Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of the physical budget ceiling for the construction of SMP Negeri 14 Bandung at the conceptual stage using a conceptual cost estimation approach and identify parameters that influence the level of cost estimation accuracy using the Relative Importance Index (RII) method. Cost estimates were calculated using a parametric method, with data tabulation based on parameters in PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 22/PRT/M/2018. A multicriteria assessment was conducted by referring to previous studies regarding the accuracy limits of cost estimates. Analysis was conducted using validity, reliability, correlation, and RII calculations to identify the parameters most influential on cost estimation accuracy. The results showed that the conceptual cost estimate was Rp 8,415,480,000.00, while the physical budget ceiling was set at Rp 7,410,370,000.00. There was a difference of Rp 1,005,110,000.00 (-11.94%), indicating that the budget ceiling was lower than the estimate, thus being assessed as "not accurate enough" according to the accuracy category.

Abstract

Lack of data, as well as the estimator's experience and expertise in estimating prices, can lead to inaccurate estimates. Differences between the contract value and the budget ceiling indicate the need to evaluate the accuracy of a building's cost estimate. Cost estimation evaluations are conducted to determine the results of cost estimates and improve their accuracy. Cost estimation accuracy evaluations are conducted by collecting primary data through interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data in the form of the budget ceiling, contractor contract value, building area and height, SHST, and related coefficients. The data obtained are analyzed using parametric methods. The parameters evaluated include: building area, cost, building classification, building type, floor height, and space program. The analysis in this study includes: analyzing the accuracy of parametric cost estimation methods against the budget ceiling value and analyzing parameters that influence cost estimation accuracy.

Abstract

Climate change and public awareness of the environment are increasingly driving interest in environmentally friendly building design, including in Indonesia. This study examines the design of a Creative Center building using a green architecture approach in the Bogor area. The primary focus of this study is to explore how to apply green architecture principles to create an efficient, environmentally friendly building that supports the creative process. An analysis was conducted to identify relevant green architecture elements, such as energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials, water management, and the utilization of green open spaces. The study results indicate that the application of green architecture to the Creative Center building in Bogor can improve the building's environmental quality and provide long-term economic benefits. The study concludes that the design of the Creative Center building using a green architecture approach not only supports environmental sustainability but also creates a creative and useful space for the community.

Abstract

One type of protective relay that requires coordination in an electric power system is the overcurrent relay (OCR) and ground fault relay (GFR). The OCR/GFR function is crucial for protecting equipment in a substation from short circuits between phases or phase-to-ground faults. Therefore, setting the OCR/GFR relay requires careful and precise calculations to ensure a sensitive, selective, fast, and reliable power protection system. Observations of faults at several substations in the Cilegon Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) revealed discrepancies in the OCR/GFR coordination. The method used was to calculate the OCR/GFR setting values on the feeder side and the main transformer side to analyze the protection system coordination.

Abstract

Reconstruction plays a crucial role in criminal evidence, specifically to clarify and illustrate the occurrence of a crime by reenacting how the suspect committed the crime, thereby further convincing the investigator of the truth of the suspect's or witness's testimony. Reconstruction is used to obtain a picture of the criminal incident committed by the suspect and to reconcile the statements of the suspect and witnesses, thus clarifying the crime. The evidentiary power of the reconstruction (re-enactment) conducted by investigators during the investigation of a crime lies in the reconstruction's results, as evidence from the suspect/defendant outside of court. If it is consistent with other evidence, it will serve as a tool for finding evidence or clues in court.

Abstract

The judge's guardian cannot act as a marriage guardian if the entire group of guardians is still there and their place of residence is known, except in the case of a guardian. The transfer of the nasab guardian to the judge's guardian in a marriage is regulated in the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law, which is the implementation of the marriage using the nasab guardian, however, in the implementation of the marriage using the judge's guardian, there must be a certificate obtained from the village where the bride lives. which states that the bride and groom truly fulfill the requirements using the judge's guardian's reasoning, after which the files are put together in a folder. After the administrative requirements have been completed, the implementation process can begin.

Abstract

Adoption of a child will have legal consequences for both the child being adopted and the person adopting it. One of the legal consequences is the inheritance of the parents who adopted the child if they die. The position of adopted children cannot be equated with biological children because adopting a child according to statutory regulations or Islamic law does not sever the adopted child's blood/lineage relationship with the biological family, but only a transfer of responsibility from the biological parents to the adoptive parents. Adoption does not change the legal, lineage and mahram relationship between the adopted child and the biological parents or adoptive parents. The procedure for adopting a child in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is to make a letter requesting adoption which is signed by the applicant or his attorney. The part of an adopted child's inheritance in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is that the adopted child and his or her adoptive parents do not inherit each other.

Abstract

The sale and purchase of inherited land and buildings must be carried out before an authorized public official, namely the Land Deed Drafting Officer, however, problems occurred in making the sale and purchase deed due to objections from the heirs. The procedure for buying and selling land and heritage buildings carried out before the PPAT is that the seller brings the original certificate of title to the land to be sold, KTP (Resident Identification Card), proof of payment of PBB (Building Land Tax), husband/wife's consent letter, for those who are married , KK (Family Card) while the buyer brings their KTP (Resident Identification Card), KK (Family Card), payment money or an order to issue money to the bank as agreed between the seller and the buyer. The legal consequences of the deed of sale and purchase of land and heritage buildings made by PPAT become an authentic deed. The legal force of the deed of agreement is very strong, because the deed of sale and purchase agreement has become a notarial deed so that it is an authentic deed.

Abstract

Land control without rights is a land control carried out by a person or legal entity to enjoy or use land that is not their own land without rights and also against the law. The practice of waqf that occurs in people's lives is not yet fully carried out in an orderly and efficient manner, so that in various cases waqf assets are not maintained properly, are abandoned, are transferred to third parties or to heirs in a way that is against the law. This situation is only due to the nazhir's negligence or inability to manage and develop waqf assets. This is also due to the attitude of the public who do not care or understand the status of waqf property which should be protected for the sake of general welfare in accordance with the aims, functions and designation of waqf. As a legal consequence of using land rights by parties who do not have rights to waqf land, this action is an unlawful act.

Abstract

The imposition of a criminal under a special minimum criminal sanction in Law Number 31 juncto Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the eradication of corruption crimes, where the imposition of a criminal under the special minimum criminal sanction in the crime of corruption is basically unjustifiable based on legal justice. The results of the study show that the judge's consideration in imposing a criminal sentence on the perpetrators of corruption crimes according to the Supreme Court Decision Number 3280 K/Pid.Sus/2024 is the existence of elements of state financial losses or the state economy as a result of the criminal acts of corruption so that the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 2 (two) years and 6 (six) months and a fine of Rp. 100,000,000,- (one hundred million rupiah).
