; 3) The degree of change desired; 4) The position of policy makers; 5) (Who) Implements the program; 6) Resources deployed, Meanwhile the implementation context is as follows: 1) The powers, interests, and strategies of the actors involved; 2) Characteristics of institutions and authorities, 3) Compliance and responsiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, namely interviews, documentation and observations with data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data display), and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions/verification). with triangulation technique to the data obtained. Conclusion Research results and discussion Implementation of Village Fund Management policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tanggerang district, Banten Province, focus locations in 3 villages (developed, developing and independent villages) 1. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the physical work environment variable (X1) obtained a t value of 3.273 > t table 2.012 which means that the physical work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. The regression coefficient of the work discipline variable (X2) obtained the t value of 2.120 > t table 2, 012 which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05. The communication variable regression coefficient (X3) obtained the t-count value of 2.132 > t-table 2.012, which means that the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.038 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained the Fcount value of 31,629 > Ftable 2.81 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variables of the physical work environment, work discipline and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The era of disruption requires banks to make significant changes, starting from procedures, working methods, organizational structures, and business models. Changes are not only incremental, but radical changes must be made to maintain the existence of the business, these changes must be carried out in synergy among stakeholders. The question that arises is the extent to which regulations, banks, customers and notaries are prepared to face the transformation of banking digitalization. In terms of regulation, Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as government authorities have issued rules and guidelines for banks to face the transformation of banking digitalization by prioritizing aspects of Balance and Technology Neutral. According to the results of the Digital Maturity Assessment for Banks (DMAB), banks in Indonesia have a readiness level of around 50%. From the results of interviews with several banking executives, it was revealed that bank digitization cannot be carried out in all bank processes, but only in simple processes such as opening accounts and loans without collateral. On the other hand, the level of community readiness to use digital banking services is adequate, where 98.3% of internet users have mobile phones. However, it turns out that some people are reluctant to use e-banking services because of fears of failed transactions and legal protection for e-banking transactions. With regard to digital banking transformation, more complex transactions, for example those requiring the services of a Notary, cannot be carried out digitally because the bank credit agreement deed requires the presence of the parties and cannot use digital signatures which under the ITE Law cannot be used as legal evidence
