Abstract

Basically in inheritance and joint property disputes, the reason for resolving disputes through auctions is because one of the parties does not carry out the decision voluntarily. In addition, in sharia economic disputes there are 3 (three) things that form the basis of auction implementation, namely parties breaking promises (defaults), unlawful acts, and due to coercive circumstances. The purpose of carrying out dispute resolution is to create a law that contains the value of legal justice, the value of legal certainty, and the value of legal benefits. Settlement of disputes through an auction procedure in the Religious Courts is an effort to create legal certainty for justice seekers. This study aims to provide information regarding dispute resolution procedures through auction procedures at the Religious Courts. This research was conducted using the normative-empirical juridical research method, which combines normative legal approaches with the addition of various empirical elements. Abstract

The rapid increase in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is able to encourage economic growth. The existence of government policies on financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) motivates Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs to be able to create a good financing system so as to affect the ease of accessing credit.  Ease of access to formal credit is important because formal credit providers have more availability of funds than informal credit providers. Access to formal credit carried out on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is also based on the banking behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs who are influenced by financial literacy.  Various efforts made by the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia in improving financial literacy include providing financial training that is analyzed for effectiveness in research.  This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and credit requirements on access to formal credit by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The method used in this study is a regression test.  The results of this study show that financial literacy and credit requirements can affect access to formal credit by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region.

Abstract

Garlic is one of the important horticultural commodities for Indonesian people. In 2020, Indonesia experienced a garlic deficit of 362.42 thousand tonnes. Indonesia's dependence on the international market causes garlic prices to tend to fluctuate. Integrated market information can help the government implement policies to reduce price fluctuations. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of garlic production, consumption, prices, and to analyze the spatial market integration of garlic in Indonesia. The data used is monthly time series data on garlic prices at the consumer level in 33 provinces for the period January 2014-December 2020. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results of the study show that there is a large gap between consumption and production of garlic, and the price of garlic fluctuates greatly. There has been a comprehensive long-term integration of the garlic market in Indonesia. This is indicated by the cointegration of all consumer market pairs. The consumer markets of Bali, Central Java, and East Java are price leaders. There are 212 pairs of integrated garlic consumer markets in the short term. This shows that the garlic market in Indonesia is more integrated in the long term.

Abstract

This study empirically examines the antecedents of the intention to become a social entrepreneur by undergraduate students in Indonesia using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) framework. In TPB, the intention of a planned choice or desire is predicted to result from perceived attractiveness, subjective norms, self-efficacy, and personal attitudes. A total of 116 undergraduate students were recruited as respondents in this study, and primary data obtained from respondents were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the four research hypotheses. This study revealed that the dimensions of perceived attractiveness, subjective norms, self-efficacy, and personal attitude of undergraduate students positively and significantly shaped students' intentions to become social entrepreneurs. Thus, the results of this study provide new understanding and knowledge about the antecedents to becoming a social entrepreneur.

Abstract

Santet is an act of harming others by using magic. Indonesian people sometimes often commit criminal acts or take the law into their own hands against someone who is accused of being a perpetrator of Santet, either in the form of minor abuse, serious abuse, beatings, and even murder. The purpose of this study was to find out the settlement of Santet crimes from a criminological perspective and Santet crimes from a criminal law perspective. The type of research used is normative legal research using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that from a normative legal perspective, Santet is a crime that can be accounted for by looking at the criminology and criminal law perspectives committed by people who deliberately announce themselves as having supernatural powers and can be used as criminal offenses as stipulated in the Criminal Code. (KUHP) of 2019 concerning the criminalization of Santet Article 252. Whereas the object of criminology is a person in conflict with social norms, while the object of criminal law is a violation of law and order. The formulation of the crime of Santet in the Criminal Code is a formal offense, which means that if all the elements have been fulfilled then criminal sanctions can be imposed regardless of the consequences of their actions. So, the process of proving the meaning of Santet that is proven is not the Santet but the relationship between the Santet and the person who hired her so that that relationship will be seen as a crime. Because our country is a country of law, there must be a law that protects its people even if the people are proven guilty and still carry out the punishment following what was violated.
