Abstract

Saat ini kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak terus menjadi besar bersamaan dengan meningkatnya populasi dan berkembangnya Teknologi. Namun cadangan sumber energi minyak bumi yang berasal dari fosil terus menjadi menipis karena sifatnya yang tidak dapat diperbaharui. oleh karena itu, perjuangan buat mencari asal tenaga alternatif yang dapat diperbaharui (renewable) butuh ditingkatkan. Salah satu sumber tenaga alternatif yang kala ini banyak dibesarkan ialah Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) yang umum diketahui dengan nama Biodiesel. Biodiesel ialah bahan bakar alternatif yang menjanjikan serta dapat terbuat dari minyak goreng sisa, lemak hewani ataupun minyak nabati yang dikonversikan ke dalam metil ester lewat proses transesterifikasi memakai alkohol. Reaksi transesterifikasi ini membutuhkan katalis dalam penggunaanya. Setelah di amati, katalis heterogen menjadi katalis yang paling efektif dalam pembuatan biodiesel melalui reaksi transesterifikasi.

Abstract

Myofascial syndrome is a condition characterized by the presence of a hypersensitive region, called a trigger area of muscle or loose connective tissue, together with a specific pain reaction in the area associated with that point when the Trigger Point (Myofascial Trigger Point) is touched or palpated. This causes a localized seizure response known as the confluence sign, which is a shortening of the fibrous muscle fiber. Physiotherapy examination includes pain assessment with Visual Analogue Scale, muscle spasm with palpation, joint range of motion with goniometer, muscle weakness with Manual Muscle Testing, and functional activity with Neck Disability Index. In this case, the interventions chosen were Infra Red (IR), Ultrasound (US), Myofascial Release and Contract Relax Stretching.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Infra Red (IR), Ultrasound (US), Myofascial Release and Contract Relax Stretching on the condition of Myofascial Syndrome Upper Trapezius. The research design used in this research is descriptive analytic method. The subjects of this study were patients with Upper Trapezius Myofascial Syndrome at RSUD Dr. SOESELLO SLAWI. The method of collecting research data was 4 times therapy, it was found a decrease in pain at T3, a decrease in M.Upper Trapezius muscle spasm at T4, an increase in the range of motion of the joint, neck flexion at T2, neck extension at T2, lateral neck flexion at T2, neck rotation at T2, increased strength. muscles in flexors at T2, extensors at T4, latero at T3, rotators at T3.

Abstract

Legal language can develop according to the suspect's confession in the BAP process. BAP (The investigation report) is a state secret that may not be published to the general public. However, in the interests of this research, the investigation report process is allowed only to the extent needed. The novelty of this research is in the realm of research data collection, namely interrogative investigators with criminal law experts. The results of the interrogative are studied, so that the results of this research become a new contribution to the world of linguistic and police research. After all, qualified investigators are needed. . Normative legal research consists of research into the principles of law. This normative legal approach is related to legal research which is called legal research.  The data in this study are sourced from the BAP of complaints in 2013 in cases of domestic violence committed by members of the National Police. The results of this study explain the discourse structure of the investigation report of criminal experts in the complaint offense case at the Central Java Regional Police with the following findings. (1) opening structure, content structure, and closing, which clarifies the content structure related to the identity of expert witnesses according to their expertise, statements of truth reporting related to the legal domain, clarity based on information and evidence. . This research can be a reference for further research in the field of pragmatics, and critical pragmatics and can be followed up in the field of forensic linguistics. The study of pragmatics and forensic linguistics is an applied linguistic field that deserves to be researched in the context of linguistic scientific development efforts. This research data can be developed for forensic linguistics research. Forensic linguistics is a new field of science in the field of applied linguistics

