Abstract

Every element of a city park will give meaning and function to a place, so that in turn it will form the identity of a city. As a city's identity, its original identity will be polished and eroded due to the proliferation of instant designs, so that there are similarities between one city and another, as a result it is often difficult to recognize its surroundings. The absence of laws or legal provisions protecting urban parks, which should be city assets, makes it difficult to identify the values of urban parks that are related to the history of urban development, so that their role as a city identity is increasingly lost. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges in providing legal protection for the Menteng city park, as befits a building that has historical value or as a city identity, already has provisions to be legally protected. The benefit of this research is to produce a profile of the Menteng city park, which has the potential to become a city identity. The research was conducted in the Menteng Park area of DKI Jakarta as a general overview and specifically in the Central Jakarta area. The methods used in data collection are survey methods (interviews, questionnaires and mapping) and archival methods. Data analysis used the assessment method by carrying out several stages, namely compiling a normative framework, compiling weights and scores to determine the level of significance between the variables. Abstract

Neglect by the Principal of SMK Telkom I Medan will have an impact on the quality of teachers, thus making teachers will be disrupted in their performance because they only rely on the importance of grades rather than increasing students' ability to understand lessons, which ultimately reduces the ability and competence of teachers. so that later the Principal can make wise decisions that can change the existing work culture, so that teachers are no longer assessment-oriented through outdated learning methods . This research method is a literature research method. The results of the study concluded that SMK Telkom I Medan has a work culture for teachers who always want students to have higher grades, but students of SMK Telkom I Medan do not get the grades as expected, because the idealism and culture that exist in SMK Telkom I Medan are deep-rooted and difficult to change, so action,  policies, as well as solving existing problems must really change the culture and mindset of teachers, so as to be able to change methods, systems and learning models to be more effective and creative, and follow the curriculum made by the Government, namely the Merdeka Belajar curriculum that creates students to think critically, and can analyze problems, as well as learning materials well.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper is one of the largest horticultural crop commodities produced in Jember Regency. Cayenne pepper has a high economic value and is in great demand by the people of Jember Regency, but the commodity price of cayenne pepper has a pattern of sharp fluctuations. The purpose of this research is to predict the price and identify the factors that influence the price of cayenne pepper in Jember Regency. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research that uses the Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing method as forecasting and the simple regression method as a determinant of the factors that influence prices. The results of this study are the most optimal forecasting parameter values, namely the alpha (????) value of 0.5, beta (β) of 0 and gamma (γ) of 0.22, and produce a MAPE value of 34%. Factors that affect changes in the price of cayenne pepper in Jember Regency are the price of substitute ingredients (red chilies) and rainfall.

Abstract

This research paper employs a conceptual analysis to investigate the contrasting online behaviors between Asian and European internet users, commonly known as netizens. The study aims to identify the differences in online consumer habits between the two regions and analyze the key drivers that influence these behaviours. The research is particularly significant for businesses intending to target online consumers in Asia and Europe, as it provides insights for developing more effective, region-specific marketing strategies. The paper reveals that one of the most prominent differences between Asia and Europe is the number of netizens, with Asia having a substantially larger internet user population. This not only reflects the market size but also points to different levels of digital engagement between the two continents. Despite this, a shared preference for using smartphones and tablets for online shopping is observed across both regions, aligning with the global trend toward mobile e-commerce. However, regional variations exist within this general trend, making the landscape complex and nuanced. Asia demonstrates immense market potential due to rapidly growing digital economies in countries like China, Japan, and South Korea, and regions such as Southeast Asia. In contrast, Europe has potential e-commerce markets in countries like Germany, Poland, and Norway, but certain nations lag in the development of social delivery networks and services. This suggests varying degrees of market readiness between the two regions. The paper identifies multiple factors shaping the e-commerce landscape, including demographics, cultural differences, preferred payment methods, prevalent e-commerce platforms, mobile shopping trends, and cross-border shopping practices. In summary, the study underscores the need for businesses to have a nuanced understanding of these regional differences to craft more effective marketing strategies and provide an optimized online shopping experience.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso). The population is all people who buy tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso. The number of samples was determined as many as 90 respondents with non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. To test the measuring tool in the form of a research questionnaire, the validity test tool and data reliability test tool are used. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test were used to test the research hypothesis. The test results show that there is a significant influence between brand image and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.013 (<0.05). The second result shows that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). The third result shows that there is a significant effect between price and purchase decision with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the independent variables consisting of brand image, product quality and price together have an effect on the dependent variable (Y) purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is backgrounded by observation data at the Labuhanbatu appointment health center and uses the MYSQL database system to help support research results. MySQL is also known as a SQL-based open-source relational database management system (RDBMS) that works with a client-server model which functions for data warehousing (data warehouse), which is data collection from various sources, for e-commerce, as well as logging applications. Information systems are an important factor in Indonesia today, supporting operational activities and institutions for companies. An information system is an internal organizational system that meets the needs of day-to-day event management, supports operations, represents the specific management of the organization, and supports strategic operations with the necessary reports. The system design includes drug inventory, Primary Health Center Standards, and Drug Services. The research methods used are a combination of survey research, problem identification, data collection, data analysis, system design, and implementation. This research also aims to make more agencies know how to work quickly and easily using MYSQL databases, researchers hope that in this digital era people will know more and understand more about information systems and their uses to help in work. The result of this research is that the puskesmas is willing to consider the problems that arise from the current system, which is recommended to implement and utilize computerized systems that offer a more effective and efficient data search process. The proposed system is a modification of the ongoing system, namely the Design of the Drug Stock Information System at the Promise Health Center. This system design uses PHP, CSS, Bootstrap Designer, and MySQL. Therefore, the design results obtained include a program interface consisting of Files, Transactions, Reports, and Final Programs (Exit).
