Abstract

Management education is the whole process of cooperation by utilizing all personnel and material resources available and appropriate to achieve educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Or as a series of activities or the overall control process a number of cooperative efforts to achieve the goal of education is systematically organized in certain environments, especially in the form of formal educational institutions. Management education in schools is a concept that offers autonomy to determine madrasah madrassa policy in order to improve the quality of education and learning that are at the school. Functions-school education management functions include; planning, organizing and monitoring implementation. To realize the improvement of the quality of education and learning in senior high school As-Syafi'iyah 01 Jakarta those with the implementation of the management functions are affective and efficient education. This study aims to investigate the implementation of management functions to improve the quality of senior high school, knowing the steps and strategies for the management in senior high school, and determine the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of management functions in senior high school As-Syafi'iyah. The results of this study demonstrate that the performance of the functions of school management in improving the quality of education in senior high school As-Syafi'iyah 01 Jakarta has been running optimally.

Abstract

Interprofessional education is Interprofessional education (IPE) entails learning with, from, and about each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes. Negative perception, professional egoism, bad knowledge about it will hamper collaboration. Reducing negative perception and creating readiness is a prime target for IPE training. COVID-19 restrictions necessitated wholesale scale conversion of curricula to online learning environments globally. The research is aimed at getting students' perceptions of collaboration through interprofessional education online. This was a descriptive study. The study took place at Mahardika Health College. The respondents consisted of 155 students in nursing, public health, midwifery, and medical record students. Students were grouped into interprofessional teams for two days and participated in IPE training consisting of lectures and small group discussions. The training is done online using the zoom meeting app. At the beginning of the first session, they completed a pre-test survey with demographic items and measures of their perception of interprofessional education to work as a team. They completed a post-test with the same measures after the end of the session. 155 students completed both the pre-test and post-test survey. The student's perception before taking ipe training is 88.38 % good to be 100% good. This study demonstrated that a short series of IPE training experiences resulted in improved perceptions of interprofessional practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the Pidie District Government's strategy for retaining WTP opinions on accrual-based financial statements. The descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, along with a case study method and data collection via interviews. The study's findings indicated that the financial statements used to maintain the WTP opinion were prepared using a variety of methods, including increased commitment between leaders and their subordinates, improved management of regional property and receivables, increased the quality of human resources, team formation, improved information technology, and increased the inspectorate's role as an auditor. Obstacles to retaining the WTP's viewpoint include inefficient SIAP applications and job transfers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of differences in learning outcomes of physical education through edmodo and google classroom on Class XI students of SMA Negeri 8 Medan. This research method uses an experimental method with a 2x2 level design. The data analysis technique used analysis of variance. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of the research that have been carried out state that: (1) Based on the results of the analysis of variance in the list of attachments at the level of α = 0.05, it is obtained that F0 <Ft is 0.279 <4.11. (2) Then in the Tukey test in groups A1B1 and A2B1 where = 1.681 and = 2.95. Research conclusions: 1) There are differences in physical education learning outcomes through edmodo and google classroom.

Abstract

Notary Public is a public official who is appointed by law in making an authentic deed and at the same time a notary is an extension of the Government. authentic deed is a guarantee of certainty and legal protection as a concrete form of actions, events, and legal relations that occur in society. the purpose of this research is to find out the authentic deed proof in court and to know the legal consequences of the authentic deed containing false information. The benefits or uses of this research are in the form of theoretical and practical benefits.This research uses empirical legal research that examines the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in the community. Empirical juridical research is legal research on the application or implementation of normative legal provisions in action on any particular legal event that occurs in the community. Or in other words that is a study conducted on the actual situation or real conditions that occur in the community with a view to knowing and finding the facts and data needed, after the required data is collected then leads to the identification of problems that ultimately lead to problem solving. The results of the study explained that the legal power of a notary deed in the process of proof in a court is perfect and binding, so that it does not need to be made or supplemented with other evidence, the deed still exists which is canceled is the contents of the deed (the legal relationship). As well as the legal consequences of an authentic deed containing false information is that the authentic deed has caused a dispute and is brought to court, therefore the injured party can file a civil suit in court so that the judge can decide and grant the cancellation of the deed.

Abstract

Currently, the field of entrepreneurship is proliferating, which results in increasing fierce business competition. A business aims to provide products and services to consumers and must strengthen personal branding so that the managed business can be well received in the community. In the era of digitalization, social media has developed as a tool used as a powerful weapon to interact with consumers, either as a means of communication, promotion, or buying and selling media. For this reason, this study aims to find out how the role and use of Instagram social media as a communication and online marketing tool at one of the cafes, namely The Gade Coffee and Gold Samarinda. The method used is a case study as part of qualitative research with data collection techniques in interviews. The results obtained are that the use of Instagram social media used by The Gade Coffee and Gold Samarinda can show an increase in sales. It means that Instagram as a social media can become a means of online marketing communication to reach more consumers.