Abstract

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a medicinal plant from the Zingiberaceae family which has the potential to be developed as a superior plant that has benefits and efficacy as a medicinal ingredient. Turmeric has a yellow dye called curcuminoids as much as 5% (50-60% curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin). The very basic content of turmeric is Curcuma or curcumin because it has the largest component. The purpose of this study was to determine the phytochemical content by conducting a screening test on the ethyl acetate fraction of turmeric rhizome using the TLC method and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. This research method used descriptive method by means of observation or non-experimental. Phytochemical screening included tests for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, phenols, tannins and steroids/triterpenoids which carried out to determine the class of compounds contained in turmeric rhizome. The ethyl acetate fraction in turmeric rhizome suspected to contain curcumin, so a test for the levels of curcumin contained in turmeric rhizome was carried out. The results showed that the positive turmeric rhizome samples contained flavonoids, tannins, phenols and steroids. As well as negatively contain alkaloid compounds and saponins. The results of identification with TLC samples containing curcumin compounds according to the literature and the standard Rf value of curcumin is 0.75-0.80. The assay results using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method for the ethyl acetate fraction of turmeric rhizome samples yielded an average concentration of 159.79 mg⁄g.

Abstract

The Ministry of PUPR is committed to building infrastructure in Indonesia by implementing sustainable development by prioritizing the concept of green buildings that are efficient, save energy, water and materials. Therefore, in supporting this, the planning process for the construction of the kajen main market of the Pekalongan Regency Government expects the application of building planning, one of which meets the standards of Green Building (BGH) or commonly known as green building. This BGH Performance Analysis is carried out so that the Development can meet BGH criteria that can reduce environmental impacts. This research discusses how BGH performance at the technical planning stage and the achievement of the green building category based on Permen PUPR No. 21 of 2022. The research was carried out on the planning of the construction of the Kajen main market in Pekalongan Regency. The scope of the achievement level of the green building category is based on the Kajen main market development planning data. And the scope of the discussion is based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 01/SE/M/2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Green Building Performance Assessment. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in analyzing data on Green Building Criteria. In this research explore, search, and find facts in the field then processed or presented in accordance with existing facts. The parameters used in the assessment of green buildings or green buildings are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 21 of 2022. The results of the green building assessment of the Kajen Main Market obtained points of 117 with a percentage of 64.4% and entered the BGH Pratama level.

Abstract

This study presents a review of research and manuscripts that discuss the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for novice teachers participating in induction programs during their early years of teaching. The study employs a qualitative method, gathering data from journal manuscripts and browser publications focused on the pedagogical use of AI. The collected data is categorized to address research questions related to the benefits of AI for novice teachers and the challenges they face when using AI for teaching. The analysis results indicate that for novice teachers, AI provides opportunities to serve as a tutor or assistant that can be used anytime, anywhere, according to the novice teachers' availability and ability to manage learning, teaching, and assessment. Additionally, AI can serve as a resource to enhance pedagogical knowledge and understanding, automate lesson planning and scheduling, provide teaching feedback, and facilitate learning assessments. The challenges faced by novice teachers revolve around their ability to decide how and when to appropriately use AI-based tools or applications.

Abstract

Anak merupakan faktor yang penting dalam sebuah negara, anak merupakan seseorang yang akan melanjutkan masa depan kehidupan dimasa yang akan dating. Seperti halnya manusia pada umumnya anak tidak dapat terhindarkan dari berbagai interaksi dan juga perselisihan. Emosi anak yang belum stabil sangat memungkinkan anak melakukan tindak pidana yang menimbulkan kejadian fatal.Pada putusan Nomor : 24/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Idm, yang merupakan sebuah kasus pidana khusus anak (pembunuhan), anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum melakukan tindak pidana yang berhujung kematian. Saat proses peradilan anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum (pelaku anak) dituntut oleh jaksa penuntut umum untuk melakukan restitusi dengan pidana penjara lebih ringan dari yang seharusnya. Sebagaimana yang kita tahu bahwa dalam system peradilan anak, anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum harus diadili dengan keadilan yang bertujuan pada restorative sebagaimana aturan yang disebutkan dalam Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Anak. Dan dengan pertimbangan hakim yang mengedepankan asas perlindungan anak, hakim memutuskan mengabulkan restitusi Sebagian (tidak sebesar tuntutan JPU) sebagia ganti kerugian atas kerugian dan penderitaan yang dialami oleh keluarga korban.

