Abstract

Abstract: Language is a medium that is only owned by humans in conveying an idea, idea, or feeling to others. For Muslims living in Indonesia, learning Arabic is very important because in practice the Muslim community cannot be separated from the Arabic text. One of the books of Manaqib that are often used as a means of joint prayer is the Book of Manaqib Nurul Burhani. From here the researcher will discuss isim fa'il in the book Nurul Burhan and focus on discussing the form of wazan. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with library research techniques. The results of this study show that Isim Fa'il contained in the book of Nurul Burhan as many as 86 words spread in Maqro '1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, among which some are formed from wazan mujarrod and mazid.

Abstract

Mathematics is often considered a scary and difficult subject, many students do not like mathematics. This happens because the initial concept of the material is not fully mastered by students, because students will have difficulty learning higher material concepts if they do not have a strong understanding of the basic concepts of simple material, in this study is the place value of numbers. Students who have a strong understanding of place value material will be facilitated in mastering further, more complex material. Place value material is important to understand before entering into more complex material levels such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of place value material integrated with Islam based on ICARE model at grade II SD/MI. This study used a qualitative research method with a library research approach. The results of this study are place value material developed using the ICARE model integrated with Islam so that students are able to experience meaningful learning integrated with Islam and understand mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior is behavior carried out by individuals or groups that is intended to hurt, injure, and harm other people, both individuals and groups, with intention or on purpose, both verbally and nonverbally. The aims of this study were (1) to describe the factors that cause students to behave aggressively at MAN Asahan, (2) to describe the role of the counseling teacher in dealing with the aggressive behavior of students at MAN Asahan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects and objects in the study were guidance and counseling teachers and students. Research instruments are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) the causes of aggressive student behavior are largely due to the hard character of students and tend to assume that the behavior they are doing is normal and due to a lack of supervision, attention and affection from parents so that children tend to feel they can do anything desired and (2) the role of the guidance and counseling teacher in reducing the aggressive behavior of students is quite good, namely by investigating the student's problems. As well as carrying out counseling services, in the form of: individual counseling services, group counseling services, etc.

Abstract

Making products in the form of learning modules is the development of the Wahdatul Ulum Paradigm-Based Ecosystem Module. The resulting modules are used as instructional content. This author developed a product in the form of a wahdatul ulum-based module which was carried out at the MAS Al-Wasliyah Percut school with ecosystem material for class X SMA/MA students because modules detailed with the wahdatul ulum paradigm concept are generally not available in biology textbooks. The layout plan contained in this module is expected to be able to encourage students, be cool and be interested in understanding the use of the module because it displays lots of interesting pictures. This increase in exploration takes advantage of the progress of Research and Development (Innovative Work) with the 4D plan which has four phases, namely Characterize, Plan, Advancement, and Spread. Based on the assessment results from experts and also students, it is known that the development of environmental modules is very possible to be used as teaching materials. Media experts scored 87.50 percent, material experts scored 92.30 percent, and religion experts scored 85.41 percent in their due diligence assessment. Ecosystem modules based on the wahdatul ulum paradigm for class X SMA/MA students deserve to be used as additional teaching materials for the learning process, according to the assessment results, namely 91.66% for Biology teachers and 90.88% for students.

Abstract

The topic of this essay is The Role of Group Guidance Services Using Play Techniques to Raise Student Awareness in the Next Academic Year. The aims of this study were to: 1) Understand the benefits of role playing in classroom settings for guidance students at SMAN 1 Sei Kepayang. 2) understand the implementation of group guidance services in order to increase student confidence in SMAN 1 Sei Kepayang. 3) Understand the results and short term plans for group guidance services in order to increase the level of student confidence in SMAN 1 Sei Kepayang. The method I use in this research is a qualitative descriptive methodology using qualitative descriptive research. The author uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis in order to obtain the required information. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, or data verification are examples of data processing techniques. The results of the research are: a) group guidance service planning is carried out by identifying students' self-concept problems, assigning group members, determining the time of service implementation, and completing the administration of group guidance service implementation, b) group guidance service implementation is carried out group guidance related to material about student self-concept , in improving students' self-concept. c) Interviews with students as a result of the implementation of group guidance services in terms of increasing students' perceptions of themselves and providing more information are the results of the project.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling teachers have an important role regarding the ability to adapt to students. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of the counseling teacher in improving students' adaptability. Qualitative approach is the method used for this research. Data was collected through a process of observation (observation), documentation and interviews at MTs Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung. The resulting data were analyzed using Milles and Huberman's theory, namely the existing data was reduced and then presented into a pattern, drawing a conclusion and verifying the resulting data. This research resulted in a finding that the counseling teacher plays an important role in improving the ability to adapt to new students, namely as a provider of information, activity organizer, motivational provider and giving direction. Another method used by the counseling teacher is asking students to make adjustments to the teacher and adjustments to friends.

