IDAROTUNA adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Jurnal ini adalah media komunikasi ilmiah antarpeminat ilmu manajemen dakwah yang terdiri dari dosen, pakar dan praktisi, mahasiswa dan lain sebagainya. Jurnal Idarotuna mengangkat tulisan/karya ilmiah di bidang manajemen dakwah dengan fokus tema meliputi Manajemen Dakwah Lembaga, Manajemen Haji, Manajemen Umrah/Perjalanan Islami, Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf, dan Strategi Dakwah. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini merupakan kajian ilmiah atas masalah-masalah yang berkembang dalam masyarakat, gagasan-gagasan orisinal dan juga ringkasan hasil penelitian yang dituangkan dalam bahasa Indonesia, Arab dan Inggris. Artikel dapat berupa hasil penelitian baik pustaka maupun lapangan, analisis teori, asumsi empirik yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan kajian manajemen dakwah.

Abstract

Mental health is an issue that is receiving more attention in Indonesia, especially amidst rapid social and cultural changes. This research explores the role of religious preaching (dakwah) and counseling in addressing societal mental health problems. The method used in this research is literature study. The authors gathers and analyzes various relevant sources, including journal articles, books, and reports from related institutions. The main findings of this research show that dakwah can be an effective tool in increasing awareness and understanding of mental health among the public while counseling based on religious values can provide the emotional and spiritual support needed by individuals experiencing mental health problems. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of collaboration between mental health practitioners and religious leaders to create a holistic approach to addressing mental health issues in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of describing the role of mosque management in improving the community's economy carried out by the Kapal Munzalan Mosque. This study uses descriptive qualitative content analysis methods and library research to develop various programs or policy actions towards solutions to improve the welfare of Muslims in Indonesia starting from Pontianak City. The results of the study indicate that among the programs or policies carried out within the framework of the concept and system of Ziswaf empowerment (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh) are as follows: leading a business from Ziswaf funds, fostering and serving converts and mosque management through service programs, research, training, consultation and networking, Subuh tausiyah through the Munzalan Youtube TV channel and studies on business and entrepreneurship, Sadaqoh Akbar for orphans and conducting scientific research, and establishing Baitulmaal Munzalan Indonesia (BMI) which contributes to poverty alleviation efforts and improving welfare.

Abstract

Masjid Jami' Nurul 'Ilmi Semarang empowers the people's economy by organizing People's Market. This empowerment involves Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who sell in the mosque yard every Sunday morning. This study aims to explain the strategy of the Masjid Jami' Nurul 'Ilmi’s da'wah management in the community economic empowerment program based on the People's Market. This study is a qualitative study with a field study model and descriptive discussion. The results of the study indicate that the success of da'wah management strategy of community economic empowerment through the People's Market includes; availability of funds, active involvement of participants, progressive drivers, and good cooperation between elements. The factor of availability of funds is in the form of the procurement of the UUP program. The factor of active involvement of participants includes the role of mosque administrators, traders, and the community. Progressive driving factors include management innovation in the form of the Sunday Morning Study program and the procurement of shopping vouchers. The factor of cooperation between elements includes cooperation between mosque administrators, donors, traders, and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The book Tuhfah al-Qari by Abdul Qadir is one of the essential sources in the study of hadith, contributing significantly to the fields of da'wah and Islamic education. In the modern era, many preachers seldom use hadith as the foundation for conveying Islamic teachings, which at times diminishes the authoritative strength of their da'wah messages. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Tuhfah as a reference for hadith-based da'wah and its connection to educational psychology. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a library research approach. Data were collected from Tuhfah al-Qari and various relevant literatures on hadith, da'wah, and educational psychology. The findings indicate that this book provides a systematic arrangement of hadith that can enhance da'wah while emphasizing a psychological approach in delivering Islamic teachings. Therefore, this book serves as a strategic reference in developing more effective da'wah methods that align with the characteristics of the audience

