This study aims to identify and describe: (1) the positive and significant contribution of the application of the learning method to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, (2) the positive and significant contribution of learning activities to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, and (3) the positive and significant contribution of the application. Learning methods and learning activities together on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education?.The research was conducted at the Sei Bejangkar Region Private Junior High School. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation research method. The population in this study was all students of class VIII which consisted of 2 classes with a total of 72. All students were used as research samples. The data collection instruments used was questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used is correlation and regression. The research findings show: (1) there is a positive and significant contribution between the application of learning methods and learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.354 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 71.60 + 0.23 X1, (2) there is a positive and significant contribution between learning activities and outcomes. Learn with the correlation number 0.473 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 68.96 + 0.28X2. and (3) there is a positive and significant contribution between the application of learning methods and learning activities with learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.549 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 138.80 + 0.18X1 + 0.25X2. The effective contribution of the variable application of learning methods to learning outcomes is 9.90%, while the effective contribution of learning activity variables to learning outcomes is 20.00%.

The purpose of the research is to develop a football match supervisor report in the form of an application, used for match supervisors under the auspices of the Medan City PSSI. The application is used by the PSSI match supervisor in the city of Medan to carry out all football matches in the city of Medan. The research uses development research methods adopted from the development research theory of Budiono Saputro. The implementation of the research uses a preliminary study step, namely library research, analyzing needs, and designing applications according to the match supervisor's report. The next step is making application products, validating to product revision experts, revision individual trials, and group trials. The results of material expert validation are 82.45% good category, media expert validation results are 81.01% good category. The application assessment from the expert showed that expert I was 87.47% very good category, expert II was 86.89% very good category. The results of individual trials showed 86.85% easy assessment using the very good category, the overall assessment was 87.75% in the very good category. The results of the match supervisor's assessment were 85.46% in the aspect of using the very good category, and 85.76% in the overall aspect of the very good category. The conclusions of the research on the development of the match supervisor report with the application, based on the assessment data of the Medan City PSSI Match Supervisor on several aspects that have been developed have been suitable for use with some suggestions and inputs for improvement, which can then be used as the final product of the research. It is hoped that further research will be carried out on other aspects for a more perfect application of the developed match supervisor report.

Raspberry pi minicomputer is a practical tool in terms of dimensions and has complex functions for various functional needs that will be used by humans as a microcontroller, server to digital images. Technological developments in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and servers have brought enormous changes for many people. one of them is in the field of cafe service, with the e-waiter application it can provide many benefits for cashier services and cafe management, therefore the authors build a web server for e-waiter applications into IoT devices in the form of a Raspberry Pi.The purpose of this research is to build a useful application to facilitate cafe owners in running their business and controlling sales management.

In every presidential election event, the neutrality of the mass media is always a controversy. This happens in any country, including Indonesia.It is interesting to see how online mass media in Indonesia discourse political events after the 2014 presidential election. With the power of speed in presenting news, online media such as detik.com, kompas.com, vivanews.co.id are competing to present their frames on political events that took place. The focus of this article's study is on online mass media coverage of political events that occurred after the 2014 presidential election. The study was conducted with content analysis of five online media, namely detik.com, kompas.com, okezone.com and republika.co.id. The conclusion obtained is the post-2014 presidential election media discourse, especially after the voting on 9 July 2014, generally revolves around the quick count results of the survey institution's version and the winning claims of each candidate. The mass media, especially detik.com, kompas.com and vivanews.com, compile a discourse with a tendency to take sides with one of the pairs based on the results of the survey institute's quick count.

Covid research during a pandemic is research carried out to involve oneself so that research continues to run optimally, even though it is limited by space and social mobility. The learning system has undergone a change where previously using offline or face-to-face then becoming online media. This effort is carried out so that the impact can be suppressed and to break the chain of transmission of the pandemic. This research was carried out using health protocols, the method used was more of a survey nature, monitoring the evaluation of online learning media during the pandemic. By using online media to reach research respondents. This research is sporadic regardless of the area where the respondent is located. This study uses online media, conducts online media learning surveys and optimizes data findings obtained during later research. This study was analyzed based on facts that occurred in several places affected by the pandemic, for example how lecturers and students applied online media as an effort to implement health protocols. The results of this study based on data distributed through the online learning process and reference studies show that media learning can be a challenge and opportunity in terms of changing behavior during online learning, quality of education, learning facilities and online learning methods.