Abstract

The Disclosure Picking up learning model is a model for creating dynamic understudy learning techniques by self-revelation and self-examination, so that results will be gotten that will keep going quite a while in memory and are not handily forgotten by understudies. The reason for this exploration is to find out how results are impacted by utilizing the Disclosure Picking up learning model. Understudies in class VIII at SMP Negeri 17 Medan. The expression "quantitative exploration" alludes to concentrates on that current information in mathematical structure and utilize factual examination. By administering tests to determine the learning outcomes of students, information collection is completed. The trial class and the control class were the two classes used by experts. Considering the assessment shows that there are contrasts in student learning results. The typical post-test consequences of the exploratory and control classes uncover understudy learning results. The control class's average post-test score was 56.57, while the experimental class's average post-test score was 82.27. Abstract

The justification for this exploration is to see the effect of mixed learning on the learning outcomes of motion structures. Tests are used in this exam strategy. This study used a semi-trial research design. Participants from the following two classes were selected through total sampling in this study: 35 students from XI IPA 2 as the control group, with 34 students from XIIIPA 1 as the experimental group. Based on the examination and conversation, it was obtained that the t value was 4.309 > 1.689, so that H0 was rejected and Ha was declared. The hypothesis testing table also shows the level of significance: 0.000 0.05. Thus according to the justification for the items in the independent T test, it is quite well accepted that there is a difference in the usual learning outcomes of the posttest control group and the posttest exploratory encounter. Thus it can be concluded that the blended learning model influences the activities and learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA N 2 Perbaungan.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of learning with strategiesBrain Based Learning with the help of snakes and ladders media on student learning outcomes at Al-Ulum Private Middle School Medan. This study uses a Quasi Experiment type of research. The population in this study were students of class VIII. The sample used in this study was class VIII 4 as the experimental class. And VIII 5 as the control class. Each class consists of 29 students. The instrument in this study was a multiple choice test consisting of 30 items. Data analysis of student learning outcomes using the test formulattest, also with the help of SPSS Version 22 data processing. Data analysis of student learning outcomes by calculating the average value obtained shows that the experimental class is higher than the control class. The prerequisite test proves that the data obtained is normally distributed and homogeneous. Test calculation resultsttest Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Testttest experimental class and control class have been obtainedtcount worth 14,855 andttableworth 1,697, so it showstcount > ttable. The conclusion in this study explains that there is an influence on student learning outcomes on the respiratory system material at Al-ulum Private Middle School, after implementing the learning strategyBrain Based Learning by means of snakes and ladders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzes working capital management and financing in general. Basically, working capital management is a form of managing the company's current assets and current liabilities with the aim of achieving a balance between profit and risk so that in the future it can make a positive contribution to company value, namely increasing profits and reducing risk. The condition of the company is influenced by working capital management in increasing and controlling its liquidity. Where a company must provide sufficient working capital in order to carry out the company's operations. In addition, increases or decreases in liquidity can be seen from the company's working capital. Financing management is very important for Islamic financial institutions because by implementing good financing management, Islamic financial institutions in particular will be able to maintain healthy financial performance and reduce the risk of bad financing. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. To minimize the risks that occur, financing management from the perspective of Islamic financial institutions must be carried out based on the precautionary principle contained in the financing analysis which includes 5C analysis and 7A analysis.