Abstract

This research was conducted in one of the universities (organizations) in Gresik, which, in the university environment, the performance of lecturers is very important in improving the quality of higher education. The problems caused are still found in the performance of lecturers whose achievements are below the standards given by universities, which are suspected of having the culture and commitment of University given to the performance of lecturers that are still less than optimal. This research mean for analyze and find solutions to problems caused by organizational culture and commitment. This study uses a quantitative method, where the respondents are 95 students from the questionnaire sample by the college students, while the data analysis uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) methods. This research show that University Culture and Commitment having a direct and significant impact on lecturer performance, but University Culture has an effect but not significantly on Lecturer Performance if through University Commitment. Therefore, policies, policies and organizational culture provided by universities should also pay attention to the interests expected by lecturers.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made overseas students faced various changes and differences in various aspects of life that require adjustment. This study analyzes the adjustment process for overseas students in Makassar City using five aspects proposed by Haber and Runyon (2006), including aspects of accurate perception of reality, ability to cope with stress and anxiety, self-image, ability to express feelings, and good interpersonal abilities. This study uses a phenomenological approach. Data mining was carried out by observation and structured interviews. This study concludes that the two overseas students showed self-adjusting behavior by trying to build resilience and develop self-awareness, using active coping to the problems they faced, trying to create meaning and hope, establishing good intrapersonal relationships, trying to control and stabilize emotions. The dominant inhibiting factors are academic and cultural. Social support factors and the desire to develop themselves and get psychological well-being are factors that support overseas students in adjusting themselves.

Abstract

Disaster Mitigation is a series of efforts to reduce disaster risk reduction, both through physical development as well as awareness and capacity building in dealing with disaster threats. Hydrometeorological disaster is one type of disaster that occurs in Indonesia, especially in Aceh which is affected by changes in weather. Now, La Nina has begun, namely a decrease in sea surface temperature due to changes in world temperature that occur on the surface of the East and Central Pacific Oceans which can form clouds that have the potential to cause rain and there is also an opportunity for Elnino to occur, namely rising sea surface temperatures, due to these weather changes. will cause several other types of disasters such as landslides, strong winds, drought, forest fires. All kinds of disasters that occur cannot be separated from the actions of human hands, as Allah has explained in the Qur'an in the letter Ar-Rum verse 41 which means that damage has appeared on land and at sea caused by the actions of human hands, so that Allah will feel some of them from the consequences of their actions, so that they return to the right path. From this verse, Allah has explained that the damage is the result of human activity, so humans must be aware of their actions. This study took place in the District of Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh Regency. The Johan Pahlawan sub-district was chosen as the research location because the sub-district has 21 villages, most of which are located very close to the sea and most of the villages in this area often experience the threat of hydrometeorological disasters.This study uses a qualitative method using a phenomemological approach, namely based on experiences that occur in an area and literature studies with various relevant fields as well as conducting interviews with people living in villages who often encounter the threat of hydrometeorological disasters. The results showed that all respondents who were used as samples had various levels of knowledge ranging from very low, low and high to knowledge of hydrometeorological disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and explain organizational effectiveness, inhibiting factors, and find a model of organizational effectiveness of the liaison agency in the coordination and facilitation of provincial governments in Indonesia. The method in this study is a qualitative research method with secondary and primary data sources. Primary data sources are obtained from informants using data collection techniques such as library research techniques, interview techniques, and observation. The results showed that of the seven aspects of organizational effectiveness, namely in the clarity of the objectives, the direction was noticeable but not optimal when viewed from the organizing function, in the clarity of the strategy, the liaison agency had carried out its duties as ambassadors and facilitators following the juklak (implementing instructions) and technical guidelines that apply in accordance with their respective regional regulations, in the formulation of policies it has been programmed and planned, but it requires support from various policy factors (policy actors), both actors from the government (President, ministers, commander of the TNI and others) , as well as from non-government groups (businessmen, mass media, NGOs and others), in preparing program plans and budgets to achieve strategic targets for the implementation of their duties and functions, but the implementation process has not been able to run optimally, in formulating and implementing programs for optimize pela It's just that it needs to be considered if in program implementation there must be the provision of what technical and operational support is needed, then clearly appoint the person in charge of the program and monitoring program implementation so that the program can run smoothly, in monitoring and controlling the Organization of the Liaison Body in Coordination and the facilitation of the provincial government in Indonesia is good.
