This study reviews how government by algorithm uses AI in the public sector. Artificial intelligence has been heralded as the next source of business value in the public and private sectors. Building on organizational resource-based theory and recent work on AI in organizational contexts, this study (1) identifies AI-specific resources that together create AI capabilities, (2) develops models to capture AI capabilities in public services, and (3) looks at public trust capabilities, and (3) examines the relationship between AI capabilities and creativity and organizational performance. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. This type of case study is explanatory. Empirical findings show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) changes how government agencies carry out their functions and roles to improve performance, compliance, and security activities in public service and public goods. Rapid developments in AI can reduce essential governance costs and improve quality and power-based administrative data so that government performance is more efficient and effective. The implications prove that AI capabilities result in increased creativity and organizational performance.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at Serang Raya University which has three study programs, namely Information Systems (IS), Computer Engineering and Informatics. In the informatics study program there are two concentrations, namely programming and multimedia concentrations. Determination of concentration cannot be separated from student supervision, on the other hand, academics must have their own policies in determining student concentration. The method used in this research is Nave Bayes which has 10 variables, namely Algorithm, Calculus I, Internet Html, Commerce Package Program, Graphic Design, Hardware & Software, Calculus II, Data Communication, Introduction to Object Oriented I, Introduction to Information Technology. In this study, there were 248 student data from the informatics study program where 100 student data consisted of students who had taken concentration and 148 data were students who had not taken concentration. In the calculation of 100 student data who have taken concentration, it is known that the number of data with programming concentration is 87 students while for multimedia concentration there are 13 students. Furthermore, the 100 data is divided into 80 training data and 20 testing data using random sampling technique. Based on student academic data which was used as testing data, the Naive Bayes method was successful in classifying 20 student data from 100 student data. Thus, the Naive Bayes method is successful in classifying concentrations with an accuracy success rate of 0.80 (80%) and an accuracy of 0.565 Kappa statistics so that the concentration selection using the Nave Bayes classifier method is accurate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of social criticism in the film Pretty Boys using John Fiske's semiotic analysis. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research to examine a social critique that occurred in the film "Pretty Boys." In contrast, the approach used was John Fiske's semiotic approach which was used to investigate the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. Based on the analysis, it is known that at the reality level, nine television codes represent social criticism through four scenes analyzed by the researchers, namely the display code, dress code, and makeup code—media owner. At the representation level, five television codes represent social criticism through four scenes analyzed by the researcher showing the camera code the shooting technique used is close up to show Bayu's gesture when giving an example to appear as a kemayu man to Rahmat and Anugrah, medium close up shows the player's expression, the medium shot shows the atmosphere captured by the camera and the extended photo shows the player's clothing, makeup, words, and gestures clearly. At the ideological level, it describes the existence of an ideology of capitalism which shows that media ownership is concerned with economic profit compared to the interests of the audience, with Karl Max's critical theory as a supporter and the commodification that occurs behind a media, the author concludes that there is a social criticism that arises in the Pretty Boys film.

Abstract

The involvement of women in the PKK is about how women can be active to achieve family welfare through involvement in the PKK so that the existence of women is recognized by all parties. The results of this empowerment can later be seen from an increase in the quality of family life and an increase in the economy of the family itself. To increase women's participation in the PKK, it is necessary to accelerate the PKK through PKK reform so as to optimize family welfare. The purpose of this research is to analyze demographic factors, approach factors, and social capital factors that affect the intensity of community involvement in the Family Welfare Empowerment Program (PKK) in Aceh Tamiang District. This research method uses mixed methods (combination) with a sequential approach. The size of the sample used the Taroyamane/Slovin formula with a precision of 10%, with a 95% confidence level, so the sample was obtained as many as 88.37 Dasa Wisma PKK groups in Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency which were then rounded up to 90 Dasa Wisma groups. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher used several methods, namely interviews, documentation studies, and a list of questions. Data Analysis Techniques The research technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Test technique, and the hypothesis testing of the Ftest and R2 tests and the partial test (t-test). Research results Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Social Demography, Empowerment Approach and Social Capital on the Intensity of Community Involvement in the Family Welfare Empowerment Program (PKK) with the results of the regression coefficient test is 2,956 and the T test is 2.190 with a significant level of 0.031 (α <0.05). Thus the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to qualitatively describe the empirical facts between the expectations and the reality of implementing inclusive education in Indonesia for children with special needs. The government's efforts to legitimize inclusive education for children with special needs in regular schools ranging from primary to secondary education have increasingly opened up opportunities for children with special needs to obtain quality educational services. However, good policies are not matched by the readiness of schools that are recommended to provide adequate facilities and support for learning resources. As a result, there are indications that the education of children with special needs in inclusive schools has not received educational services that match their needs. This study uses a library research design and primary and secondary sources to obtain research data. In other words, this library research limits its activities to collecting data through library collection materials (manual and internet) without the need for field research. In practice, this library research activity series relates to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials.