Women's leadership at the village level is a new thing for the people of Aceh today, because previously it was very rare. Becoming a leader at the village level known as a keuchik is not easy, they face many challenges and obstacles. Moreover, in initiating and running pro-women programs. However, the community has been familiar with programs that are general in nature, not looking at gender sensitive. Village development, for example, is more focused on physical construction in the form of buildings, open non-physical development such as increasing the number of women who get education, support for women's economic empowerment and also concern for increasing health awareness for women.

The aims of this study is to analysis the impact of existence of Tano Tubu Office on the Emergence of a New Community Business Sector. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The result shows that there is a difference between the average income of business people around the Tano Tubu Office in the period before the Tano Tubu office and after the Tano Tubu office. The average income in the period before the establishment of the Tano Tubu Office was Rp. 2,163,382.93, - , while the average value of income in the period after the establishment of Tano Tubu Office was Rp. 4,183,333.33 ,. The existence of Tano Tubu Offices has a positive impact on increasing the income of the business community around it. This is indicated by the higher average income in the period after the establishment of Tano Tubu Office compared to the average income in the period before the establishment of Tano Tubu Office.

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity on bank performance. In this study, a quantitative method approach was used to achieve the objectives and answer research questions and test the hypotheses that had been developed. This study also uses dynamic panel data analysis based on the panel data model framework.The type of data used is secondary data, namely data/information on foreign banks listed on the IDX for the 2010-2016 period, sourced from the IDX, BI, and OJK. Meanwhile, the data collected is liquidity and bank performance. The unit of analysis is limited to foreign banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study are foreign banks listed in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2010-2016 period, as many as 10 banks (cross-section), where the periodization of financial statements is determined for 7 years, namely 2010-2016 (time series), including for meet the data analysis requirements and to represent the population taken. Foreign bank performance is measured by ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non-Performing Loan). The results showed that there was no significant effect of Liquidity on ROA; there is a significant effect of Liquidity on ROE; there is no significant effect of liquidity on CAR; there is a significant effect of liquidity on NPL. So liquidity only has a significant effect on ROE and NPL.

Product innovation is a guideline that is expected to influence consumer interest in purchases. The problem formulation in this study is whether there is a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest in purchasing. And the purpose of this research is to find out if there is a significant relationship between product innovation and consumer interest in purchasing Bottled Tea Products at PT Sinar Sosro Medan. The research approach carried out is a quantitative type of primary data source. This study used a simple linear regression analysis model using SPSS (Statistica Product and Service Solution) software version 21.0. The number of samples in this study was as many as 78 customers. The results of this study showed a regression equation where Y = 1,807 + 0.5X + e, which means product innovation has a positive influence on consumer interest. This indicates that if there is an increase in product innovation by 1 unit, it will be followed by an increase in consumer interest by 0.5 units. Based on the significance test shows a significant influence of product innovation on consumer interest, it is seen that the significance value for the influence of X on Y is 0.00<0.05 and thitung value of 5.626> ttabel 2.6403 means that if product innovation is improved then consumer interest will also increase. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination in nila R Square of 0.294 this shows that 29.4% of consumer interest is influenced by product innovation and the remaining 71.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. This will be even better if product innovation continues to be implemented and improved with the increasing interest of consumers, because of PT employees. Sinar Sosro will have the opportunity to channel its creativity with better innovation ideas.

The purpose of this study were : (1) to learn pedagogical strategies teachers who follow the guidance of teacher with lesson study and coaching strategies with MGMP convensional teacher, (2) to determine the interaction between teacher coaching strategies with lesson study and strategies with teacher guidance MGMP conventional and subjects the teachers’ pedagogic competence, (3) to find pedagogical english teacher who followed a strategy with teacher guidance conventional MGMP, (4) to learn pedagogical math teacher who followed a strategy of coaching teachers with pedagogical lesson study and mathematics teachers who follow the strategy with teacher guidance conventional MGMP. This study is quasi-experimental research. The number of samples were 60 teachers. The tecnique of determining the sample is done by random sampling. Research hypptheses were tested using Anova 2 ways used before Anova first tested the data analysis requirements of the test for normality of data using Lillieofors test, and homogeneity of variance using the test Bartlet.
