Abstract

Change the paradigm of scientific periodicals into electronic printed must follow its development by the author or publisher in Indonesian. The changes led to the accreditation process supported by technology article that qualified. In addition to the feasibility assessment, the article selection process was still using a manual system is not computerized. Issuing the Faculty of Economics and Business (LPFEB) Trisakti University requires a database application that can accommodate the editing process LPFEB article contained in Trisakti University. Management of scientific journals in the process of determining the feasibility of the journal to be published this takes quite a relatively long, making it difficult to assess the reviewer section. From the problems in the wake of website database based on PHP and MySQL using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is capable of supporting the process of the ongoing feasibility assessment. With the construction of this database can facilitate reviewer in determining the feasibility of a scientific journal, so that the application site can be more efficient editing process.

Abstract

PT. In carrying out its activities, this company still uses the process of ordering units directly and through contact admins. So that customers who will rent are required to come and see or make sure the unit is available or not directly to place an order. The purpose of this research is to build a unit rental management information system at PT. Satrand Group Indonesia uses the waterfall method. This research has resulted in a unit rental management information system at PT. Satrand Group Indonesia which makes it easy for customers to place orders, makes it easier for customers to get information about units and makes it easier to make reports.

Abstract

Today's technology is getting more and more advanced. Cloud Computing is one of the fastest growing technologies in Indonesia. Cloud Computing technology has developed in various business sectors from manufacturing companies to services. The purpose of making this paper is to answer the determining factors that have an impact on the company's decision to adopt Cloud Computing in Indonesia, using 2 approaches to the technology adoption literature. The survey conducted is a modification of the previous research which was distributed via google form, where the prospective respondents are those who work in companies in Indonesia from 12 September 2022 to 2 October 2022. There are 66 respondents who participated in this survey. The analysis uses SMART PLS3 software, which tests Conbarch Alpha, Outer Loading, Coefficient Path, Composite Reliability, Discriminant Validity. The results of this study show that compatibility, and complexity have a significant impact on perceived usefulness, top management support has a significant impact on perceived ease of use, and perceived ease of use has an impact on cloud computing adoption.

Abstract

Air quality in DKI Jakarta Province refers to the state and cleanliness of the air in the area at a given time. The type and concentration of air pollutants are among the indicators used to assess air quality. DKI Jakarta's air pollution is severe, causing respiratory irritation, respiratory illnesses, and long-term health issues such as cardiovascular disease and lung cancer. Air pollution can also harm the environment by limiting visibility and harming ecosystems. The problem with the research is that no appropriate and relevant features for predicting air quality were used. The goal of this study is to identify and compare algorithms with the highest accuracy between decision trees. In determining air quality, naive Bayes and k-nearest neighbor are used. According to the findings of the K-5fold evaluation process performed with the RapidMiner tool, the accuracy of the Decision Tree algorithm was 95.89%, the accuracy of the Nave Bayes algorithm was 93.15%, and the accuracy of the K-NN algorithm was 91.78%. Based on these findings, the decision tree method has the greatest or best accuracy when compared to the Nave Bayes and K-NN algorithms.

Abstract

In software development, it is necessary to plan carefully, so that the software developed is in accordance with user needs. Software development without good planning will result in a patchwork of software development. To avoid the patchwork of software development, a software development framework is required. The research "Developing Restaurant Operational Applications With Scrum Framework (Case Study: PT.XYZ Restaurant)" aims to develop restaurant operational software at PT. XYZ. The software development framework used in software development uses the Scrum framework. The Scrum framework is a variant of the Agile framework. Agile has a dynamic way of working (iterative and incremental). The Scrum framework has a product backlog, then the product backlog is divided into several sprints. One sprint will be run in one iteration, so that each end of a product sprint that meets the definition of “Done” must be achieved. The use of the Scrum framework emphasizes communication and collaboration between various stakeholders. The result of this research is a software that helps restaurant operations at PT. XYZ starting from master files, transactions files, to reports files. By using the Scrum framework in application development, the application development life cycle is created. Software development can be done by implementing an enterprise architecture that already belongs to a company. Data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture as the basis for application development in the enterprise

Abstract

The Rapid Application Development (RAD) model is an object-oriented software development model that aims to shorten information system development time. Calibration is an activity of determining the correctness value and checking and adjusting the accuracy of measuring instruments with national standards and/or international standards. As a company engaged in the printing sector, PT Gramedia uses a variety of measuring instruments that need to maintain their level of accuracy, so a calibration process needs to be carried out regularly. The General Affairs (GA) section is responsible for carrying out this calibration activity with the help of outside vendors. Currently, the administrative process for calibration activities is still carried out conventionally, causing various problems that can result in disruptions to production process activities and a decrease in the quality of the printed products produced. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based information system by applying the RAD development model to speed up the process and the application of the MVC method using the Codeigniter framework in the application coding process. From the test results using the black box method, the resulting calibration administration system can run well in accordance with user expectations.