Abstract

Kota Pekalongan merupakan salah satu kota dengan sungai yang cukup banyak ada  lima sungai yaitu : Sungai Loji, Sungai Asem Binatur, Sungai Meduri, Sungai Bremi dan Sungai Kalibanger yang mengalir membelah kota pekalongan dan sungai sungai kecil yang mengalirkan air sampai dengan area laut lepas yang ada di pesisir pantai Kota Pekalongan. Dengan sungai-sungai yang mengalir di Kota Pekalongan  sungai ini mestinya dapat mengontrol ekosistem lingkungan hidup dan Persoalan banjir dan ROB yang terjadi di kota PekalonganPeraturan pemerintah No. 38 tahun 2011 Tentang Sempadan sungai dimana sungai mempunyai peran penting dalam penangana banjir dan ROB Melalui sempadan sungai berbagai macam faktor yang di timbulkan dari tidak  adanya sempadan di sungai-suangai yang ada di Kota Pekalongan Terutama dalam penanganan dampak banjir atau rob yang masih menjadi sebuah problematika besar yang ada di Kota Pekalongan.

Abstract

One of the impacts following the inauguration of Indonesian Batik as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2009 was that many batik businesses emerged in various regions. This increase can increase the amount of production and at the same time have an impact on the environment. The presence of government regulations regarding the green industry for the batik industry has allegedly not been a concern for batik entrepreneurs, especially in Pekalongan City. Most of the batik industry still implements production processes without paying attention to SMK3 and environmental aspects, so the aim of this research is to measure the level of knowledge of the Pekalongan City batik industry regarding the existence of government regulations relating to green industry standards for the batik industry. The method used is a survey method using a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the impact of this research can be a reference for the government to provide stimulus and treatment for batik SMEs in increasing knowledge about Permenperin No. 10 of 2023 for the batik industry towards a more focused green industry through green industry certification for batik SMEs.

Abstract

Tanaman telang merupakan tumbuhan merambat yang biasa ditemukan di pekarangan rumah atau tepi hutan dan dikenal sebagai tanaman hias. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk NPK dan media tanam serta interaksinya terhadap karakter fisiologi dan hasil tanaman telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) di lahan apung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2023 di Desa Denasri Wetan, Kecamatan Batang, dengan ketinggian kurang lebih sekitar 3 mdpl. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis NPK (D) terdiri atas tiga taraf yaitu 200 kg/ha (D1), 400 kg/ha (D2) dan 600 kg/ha (D3), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah media tanam (M) yang terdiri atas empat taraf yaitu media tanam tanah (M0), tanah + pasir + sekam padi (M1), tanah + sekam padi + pupuk kandang (M2) dan media tanam tanah + pasir + pupuk kandang (M3). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji F. Apabila berbeda nyata, maka dilanjutkan uji lanjut menggunakan uji BNT 5%. Variabel yang diamati meliputi, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, laju pertumbuhan relatif, jumlah stomata, klorofil, kadar air, warna bunga, bobot bunga segar, bobot bunga kering, jumlah bunga dan saat muncul bunga. Dosis NPK berbeda nyata pada variabel kadar air dan bobot kering bunga, serta berbeda sangat nyata pada variabel jumlah stomata, klorofil, bobot bunga segar dan jumlah bunga. Dosis NPK paling optimal terdapat pada perlakuan dosis 400 kg/ha (D2). Media tanam berbeda sangat nyata pada variabel laju pertumbuhan pertanaman, laju pertumbuhan relatif, bobot bunga segar, bobot bunga kering, jumlah bunga dan saat muncul bunga. Media tanam terbaik yaitu media tanam tanah + sekam padi + pupuk kandang (M2). Interaksi antara dosis NPK dan media tanam berbeda nyata terhadap variabel klorofil dan kadar air. Interaksi terbaik dicapai pada kombinasi dosis NPK sebesar 400kg/ha dan media tanam tanah + pasir + sekam padi (D2M1) dan perlakuan dosis 200 kg/ha dan media tanam berupa tanah (D1M0).
