Abstract

Investment development in Indonesia grew significantly, marked by an increase in the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) which reached 23.54% in the last 5 (five) years. This is in line with increasing financial inclusion, public knowledge and awareness of financial planning and management. Financial investment in the Capital Market, especially stocks, is one of the most favorable by investors, as indicated by the growth in the number of investors on average per year reaching 60.65%. However, the JCI's performance for the last 5 (five) years has not been stable, where prices are still fluctuating. Therefore, investors are required to be more careful in making investment decisions that will affect future returns. In this regard, this study examines the effect of financial literacy, herding behavior and risk tolerance on investment decisions, with self-monitoring as a moderating effect. The results of the study prove that financial literacy, herding behavior and risk tolerance have a significant effect on investment decisions. Meanwhile, self-monitoring is not proven to moderate the relationship between financial literacy, herding behavior, and risk tolerance for investment decisions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has substantially transformed Indonesia's healthcare visits and practices with new regulations to reduce the visitor flow and screen potential COVID-19 patients. The enforcement of the prevention regulations may alter patients' intention to visit the hospital to some extent. This paper examines the impact of service quality, patient satisfaction, and COVID-19 protection on patient behavioral intention to visit the hospital in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study where we collected data from 160 patients who had visited the hospital in Jakarta using an online questionnaire during the COVID-19 pandemic. Factor analysis and the structural equation model were analyzed using PLS-SEM of how service quality, patient satisfaction, and COVID-19 protection impact behavioral intention. This study found that COVID-19 protection and patient satisfaction positively and significantly affect behavioral intention, as shown by the T-statistics value of 3.652 and 5.812, respectively. In contrast, we found no significant impact of service quality on behavioral intention. In conclusion, hospital management better adapts COVID-19 prevention policies and enhances patient satisfaction since it profoundly influences the patient’s behavioral intention to visit the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether creativity and social media affect the success of the culinary village in the Ogan Komeringbulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity and social media on the success of the Talang Bandung Culinary Village in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of data processing, the multiple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 2,200 + 0.168X1 + 0.675X2. Based on the R-value of the correlation coefficient, it can be seen that r = 0.870 is in the interval 0.80 - 0.1000, meaning that the relationship between Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) in Culinary Villages is very strong. The value of the coefficient of determination R square is 0.756, this shows that the influence of the variables Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) is 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study this research. Based on the count for the Creativity variable (X1) count = 0.890 and obtained stable = 2.042 so the value obtained is 0.890 <2.042 or count < table, the decision Ho is accepted Ha is rejected so there is no influence between the Creativity variable (X1) on Business Success (Y). Then for the Social Media variable (X2) count = 3.917 and table 2.042 so the value obtained is 3.917>2.042 or tcount>ttable, the decision is Ho rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is an influence of Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y). Based on the Fount value, which is 46.561, and Table 3.32 is obtained, it becomes 46.561 > 3.10. So the decision was rejected Ho Ha accepted. So there is the influence of Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) in the Culinary Village of Talang Bandung.

By using panel data regression analysis of 42 banks selected as samples, the results showed that capital structure could not mediate the effect of the type of bank ownership on financial performance. Likewise, there is no direct effect of the type of bank ownership on financial performance. This means that the type of bank ownership had no effect on bank's financial performance, either directly or indirectly. However, the type of bank ownership is proven to have an effect on the capital structure and the capital structure has a positive effect on the bank's financial performance. The implication of the research is the need for banks to manage their capital structure well to improve their financial performance.

Abstract

The development process in various sectors will certainly be accompanied by the emergence of impacts that can be in the form of positive and negative impacts. The results showed that in the Nira Nusa village community, the condition of mangrove tourism which was relatively short in age had a serious effect on the spirit of tourism management for the local community. The condition of tourism which began to be neglected after being hit by a hurricane in 2021 made the entrepreneurial spirit of the local community gloomy and could even be said to be no longer growing. In many of the data summarized by the researcher, there are several things that are sampled as part of the percentage of the impact, both positive and negative impacts. First, on environmental conditions, that the people of Nira Nusa village when managing the tour slowly began to realize and understand the cleanliness of their environment both in the internal scope of the house and outside the household or in the house area. This awareness is built slowly because some visitors accidentally enter their homes and ask for a temporary ride to ask for some necessities or shopping for something. Cleanliness then becomes important research in their tourism development. This condition certainly did not last long due to the lata attitude of the community, namely the spirit that was driven by the mere profit factor. After the presence of Ecotourism in the midst of the community, the spirit remains and even continues to exist because there is a positive value but on the other hand, researchers also found that this power does not last long due to the impact of damaged tourism, minimal visitors and damaged tourist facilities have an impact on their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Again Garbage is then left alone, the yard of the house is not properly organized anymore, and environmental cleanliness is not a routine agenda that is programmed in joint activities. In addition to the environmental impact, it is also seen from the social impact and economic impact. From the observations and analysis made, the researcher found two important things in the social field.
