Abstract

This study aims to produce the development of Wordwall-based gamification media supported by Cross-cultural. The method used in this study is the Research and Development method with five phases of the ADDIE model according to Branch (2009), namely (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The application of wordwall-based gamification development was carried out as many as 4 materials that had an average pre-test score of 60.5% with a grade of "C (good enough)". And for the post test average value of 86.26% with grade "A (very good). While the assessment of the validator is divided into two, namely media assessment and material assessment. The assessment on 12 materials was declared in the Very Good category with an average value of 92.90%. As for the wordwall-based media assessment, the category is very good with an average value of 91.7%. From the application and assessment of the results of this study, it was found that the development of gamification of Wordwall-based French cross-cultural questions was declared effective.

Abstract

To formulate alternative strategies, this Final Project analyzes internal factors using internal audit and external factors using PEST analysis and Porter's Five Force analysis to be able to fill the IFE and EFE matrices. The IFE and EFE matrices will be input to the IE matrix to determine the position of MSMEs and the SWOT matrix to find out alternative strategies such as how that can be applied to MSMEs. Then use the QSPM matrix to select priorities from the alternative strategies obtained. The final step of this Final Project is to develop a Strategy Roadmap to find out the implementation plan and the things that need to be prepared in implementing the chosen strategy. The results of the calculation produce a value of 2.54 for the IFE matrix and 2.4 for the EFE matrix which is the input to the IE matrix. The IE matrix determines the position of MSMEs in quadrant 5 (Hold and Maintain) with its strategy of market penetration and product development. From the IE matrix, it becomes the input to the SWOT matrix to formulate strategies according to the Hold and Maintain category which produces 14 alternative strategies. Furthermore, the 14 alternative strategies are selected which are in accordance with the existing conditions and the priority is determined on the QSPM matrix and then the strategy is chosen according to the QSPM, namely market penetration with a TAS value of 7.14. Furthermore, the product development strategy and the strategy to find investors received TAS scores of 4.74 and 3.93, respectively. The description of the selected strategy according to the QSPM is then compiled in the Strategy Roadmap based on 2 stages, namely the “strength improvement and development stage” and the “growth and expansion stage” whose implementation will be planned for 2 years. The strategy of market penetration, product development, and finding investors based on the analysis of internal and external factors of MSMEs is in accordance with the resources and limitations they have, which is expected to be useful for MSMEs to be able to increase sales figures and also to maintain the competitive advantage of DW Ice Cream.

Abstract

Disasters are a bad condition, especially when these conditions occur in densely populated areas or residential areas, of course this will result in damage to infrastructure, like buildings, houses and other facilities or communities. Of course, this can be of particular concern in the context of the loss or damage to buildings inhabited by the local community. Attention to post-disaster conditions, seen in the context of the availability of houses intended for disaster victims, is of course a major concern. Because the loss or damage to their buildings or homes will have an impact on losing their shelter in this condition. This research tries to develop this problem so that the availability of houses for them can be provided quickly with simple building and construction. The developed building model is very adaptive to the basic needs of the space needed for them to be able to live in the house with the characteristics of a building that is comfortable and safe for them to live in. The development of building field panels that have been developed is very effective and efficient in adapting to the use of lightweight structural systems and materials.

Abstract

Constraints that are often experienced by brides and grooms in determining wedding decorations and the type of clothing to be worn must of course match or match the desired decoration with the lack of information that can be used as a reference in making decisions regarding wedding preparations and wedding receptions. in accordance with the existing costs (budget). Currently, the system used by the Baba wedding organizer family still uses a manual system where the process must come directly to the place. Of course, this is an obstacle in sharing information and existing processes because it cannot be done by businesses all the time. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to create an information system, namely the Wedding Organizer Ordering Information System using the User Centered Design (UCD) Approach Method, a method in a design design that focuses on user needs. In relation to Information Systems, User Centered Design is part of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), so that the design of applications developed through UCD will be optimized and focused on the needs of end-users so that it is hoped that applications that will follow the needs of users and users do not need to change behavior. to use the app. The UCD approach will be used as the basis for the Baba Family website design. The software development method used is the User Centered Design method. This website-based wedding organizer information system uses the Codeigniter framework and the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze its impact on individual, household and community income, analyze its impact on political life or leadership and punggawa-sawi relations, and analyze institutional impact as a means of supporting coral reef restoration programs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews with deliberately selected informants, namely village heads, non-government officials and members of the fishing community. In addition, he also observed several coral reef restoration project activities and local community activities. The results show that the coral reef restoration program that has been running for approximately four years as a transition has not yet had an impact on improving the economy of residents, individuals or groups or communities, both in terms of income, especially capital. Coral reef restoration is still in the maintenance/monitoring program stage, so fishing around the reef restoration area is still prohibited. The perceived impact may be limited to salary/incentives. When talking about politics or leadership and punggawa-sawi relations, some people feel that the hopes that were previously raised have become empty for some people. what people feel now is gone, just like what they felt before. The program tends to be used as a source of political capital. The group in question has the nuances of selective slashing, who is close to the Village Head, he is the one who is involved. As for the fishermen's institutions, especially the retainer-sawi relationship, it is said that they do not know exactly what it is. The impact on the survival of organizations involved in coral reef restoration is the Community Monitoring Post (Poswasmas), which is a participatory organization, but in practice tends to be limited to the interests of fishermen.
