The 2019 Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic, which was officially declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020, has ravaged all patterns of social life throughout the world, including the pattern of Church service. The Parish Church of the Assumption of Mary has also deeply felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on its service to the people. However, various strategies are pursued by taking into account the suggestions and instructions of the local government. This study aims to explore the efforts made in the context of Church service and reflect on the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on the spiritual life and faith formation of the people. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews.

This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of online learning at STP-IPI Malang during the Corona Virus 19 (Covid-19) pandemic from a student perspective. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects are students of the Catholic Religious Education Study Program (PKK). The data was obtained through a survey with an open questionnaire which was circulated through the Google form. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and inference. The data reduction stage is carried out by grouping all the data obtained according to the specified category. In addition, the presentation of data based on categories regulated according to regulations then eliminates things that are not appropriate. The next stage provides meaning and conclusions from the processed data as a result. The results of the study show that online learning opportunities offer opportunities to learn how to use technology with the available functions, helping students to be more creative and gain the ability to shape learning using the tools available in the technology devices used. However, in reality the tendency to be lazy, interact less with peers, lack discipline, get bored easily, and lack focus in learning is a challenge that dominates students. It is strongly felt that the application of self-building learning which is the hallmark of the PPAK Study Program cannot be implemented effectively and maximally.

Artikel ini membahas peran penting yang dimainkan oleh media digital dalam menyampaikan katekese (pengajaran agama) pada era modern ini. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, media digital telah menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam mentransmisikan pesan-pesan keagamaan kepada masyarakat yang semakin terhubung secara digital. Melalui analisis literatur, artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana media digital, termasuk situs web, aplikasi seluler, media sosial, dan platform video, telah mengubah cara pengajaran agama dilakukan. Artikel ini juga membahas beberapa keuntungan yang ditawarkan oleh media digital dalam konteks katekese, seperti aksesibilitas yang lebih luas, interaktivitas, fleksibilitas, dan kemampuan untuk menjangkau berbagai kelompok usia dan latar belakang. Namun demikian, terdapat juga tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti masalah keaslian informasi, penyalahgunaan media, dan kurangnya pengawasan dalam konten yang disampaikan. Melalui tinjauan ini, artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya penggunaan media digital yang bijaksana dalam upaya menyampaikan katekese pada masa kini. Penelitian lebih lanjut dan upaya kolaboratif antara gereja, akademisi, dan praktisi media diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi media digital dalam mendukung pengajaran agama yang relevan dan bermakna bagi masyarakat modern.

The digital age offers new possibilities for catechesis including the use of video as an effective learning tool. In the context of digital catechesis, strategies for the use of learning videos are becoming increasingly important that can provide religious and moral messages conveyed in ways that are interesting, creative, relevant, and accessible to the wider community. As for the challenges in making and using learning videos, the right strategy is needed. The aim is to provide understanding and expand the range of catechesis. The method used in this writing is a literature study by collecting data obtained from books and journals related to the problem being studied by the author. Digital catechesis is a powerful tool for making religious teachings and moral values available to the wider public and easily accessible anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the author expects strategies for using learning videos in the context of digital catechesis need to be developed to maximize their benefits for many people.

Adanya sebuah keprihatinan terhadap sebagian umat Katolik dalam mengikuti perayaan ekaristi yang memperlihatkan kurangnya penghayatan dan rasa hormat terhadap Ekaristi Kudus. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keaktifan mengikuti perayaan Ekaristi dan sejauh mana keterlibatan dalam pelayanan diakonia umat Stasi Santo Paulus Meluwiting Paroki Salib Suci Hoelea. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam pengolahan data menggunakan scoring dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan mengikuti perayaan ekaristi umat Stasi Santo Paulus Meluwiting sudah baik dengan perolehan skor 2,92 dan keterlibatan dalam pelayanan diakonia umat cukup baik dengan perolahan skor 2,43. Dari hasil pengolahan data keseluruhan dengan menggunakan scoring diperolah hasil 2,82 artinya keaktifan mengikuti perayaan ekaristi dan keterlibatan dalam pelayanan diakonia umat Stasi Santo Paulus Meluwiting dilakukan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian tentang keaktifan mengikuti perayaan ekaristi dan keterlibatan dalam pelayanan diakonia, maka penulis menyarankan agar hal- hal yang sudah dikatakan sangat baik perlu dipertahankan dan harus ditingkatkan lagi.