Abstract

Abstract: TThe implementation of Qanun Syariah in Aceh is considered something of a dilemma.  The implementation of Qanun is considered to violate the provisions of Indonesian positive law, in process of Qanun, the Al-Quran and Hadith are used as a basis, and it contains repressive da'wah, da'wah by making the government of structural da'wa, can pressure the public to obey the Islam.  The qualitative method in this research focuses on activities, relationships, situations and conditions in the field. In carrying out this research, author went directly to institutions related to the implementation of Qanun Islamic Sharia in Aceh in Wilayatul Hisbah, Islamic Sharia, Governor, DPRA, MPU, Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The results is state that Qanun Syariah according to Khaled Abou el Fadl is a contemporary form of da'wah that is included in government structures. Banda Aceh has the authority in accordance with the legitimacy of the State.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the productive zakat in the welfare of the ummah carried out by the Riau National Amil Zakat Agency with the implementation of corn plantations in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that productive zakat is carried out by the Riau National Amil Zakat Agency through several indicators in the purpose of utilizing productive zakat. The first indicator is that zakat funds are given to mustahik as a model of productive business assistance. The author found that the Riau National Amil Zakat Agency provides capital in the form of money to be purchased for the needs and needs of corn plantations. Second, productive zakat is carried out by mustahik coaching. The author found that the coaching carried out is to provide an understanding of the way, enthusiasm and encouragement in working in terms of production.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed various aspects of life, including how people communicate and disseminate religious values. Generation Z, as digital natives, plays a central role in utilizing social media, including accessing Islamic preaching (dakwah) content. This study focuses on the Instagram account @ayah_amanah, which features the Sharing Time dakwah program led by Ustadz Hanan Attaki. The purpose of this research is to analyze the commodification process of dakwah through Instagram and to examine how audience interaction occurs within the framework of social exchange. Using a qualitative approach with critical discourse analysis, the study integrates Karl Marx’s theory of commodification and the social exchange theories of George C. Homans and Peter M. Blau. The findings aim to demonstrate that digital dakwah is not merely a means of spiritual communication but also a commodified product packaged, distributed, and consumed within the social media ecosystem. This research also reveals how visuals, narratives, and branding strategies shape power relations and meanings in the dissemination of contemporary Islamic messages. The study offers a new contribution by bridging digital dakwah in the context of Instagram.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan elemen penting dalam pembentukan identitas dan operasionalisasi masjid. Dalam konteks kemasjidan, budaya organisasi tidak hanya mencakup praktik ibadah, tetapi juga nilai-nilai dan asumsi dasar yang membimbing interaksi dan kegiatan di masjid. Budaya organisasi merupakan elemen penting dalam pembentukan identitas dan operasionalisasi masjid. Dalam konteks kemasjidan, budaya organisasi tidak hanya mencakup praktik ibadah, tetapi juga nilai-nilai dan asumsi dasar yang membimbing interaksi dan kegiatan di masjid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis elemen-elemen budaya organisasi di Surau Duta Munzalan serta memahami bagaimana ketiga pilar ini mendukung operasional dan pengembangan masjid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. enelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya tiga pilar utama yang membentuk budaya organisasi di Surau Duta Munzalan, yaitu Cultural Artifacts, Cultural Values, dan Basic Underlying Assumptions. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana budaya organisasi di masjid dapat dibentuk dan dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan kesejahteraan sosial jamaah.

Abstract

Service excellence di sebuah organisasi penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dalam upaya memuaskan pelanggan sehingga menumbuhkan kepedulian, rasa puas dan kepercayaan dalam diri pelanggan terhadap organisasi. Penerapan service excellence pada organisasi nirlaba bermanfaat untuk menyenangkan pelanggan, meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang dapat membangun hubungan pelanggan jangka panjang. Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen merupakan salah satu masjid di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem service excellence dalam kepengurusannya dengan mengembangkan berbagai layanan dan fasilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa di antara temuan yang penting dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen dalam melayani jemaah melakukan pendekatan personal secara khusus dan kesetaraan hak dalam memberikan layanan yang menghasilkan loyalitas jemaah terhadap masjid. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi memperluas peran sosial masjid di masyarakat terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lembaga Dakwah Persatuan Mubaligh Kota Batam (PMB) adalah salah satu lembaga dakwah yang ada di Kota Batam yang bergerak dibidang dakwah. PMB memiliki anggota mubaligh yang sangat banyak yang siap untuk mensyiarkan ajaran Islam di Kota Batam. Dengan banyaknya anggota mubaligh yang tergabung maka tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengurus PMB untuk meningkatkan kualitas berdakwah para anggota mubaligh PMB . Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan 4 (empat) informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian dari upaya pengurus PMB untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berdakwah mubaligh PMB adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dakwah berupa seminar dan diklat, pembinaan mubaligh dalam bentuk kegiatan halaqoh, pendidikan dengan mewadahi bakat dan minat dari mubaligh melalui tulisan dan melalui proses rekrutmen mubaligh untuk menghasilkan mubaligh yang berkualitas dan berkompeten.
