Abstract

This study discusses how the public's reception of the Al-Qur'an, in this case is about reviving the Qur'an in the midst of Islamic boarding school life. There are several routines that are always carried out at this Turus boarding school, including the writing of the Basmalah lafadz which is carried out on the 1st of the month of Muharram. This routine is carried out by all residents in the Islamic boarding school both from caregivers, teachers, administrators and students as well as female students. As for the procedure, namely lafadz basmalah written as many as 113 times, facing the Qibla and must have ablution. The object of research at the Turus Pandeglang Islamic Boarding School uses a phenoneological approach with the interview method

Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya untuk membahas dan menguak makna lafadz Jannah dalam al-Qur’an secara detail dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisi peneliti mengkaji tentang pengertian Jannah secara etimologi dan termilonogi menurut para mufassir dengan perpesktif Syeikh ‘Abd al-Qadir al-Jailani tentang Jannah, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Analisa semantik untuk mengetahui makna Jannah dari derivasi hurufnya. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari kajian ini bahwasannya lafadz Jannah secara etimologi adalah kebun yang tertutup dan tak terlihat, sedangkan makna Jannah secara terminologi adalah kebun yang diciptakan oleh Allah sebagai balasan untuk orang-orang yang berbuat baik selama di dunia, namun sifat kebun ini masih tertutup dan tidak terlihat. Hal ini sesuai dengan perspektif al-Jailani, ia berpendapat bahwa surga adalah makan al-Qurb (tempat yang dekat dengan Allah), surga merupakan tempat bagi kenikmatan ruhani di alam akhirat, diperuntukan bagi manusia yang beriman dan beramal shaleh. Maka pengertian Jannah secara termilonogi lebih tepat karena surga adalah sebuah tempat di kehidupan akhirat sebagai balasan untuk orang-orang yang berbuat baik selama di dunia, sedangkan manusia yang amal buruknya lebih banyak telah disediakan tempat oleh Allah yaitu neraka. Abstract

Pentingnya studi terhadap hadis-hadis futuristik bukan saja karena hadis-hadis tersebut masuk kategori di luar jangkauan nalar, tetapi juga karena deskripsi naratif Nabi SAW belasan abad lalu tentang masa depan, tentu terkendala dengan kosa kata-kosa kata yang berlaku masa itu untuk menjelaskan hal-hal tentang masa depan yang belum ada masa itu. Pada awal abad kedua hijriah, kaidah-kaidah ini belum terbentuk secara sistematis, baru pada abad keempat kaidah ini bisa terformulasikan oleh ulama-ulama sesudahnya. Salah satu ulama yang memiliki perhatian besar terhadap hadis adalah Imam Bukhari. Untuk itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada hadits-hadits futuristik yang dikumpulkan oleh Imam Bukhari.

Abstract

This study discusses the interpretation of the meaning of al-nabī al-ummī in QS al-A'rāf/7: 157-158 according to Bisri Mustofa and the Tim Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf Al-Qur’an RI and is a literature study using primary and secondary data. The result of the research is that al-nabī al-ummī which is attributed to the Prophet Muhammad found in QS al-A'rāf/7: 157-158. Bisri Mustofa interpreted that the Prophet Muhammad could not read and write and also meant that he was clean from sin. Meanwhile, the Tim Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf Al-Qur’an RI interpreted that the Prophet Muhammad not good at reading and writing. There are several similarities and differences in the interpretation of each of these figures in terms of the diversity of meanings of the sentence al-nabī al-ummī, the attribution of these characteristics to him, and the level of ability of the Prophet Muhammad in terms of reading and writing. The purpose of this research is to find out the interpretation of some Indonesian interpreters about the meaning of al-nabī al-ummī.

Abstract

The frog being one of a kindamphibian which has many benefits and properties based on the nutritional content it has. The nutritional content contained in frogs has a role and can provide a balance to human nutrition, in 100 grams of frog meat there is a protein content that can be produced as much as 16.4 grams, this value is certainly quite large for amphibians, more than that the nutritional content Frogs also have other things, such as fiber, minerals, and vitamins, which the body needs sufficiently. Behind the benefits and efficacy of the nutrition contained in the frog there is a conflict with the provisions of Islamic law, namely in the form of a prohibition that the Prophet conveyed to kill frogs as contained in the history of Abū Dāud, which means that the hadith gives an indication in the form of a prohibition against consuming them too. However, in several areas in Indonesia, which are predominantly Muslim, they still have the habit of consuming frogs.