Partisipasi berarti ikut serta atau ambil bagian. Partisipasi merupakan suatu keterlibatan secara aktif, baik alasan dari dalam atau dari luar dalam keseluruhan proses kegiatan yang bersangkutan, khususnya pada pelaksanaan. Maka partisipasi yang dimaksud adalah keikutsertaan atau keterlibatan umat katolik Stasi Santo Yohanes Pimping dalam pendalaman iman. Umat katolik adalah umat yang mengimani iman akan Yesus Kristus yang berada dalam kelompok usia 20-50 ke atas yang dianggap cukup dewasa imannya. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana partisipasi umat katolik dalam pendalaman iman di Lingkungan santa Ana stasi Santo Yohanes Pimping. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui sejauh mana partisipasi umat katolik di Lingkungan Santa Ana stasi Santo Yohanes Pimping berpartisipasi dalam pendalaman iman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan terbuka, sedangkan metode pengolahan data dengan menggunakan skala Richter.

Kebudayaan memiliki religinya sendiri dan agama juga memiliki poin iman tersendiri. Sebelum mengenal agama formal masyarakat tradisional sudah menganut agama asli dengan keyakinan pada Wujud Tertinggi yang digambarkan bersifat kosmik. Namun karya pewartaan misioner telah jauh berkembang dan agama-agama resmi mulai dikenal. Selain menganut agama Katolik masyarakat Lamaholot juga masih tetap mempertahankan alam kerohanian asli. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisa Miles dan Huberman. keyakinan tradisional atau kepercayaan pada Wujud Tertinggi atau allah dalam budaya Lamoholot memiliki persamaan dan perbedaan dengan Allah dalam Ajaran Gereja Katolik. Pengalaman akan Allah dalam budaya dan dalam agama berbeda, tetapi memiliki tujuan yang sama. Persamaan dari keduanya ialah memiliki sifat transenden dan imanen. Keduanya berbeda bahwa Allah dalam ajaran Gereja Katolik memiliki nama yang jelas (Allah Tritungga: Bapa, Putra, Roh Kudus) dan Allah dalam budaya Lamaholot bersifat anonim, disapa dengan ungkapan. Wujud Tertinggi ada dan berkembang dalam cara pikir tradisional.

This study aims to demonstrate the significance of the organist's role in enhancing the faith experience of the congregation during the celebration of the Eucharist. The research was conducted at the Church of St. John the Baptist in Malang using a quantitative approach. Data collection used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire whose validity had been tested using Aiken's V and was declared reliable based on the Alpha Cronbach formula. Data collection techniques are carried out by utilizing the Google Form. The research respondents were 307 Catholics. Data were analyzed using product-moment correlation (Pearson). The results showed that there was a relationship between organ music accompaniment and the appreciation of the parishioners at the Eucharistic celebration with Pearson's correlation coefficient (0.159) > r table (0.113), meaning that H0, was rejected and H1, was accepted. The Pearson correlation coefficient value is 0.159 when compared to the Pearson correlation criteria guideline table, indicating a fragile correlation level.

Creativity in delivering digital catechesis plays an important role in building meaningful experiences for people in the modern era. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation. In this article, we discuss how creativity can enrich the religious experience of individuals, especially the younger generation who are accustomed to technology. The use of digital media allows catechesis to be more interesting and easy to remember. In addition, this article highlights the importance of compiling catechetical materials that are relevant, touching, and inspiring. By utilizing technology well and wisely, churches and catechetical teachers can create space for reflection, dialogue, and deeper spiritual growth. Creativity in digital catechesis is not only about introducing religious values in a modern way, but also building a strong connection between individuals and their spiritual beliefs. Thus, creativity in delivering digital catechesis allows people to experience a deeper, more meaningful and relevant religious experience in the ever-changing digital era.

The use of visual media in berkatekese can increase the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. In this day and age, digital technology has changed the way we learn and teach. This article discusses how visual media such as pictures, videos, animations can increase the absorption of information and the involvement of students in the learning process. Visual media not only enriches the learning experience but also helps teachers to convey material more easily and can be understood by students. In addition, the use of visual media in catechesis can help learning to be more effective in understanding the material and remembering students. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with the main approach, namely direct observation at school and literature study. The results show that the use of visual media in learning can increase learner engagement and help in understanding learning materials well. Although it has shortcomings, it has benefits in supporting the learning process of Catholic religion in the digital era.
