Abstract

The title “teacher” is a noble designation because the teacher is not just a teaching profession but a very noble task. It is not easy being a teacher, because the teacher does not only teach but also has to be able to accompany children and even be an example for their students. Praise the teachers who always fight for the students who are educated. However, the awareness of the professional duties of a teacher has not been shared by all teachers, there are still those who only see that being a teacher is a tool/field to earn a living. Indeed, this is not wrong, because every person who holds a profession has the right to get a wage or salary. But the problem is that if due to a small salary, the teacher does not carry out his duties properly, in the end it is the students or students who are disadvantaged. The list of teachers in the school is quite large, but it often happens that the class becomes empty because the teacher is not in the class to teach. It is easy for teachers to change schools because they want to find a school that promises more honorariums, even though the school where they teach really needs teachers. Of course, seeing this, the question arises "where is the professionalism of a teacher's work? Especially Christian teachers and PAK teachers must realize that their profession as a teacher is not only accountable before humans but also before God. Therefore, in this paper will be discussed about "Understanding Christian Teachers Against Work Professionalism and Its Implementation In Carrying Out Their Duties As Educators".

Abstract

The Banyuwangi Regency General Election Commission through the Banyuwangi Regency KPU Decree No. 15/HK.03.1-Kpt/3510/KPU-Kab/II/2021 dated February 18, 2021, determined the Ipuk-Sugirah pair as Regent and Deputy Regent who won in the Pilkada contestation Banyuwangi 2020. An interesting thing was conveyed by the regent in focusing on economic recovery due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of course, we hope that the goal of economic recovery will run smoothly and the indicators will be achieved. In the economic recovery section due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are 7 points that are the targets of renewal. The problem that occurs in people's lives is that an increase in per capita income may not raise people's real living standards. The infrastructure development policy that prioritizes villages as passive patronage is a policy that is close to the welfare barn. Considering the potential of the village is the closest potential to ensure welfare, these glasses are certainly very difficult to find when the orientation of the leader is only limited to developmentalism but when the orientation of the leader is focused on the interests of the community, of course, the theory of social analysis needs to be developed. This Writing Method Is Descriptive. Descriptive method is a method that aims to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. The Covid-19 pandemic has proven not only to destroy the economy. But, also killing humans en masse. It's not just about killing large numbers of people. But it also kills the hopes of many people. Society is overshadowed by anxiety, confusion, and helplessness. His life is threatened, his source of livelihood is also threatened. Not in a short time. In Indonesia since the beginning of 2020. No one can confirm the stopping point. All of this can lead to despair. The situation for Ipuk – Sugirah's departure was very different. Let's look at the initial energy. Ipuk – Sugirah started the government with a significantly lower APBD. The 2020 APBD is 3.3 trillion rupiah. Ipuk - Sugirah started her government with the 2021 APBD of 2.7 trillion. Down about 600 billion rupiah. Certainly not a small number for the size of the district.

Abstract

The increasing number of pandemic cases in early 2021, has made online trading (marketplace) more widespread, making competition for marketplace companies getting tighter. Marketing strategy competition can be tested with a game theory approach. This study aims to determine the optimum marketing strategy in the marketplace so as to increase market share. From the data processing on the payoff matrix, there is no saddle point where the maximum value is not the same as the minimum value so that the pure strategy is not the optimum strategy. Furthermore, the data is processed using the POM-QM program to determine the value of the most optimum marketing strategy for each marketplace. Get games between marketplaces using a mixed strategy. In the Shopee and Tokopedia games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the second game, Shopee and Lazada, the optimal game value is 10%. In Shopee and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 8%. In the Shopee and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 16%. In the Tokopedia and Lazada games, the optimal game value is 10%. In the Tokopedia and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Tokopedia and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Lazada and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 11%. In the Lazada and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 13%. In the last game, Bukalapak and Blibli, the optimal game value was 14%.

Abstract

As a tourist destination for Digital Nomads.During the pandemic in the last two years, immigration policies have restricted a number of foreigners, especially foreigners with visa-free visits, where this type of visa is the type of visa that is widely used by Digital Nomads to enter Bali. There are many violations related to Digital Nomad, one of which is Cristen Gray, who during this pandemic actually invited tourists to enter Bali amid the policy of restricting the entry of foreigners into Indonesian territory. On the other hand, the Balinese economy, which heavily relies on tourism, has experienced an economic decline. Therefore, look at the security conditions due to immigration violations and the condition of the need to revive the Balinese economy through tourism. The author is then interested in seeing the extent of the implementation of the Digital Nomad visa in order to reduce immigration violations. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of the Digital Nomad visa in reducing the number of violations of the misuse of immigration visit residence permits, as well as to determine the mechanism of the Digital Nomad visa in the Indonesian visa system. This research is normative-empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that the urgency of regulation from Digital Nomad is the potential of Digital Nomad Foreigners and Digital Nomad culture that is currently developing in the world to improve the domestic economy through tourism in special tourist areas. For the opportunity to regulate the Digital Nomad visa, it depends on the arrangement of digital work patterns and the determination of administrative factors in the form of terms and conditions in terms of the large number of security deposits that can screen foreigners who have the potential to benefit the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the topic of suicide in the perspective of Theravada Buddhism using the literature review method. There are people holding the view of annihilation (vibhava-taṇhā) or craving for nonexistence, and they believe that suicide is the final solution to end the suffering. But The Buddha never taught to avoid suffering by committing suicide, and it will, for sure, not lead to liberation. Committing suicide will cause another chain of suffering and rebirth in the lower realm, even fall into endless cyclic existence (saṃsāra). That is why it goes “against the stream” of Buddhist moral teaching. The suicide was wrong because of the presence of desire or aversion accompanied by delusion (moha). The five precepts of the lay people (pañcasīla) and the pāṭimokkha of the monastic order, especially in the section of parajika, have clearly mentioned about the commitment to avoid killing. The idea of killing and suicide are inconsistent with the first precept of Pancasila and the Third precepts of patimokkha.  The concept of suicide is inconsistent with Buddhist ideas in the precepts for monks, nuns, and laypeople, that is why we have to understand hiri and otappa, so that we have strong life guidelines in carrying out our daily life processes.

The population of this study was all consumers of Ud Tran Jaya Kasokandel with sampling technique using random sampling using the slovin formula to produce 96 people. The nature of this research is descriptive and verification. The data analysis methods are regression analysis, correlation, determination, and t-test. Based on the analysis results, there is an influence between the differentiation strategy and consumer loyalty; this is proven through hypothesis testing using the t-test so that it can be count is greater than t table (9, 8724 > 1.66123). The correlation value between differentiation strategy and consumer loyalty at Ud Tran Jaya Kasokandel Majalengka Regency based on research data is 0.7103. So the relationship between differentiation strategy variables and consumer loyalty at Ud Tran Jaya Kasokandel Majalengka Regency is included in the category of a strong relationship. The contribution of differentiation strategy to consumer loyalty is 50,46%, or it can be said that the variance that occurs in the consumer loyalty variable (Y) 50,46 % is determined by the variance that occurs in the differentiation strategy variable (X). The rest, amounting to 49%, factors outside this study determine 54%. The regression equation is: Y = 1, 11 + 0,41 X. It means: b is positive, namely 1,11, meaning that X positively affects Y. The regression coefficient of 0,41 states that every increase (because b is +) 1 unit of differentiation strategy will increase consumer loyalty by 0,41 units.