Abstract

Keratonguide application is an android-based tour guide application. This application provides features such as tracking travelers' movements in real-time, finding the nearest destination based on tourist locations, displaying information about culinary, hotels, and events based on city choices, and applying the geofence method to display markets based on destination choices. The keratonguide mobile application uses the flutter framework with the programming language using dart, integrates the Google Maps API to draw a polyline from the tourist position to the destination based on the tourist's choice and also implements the Harvesine Formula to find the nearest destination. The final result of this research is that users can choose the destination they want to visit and get information about the market when entering the radius based on the selected destination using the geofencing method.

Abstract

The process of exchanging information between schools and parents can affect the process of children's educational performance, especially the role of the family, because the family is the person who influences the child's development. However, not a few parents are busy at work, especially career parents who have children so that a good communication process can be neglected. This is a concern for the author to bridge the exchange of information between schools, children and parents so that there is no distance that can lead to errors or information about children at school so that parents can continue to monitor the development of children's education using the platform that the author created anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to help link information about children's development at school not to stop or stop in the school environment, but parents can also participate in knowing the activities their children are doing at school by monitoring their children's performance or performance at school through a platform that can be accessed easily. especially for students at the elementary level, namely elementary and junior high schools because basic education is a general indicator that can be used to see the level of intelligence of the nation. The method that the author uses to carry out system analysis and design is application design using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of this research are monitoring applications that are made to make it easier for the school to carry out teaching and learning activities as well as parents who monitor the development and activities of their children at school. It can facilitate access to exchange of information from school to parents and vice versa so that there are no gaps or miss information with parents and easily see the number of students, value recap, and student spp payment reports. parents are also very helpful because they can easily monitor their child's performance at school, both academic and non-academic, parents can also consult with relevant teachers if their child has problems at school and parents can also see the daily agenda and will also get notifications about the status of tuition payments.

Abstract

LBIQ is one of the non-regional apparatus institutions in the field of religion which organizes education and teaching of Arabic and Al-Qur'an Studies in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Province. LBIQ carries out teacher performance evaluations by giving questionnaires to students. Assessment competency criteria for LBIQ Teachers include Discipline competence, Pedagogic competence and Attendance competence. The main objective of the teacher's performance assessment is to find out the level of teacher performance, with the results of the evaluation it is hoped that it can become material for improving teacher performance so that the quality of the teaching system within the Institute for Arabic Language and Al-Qur'an Studies can improve in order to create positive things about performance Teachers in carrying out their work, especially in the teaching and learning process. The aim of the research is to design a decision support system for evaluating teacher performance using the AHP and Tsukamoto methods in order to provide teacher performance assessment results that are in accordance with the selected criteria. Application of the AHP and Tsukamoto methods in assessing the results of teacher performance evaluation at LBIQ Jakarta in the form of a web-based application using the PHP programming language. The implementation of the system created can input teacher performance data as well as input questionnaire data and make it easier for system users to make assessments so they can determine the best teacher. Business. From the results of testing the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Tsukamoto Methods, the AHP method is more accurate in assessing the performance of teachers at LBIQ with the final result being a rating/rank compared to the Tsukamoto method, while the Tsukamoto method is more effective in assessing the performance of this teacher with the final result in the form of value.

Abstract

The research objectives to analyze the impact of Information Technology/Information Systems (IT/IS) strategic planning on the adoption of Information Technology (IT) within the context of organizational performance in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). In the continually evolving digital era, the ability of SMEs to integrate and effectively leverage IT is crucial for their sustainability and growth. The research methodology involves surveying and analyzing data from a range of SMEs that have implemented IT/IS strategic planning. The findings indicate a positive correlation between IT/IS strategic planning and the level of IT adoption in SMEs operations. SMEs with mature IT/IS strategic planning are more likely to efficiently implement and utilize information technology, thereby enhancing organizational performance. Factors such as budget allocation, technological literacy, and understanding the benefits of IT play a significant role in this relationship. This research contributes significantly to understanding how IT/IS strategic planning can act as a catalyst for successful IT adoption among SMEs. Practical implications of the research include recommendations for policy formulation, human resource training, and the development of technology empowerment strategies for SMEs. Thus, this research holds substantial relevance in supporting the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.
