Abstract

This research is about the Effect of Preceived Organizational and Normative Commitment against Employee Performance Moderated by Self Awareness which was conducted at UTA 45 Jakarta. The total population studied in this study were all employees of UTA 45 Jakarta. The method of taking this sample is by using porpuse sampling by randomly distributing it to all employees. The research was conducted to determine how the influence of perceived organizational and normative commitment and moderating self awareness able to strengthen or weaken the influence organizational perceivers on employee performance and self awareness was able to strengthen or weaken the influence of normative commitment on employee performance through several stages, the first stage was taken from the literature. , descriptive statistics and collection of researched objects.tools software (PLS). Based on the objectives of the results to be achieved by the researchers as follows; organizational perceiver has no effect on employee performance, normative commitment has no effect on employee performance, self awareness has a significant effect on employee performance, moderated self awareness can weaken the influence organizational perceiver on employee performance, moderated self awareness can weaken the influence of normative commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Training is a systematic process of an organization aimed at developing individual skills, abilities, knowledge or attitudes that can change employee behavior in achieving company goals that have been set. Career development is a continuous process in which individuals go through personal efforts to realize career planning goals that are adapted to organizational conditions. Employee performance is the result of an assigned job in an organization. This study aimed to determine the role of training and career development on the quality of work through its competence as an intervention. The research method used is qualitative. The study results can be concluded that training and career development have a role in the quality of work. It can be seen that training and career development indirectly influence the quality of work.

Abstract

Light bulb waste is one type of waste that is categorized into B3 waste which can cause environmental pollution, environmental pollution produced by waste and the absence of efficient handling methods is a problem currently faced by the government, especially non-organic waste which includes hazardous waste. and cannot be decomposed. Light bulb waste is included in the inorganic waste category, although the production of light bulb waste is still small, the waste has great potential for environmental pollution, so it is necessary to study environmental conservation efforts from this waste. Another problem is the potential for recycling waste light bulbs which is currently not fully utilized by the government and the public. The Innovation of Emergency Lighting Design based on Environmentally Friendly Technology (TRL) is a study to find out and analyze the results of recycling waste light bulbs into energy-efficient emergency lighting with the concept of Reduce, Reus, and Recycle to produce a product that can be reused. Research with analytical methods is carried out as an approach to the implementation of research. The analysis was carried out to find out the results of the field review data, besides that the analysis was also carried out from the electrical side in the form of measuring the electrical components contained in the light bulb so that it could support the success of the research. The results showed that recycled lighting can be implemented as an alternative lamp that is environmentally friendly.

Abstract

Court Constitution is a judicial institution new constitution _ formed post amendment to three 1945 Constitution. As a Judicial Institution naturally Court Constitution have authority in interpret constitution. The problem is interpretations Court Constitution to Tested laws _ often cause norm new, thing this considered as ultra petita conducted by the Court Constitution. As a judicial institution that has independent nature already naturally Court Constitution to do interpretations Constitution. Besides that nature text in Constitution which is open (open text) requires there is an interpretation of text that. However implementation to decisions Court Constitution no seldom experience waiver by related institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Risk Management and GCG with stock performance as an intervening variable on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the IDX to find out whether Risk Management and GCG affect the financial performance of banking companies listed on the IDX through stock performance as an intervening variable, to find out whether Risk Management and GCG affect stock performance in banking companies listed on the IDX and to determine whether stock performance has an effect on financial performance at the IDX. Banking companies are listed on the Stock Exchange. The population used in this study are banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange, as many as 43 companies using the purposive sampling method. There are 19 banking companies, with the year 2016-2020 observations. However, to measure discretionary accruals plus the 2015 observation year, 95 observations were obtained as sampling in this study. Hypothesis testing was carried out by linear regression analysis. Has a significant effect on financial performance. The application of risk management by using stock performance as an intervening variable cannot mediate on financial performance, GCG by using stock performance as an intervening variable cannot mediate on company performance, meaning that stock performance is not a good variable in mediating the relationship between Risk Management, GCG with Financial Performance (KK), and Risk Management has an effect on stock performance, GCG has an effect on stock performance and stock performance affects financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find suitable strategic management to increase innovation and competitiveness of the hotel industry during the pandemic. This study uses SLR (Systematic Literature Review) articles in the hospitality industry to identify strategic management that can improve innovation and competitiveness of the hospitality industry during the pandemic. By using five appropriate and high-quality journals. The results show that the hotel industry needs to identify the main problems when facing a pandemic and then think of promising innovations by utilizing existing resources within the company.

Abstract

One of the basic considerations that can be used is the credibility of the hospital based on brand pride and brand loyalty. However, in hospitality, it is stated that brand pride has not been proven effect on brand loyalty, especially in the hospital industry sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using the Grand Theory Rational Choice Theory (RCT) to validate individual behavior by involving self-esteem, digital customer review and self-regulation is believed to make a positive contribution to strengthening brand pride of hospital customers for brand loyalty during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research contributes in the form of positive input for the hospital sector to be able to provide good services during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Wana Village has a great deal of tourist attraction potential, including natural, cultural, historical, and culinary tourism and unique social life that includes more than one hundred classic traditional home architectures in the form of stilt houses typical of the Lampung tribe. In addition, there are ancient ceremonial customs, including the Melinting dance, which the village population frequently performs at various periods. In addition to ceremonies and arts, there are also traditional clothing and culinary specialties of Lampung Melinting that have attractiveness and cultural uniqueness that is still well maintained by the community so that they are still rich with the cultural values of the indigenous people of the Lampung tribe, making it a highly prospective area for tourist attraction development.This study seeks to identify the existing tourist attraction development strategies that enhance the growth of Wana's tourist attractions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach coupled with a SWOT analysis. The research site is in the East Lampung district village of Wana. The research findings indicate the significance of tourist attraction planning techniques that emphasize the planning of tourist attractions, accessibility, accommodation, amenities, and infrastructure supporting tourism activities..

Abstract

Managerial competence is the ability to manage resources through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The principal as a manager in educational institutions must have managerial competence of his teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of principasl managerial competence on teacher performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative problems more generally have large areas, complex levels of variation but are located on the surface. The research results obtained are a correlation between the principal’s managerial competence and teacher performance. The higher the managerial competence of a principal, the higher the teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop schools by designing and implementing a strategic planning based on appreciative inquiry at XYZ private high school in Lamongan. In practice, there are four aspects that are emphasized when doing strategic planning, including strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results. Then, strategic planning activities based on appreciative inquiry led to concrete actions that were supported by all stakeholders. The methodology of this study uses an appreciative inquiry approach that has a cycle such as discovery, dream, design, and destiny with a mini workshop media on 24 employees of XYZ private high school while designing strategic planning. The measurement of the research success is measured by the process of holding a mini workshop, and the outcomes of the intervention provided. The results showed that the subject had a positive evaluation of the mini workshop activities and participated in the event with spirit and enthusiasm. Then, the outcomes of this study indicate that the subject experiences the impact of changes both individually and organizationally as well as the implementation of actions that have been designed. In short, the strategic planning carried out by school members has a positive impact and change in school development.
