Abstract

The Aek Pala River is a water used by the surrounding community for various activities. In addition to fishing activities by the local community, the Aek Pala river is also a natural tourist spot that causes turbidity from suspended solids. This situation affects biodiversity, especially macrozooebenthos in these waters. Macrozooebenthos is a group of animals that live on the bottom of the waters and are often found living in association with other organisms. This study aims to determineeffect of total suspended solids on macrozoobenthos in the Aek Pala river. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive random sampling technique, while the research used a descriptive method. The results showed that the total suspended solids content in the waters of the Aek Pala . riverranged from 105.20 mg/l -135.15 mg/l. The largest value was found at station IV amounting to 135.15 mg/l, while the lowest value was at station II amounting to 105.20 mg/l. There are 5 types of macrozoobenthos found in the Aek Pala river, namely zooplankton, bivalves, annelids, crustaceans and gastropods. The results of the calculation of the community structure of various types of macrozooebenthos were found in the form of calculation results, namely the highest diversity index (H') was at station III amounting to 0.7035, the highest uniformity index (e) was at station III amounting to 0.437, dominance index (C ) is the highest at station I amounting to 0.766, andrelative abundance index (KR),the highest is at station I amounting to31,650.

From the results of the suitability analysis between the level of importance (what is expected by inpatients) and the level of implementation / performance (what is felt by inpatients using the importance analysis method and performance / quality of service (Importence-Performance Analysis), it is found that 1) There is still a gap (gap) between what is expected by the patient (interest) and what is felt by the patient (Implementation/Performance), marked by the average level of conformity for 18 attributes of 73.64% still below 80%, 2 The dimensions that need important attention from Serui Hospital for improvement are assurance, friendliness, courtesy and attention (Empathy), and tangible evidence (Tangible) because these dimensions have not reached the desired target, namely the level of patient satisfaction. New hospitalizations ranged from 64.58% - 74.17%. Meanwhile, other service quality dimensions such as realibilitis (real evidence) and responsiveness (responsiveness) are close to the ideal level of service, which ranges from 78.03 to 79.99 (close to 80% and above).

So in this study sampling using the formula from Lemesshow, then obtained a sample of 96.4 and rounded up to 100 respondents. In this study, with the results of hypothesis testing with t-test, the results of T-count > T-table (2,936 > 1.985) and a significance of 0.004 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the promotion mix on interest visitors to the Patin Village Tourism Village. Abstract

The quantity and quality of strikes and labor demonstrations has increased since the fall of the Suharto regime. This is not only because of the increasingly oppressed conditions of workers, but also because the space for freedom of organization is increasingly wide open. Almost every day the mass media reported on strikes and demonstrations of workers. However, until now, not much is known about how the workers' actions are represented by the mass media. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate this issue. This study aims to determine how strikes and labor demonstrations are represented by the mass media. This research uses content analysis method. The object of the research is the news on strikes and labor demonstrations published in Tribun Jabar, during 2000. The unit of analysis that is coded is the physical position of the news, the format of the news, the nature of the news, the source of the news, the news frame, and the orientation of the news. The findings of this study are that the newspapers that are the subject of this research, the layout of the pages rarely places the news of the labor strike on pages other than page one such as page 2, page 19, page 24, and so on. This study also found that they like to choose straight news news format and the nature of hard news news. The media tend to use labor as the main source of their news. Then, the frame used to report the news of the labor strike is an anarchic frame that is usually used by employers in responding to various issues surrounding labor strikes and the frame for violations of labor rights which is usually used by workers in interpreting various industrial conflict events. Finally, the orientation is on events rather than issues in telling the actions of workers' strikes.