Abstract

The teachings and instructions of the Qur'an relate to various concepts that are really needed by humans in navigating their lives in this world and in the hereafter. Gratitude is considered one of the foundations of Islamic education. Islamic education aims to instill values ​​such as faith, worship and morals in individuals to become better humans. The type of research that the author uses in this research is literature study. In life, no matter how small something we receive we should be grateful. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to direct the thoughts in their minds to always be grateful for what we get every day. Al-Qur'an There are many benefits from being grateful and there are also many bad things if we are not grateful. The Qur'an also explains that gratitude is a result and goal of the creation of the universe and also the most important result of the creation of living creatures is gratitude to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Calligraphy is one of the expressions of Islam that has received tremendous attention from Muslims. In essence, calligraphy is a work of beautiful composition (khat) taken from the Qur'an and named (where it appears) Makki, Madani, Anbari, and Baghdadi. In the long run, several names (khat) emerged, such as khat Khufi, mutsallat, mudawwar, and others. The impact of the expansion of Islamic rule, the expansion of Bedouin rule, the duties of rulers, and the world class society inspired and worked with the increase of calligraphic specificity and influenced the logical turn of events, especially during the Abbasid period. After the Abbasid period, calligraphy really existed and was created. The purpose of this article is to understand how Quranic verses are understood and applied in the field of calligraphy, as well as how the craft of calligraphy is acquired by people who visit the demand room. Exploratory strategies used may include perception, encounter, and text examination. The results of the examination may provide a better understanding of the relationship between the verses of the Quran and the specialty of calligraphy, as well as provide data on how the craft of calligraphy is perceived by individuals who visit the request room.

Abstract

This research focuses on the examination of traditions considered misogynistic by Moenawar Chalil to study the position of women in Islam. The role and rights of women in religion often become a complex debate in modern, increasingly advanced societies. This research aims to broaden the author's understanding of Moenawar Chalil's thoughts on the controversial hadiths related to women in Islam in the book The Value of Women as the main reference. This study uses qualitative analysis as well as library research from several books, journals, and documents. This study shows that Moenawar Chalil takes a critical approach to the traditions that are considered misogynistic and puts forward his perspective in responding to the hadith in his era. The study also found that Moenawar Chalil provides an important perspective for understanding the position of women in Islam. He shows that Islam truly supports gender equality and many traditions that are considered misogynistic can be interpreted in a way that is more appropriate to the current context. It is hoped that this study will provide a more accurate understanding of the position of women in Islam and Moenawar Chalil's thoughts on misogynistic traditions, or at least serve as an impetus for further study.

Abstract

This article discusses usury in the phenomenon of online loans according to Muhammad Syahrur. Online loans (Pinjol) have become a popular trend among various groups, including housewives and students. This article employs an analytical-descriptive qualitative approach and gathers data through literature. The aim of this research is to enrich the knowledge, especially in the field of interpretation (tafsir). The results obtained from this research indicate that in the context of usury, Muhammad Syahrur establishes clear limits for lenders, specifying that the maximum permissible interest rate is 100% of the loan amount that can be imposed on borrowers, and it must not exceed this limit. M. Syahrur also categorizes situations where interest rates can be applied and where they are not allowed. In conclusion, there are three classifications of situations: usury occurs when loans are given to individuals who are weak and unable to repay the loan, but they are charged interest. Usury arises when loans are distributed to individuals who can only repay the principal installment, but they are charged interest. Usury emerges when loans are distributed to individuals who are not entitled to receive charity or groups that should receive interest-free loans, with an interest rate exceeding twice the amount of the principal installment.

Abstract

Abstrack Paper aims to find out the criticism of Ibn Ashur on the book of al Muwatta' Imam Malik starting from discussing the biography of Ibn Ashur, the opinion of scholars about Ibn Ashur, the views of hadith scholars about the book of AThis l-Muwatha, and the last one discusses Ibn Ashur's views on the book of Al-Muwatha. This research is purely library research using the book Kasyful Mughoti as the main reference along with other books related to 'Ulum al-Hadis' as supporting data. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research using various approaches to hadith science. The results showed that according to Ibn Ashur there was no one among the people who had a hadith that was more authentic than Malik bin Anas Malik. According to Ibn Assyria in the book Al Muwatha' Ibn Malik made a comprehensive chapter in it at the end he mentioned what was not included in the special chapter. Al-Muwatta' is a book of Hadith revealed from the Prophet with a chain of narrators from Malik to the Rasullah. Keywords: Al-Muwatha, In the Eyes of, Muhammad Thahir Ibn Ashur
