This study uses service performance report data and self-service complaint reports for the period 2019 and 2020 to February 2020. The research method in this study is a quantitative method with SEM analysis tools - Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that self-service technology (SST) has a significant effect on customer’s trust. Self-service technology (SST) does not necessarily have a direct and significant effect on customer’s loyalty, but through new customer’s trust, it is able to increase customer’s loyalty. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Principles of Independence as a General Officer in Cooperation Agreements with Private Banks" with 3 (three) main issues, namely: (1) What is the meaning of the Notary's Independence in exercising his authority as a Public Official based on Article 16 paragraph (1) letter a UUJN? (2) How is the urgency of the regulation related to the meaning of the Notary's Independence in carrying out his authority as a Public Official? (3) Is the “first party interest” clause in the cooperation agreement with Private Banks part of the notary independence? This research is a type of legal research with normative juridical research methods. Besides, this research uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this thesis research indicate that the independence of a notary can be interpreted as a notary must work properly and professionally according to the provisions of the legislation without any influence and coercion from other parties. The urgency of this meaning of Notary independence is to create legal certainty and facilitate the determination of sanctions to Notaries who violate the principle of Notary independence. The urgency of the meaning of the principle of independence of a Notary is to provide legal certainty.

The role of human resources as an institutional driver in achieving goals must be in accordance with the work achieved. Efforts to develop this goal can be done by developing a work culture, ability and commitment so that employee performance can be realized. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, ability and commitment on the performance of the employees of the National Land Agency Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study were 119 employees of the National Land Agency Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research sample was taken using the slovin formula, with a total of 92 person. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The multiple linear regression equation obtained in this study is: Y=1.031+0.203X1+0.557X2 +0.448X3. The coefficient value on Work Culture is 0.203, Ability is 0.557 and Commitment is 0.448, with a constant value of 1.031. The results of the partial test with a t-count value of 2.337 > t-table 1.6623 indicate thatwork culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y). Then the value of t arithmetic is 3.498 > t table 1.6623 explains that ability (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance variable (Y). Furthermore, the t-count value of 4.176 > t table 1.6623 can be interpreted that commitment (X3) has a positive effect on the employee performance variable (Y). Simultaneous test results with the value of Fcount is 71.667> Ftable 2.71 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study conclude that Work Culture (X1), Ability (X2) and Commitment (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The value of R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.588 means that Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of Work Culture (X1), Ability (X2) and Commitment (X3) of 71%, while the remaining 29% can be explained by other variables that do not investigated in this study.

The economic distribution of Banyuwangi is almost one third of which is in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries categories. However, not all programs in the sub-sector can be implemented so that agricultural development based on the leading sub-sector is expected to be a priority. Therefore, strategic steps are needed in the development of the sub-sector in the future. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed: 1) The agricultural sector for food crops gave a very large contribution to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) every year with an average contribution for 5 years of 30.09%, followed by the fishery sub-sector with its contribution of 19.86%, livestock by 19.65%, plantations by 15.75%, horticulture by 9.94%, forestry and logging by 3.60% and agricultural and hunting services with a contribution of 1.11%; 2) The agricultural sector development strategy in increasing GRDP in Banyuwangi Regency that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy).
