Abstract

RingkasanDesain interior kantor secara langsung dapat mempresentasikan filosofi dan lingkungan kerja sebuah perusahaan. Desain yang keren dan eye catching bisa menjadi salah satu faktor kesuksesan perusahaan. Dengan lingkungan yang nyaman pemakai ruang bisa meningkatkan  produktivitas kerja. Seiring dengan  etos kerja yang baik, maka berdampak pula pada kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Tampilan interior kantor yang menarik, kreatif dan rapi pasti juga bisa meningkatkan mutu kantor tersebut.Kajian ini merupakan studi terhadap peranan gaya desain interior yang digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan citra atau image tertentu. Gaya dalam desain interior merupakan topik yang sangat kompleks, karena menyangkut terbentuknya persepsi oleh orang lain melalui citra perusahaan. Studi ini menjadi sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang ingin membentuk citra perusahaannya melalui desain interior. Desain interior yang nyaman diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sekaligus meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Modern minimalis merupakan konsep yang sedang trend dan banyak disenangi oleh masyarakat, mahasiswa dan praktisi tentunya. Sehingga perpaduan antara modern dengan minimalis akan menjadikan ruang lebih fungsional dan dinamis.Kata Kunci: Desain, Interior, Modern, Minimalis AbstractInterior design office can directly present the philosophy and working environment of a company. Cool and eye catching design can be one factor in ensuring the company’s success. With a comfortable environment, users can increase their productivity. Along with a good work ethic, this could be a determined factor that will have an impact on overall company performance. Interesting, creative, and neat office interiors can improve the quality of the office.This research studies the role of interior design style to create a certain image. Styles in the interior design is a very complex topic, because it involves the formation of the perception by others through the company's image. This study is very important for companies that want to establish their corporate image through interior design. A comfortable interior design is expected to improve employee performance while enhancing the company's image. Modern minimalist concept is a present trend and much loved by the public, students and practitioners of course. Abstract

Vocational education is education that directs students to develop applied expertise and skills that can adapt to certain occupations and can create jobs. Vocational education aims to prepare a skilled workforce ready for work that is expected to meet employment needs. There are still limited opportunities for deaf students to continue their higher studies, this is because in Indonesia there is not yet a special applied education for deaf study in the field of arts education.So that deaf space special vocational education must be applied based on the deaf space design principles so that interior elements can support and apply in accordance with the principle of deaf space to be easier in accessibility and disability friendly.Thus the idea that was raised in the interior design of VTI was to provide children with hearing impairment to learn well and be pleasant. The concept of "Modern and Visual Connecting" is a concept that presents a spatial atmosphere in the form of visual connecting characteristics that are given a modern impression.This is expected to become a better VTI and invite people with special needs to continue VTI schooling to become smarter children.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCikondang merupakan salah satu kampung adat di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang sudah ada sejak sekitar 200 tahun yang lalu, namun sekarang hanya  menyisakan satu rumah, yang saat ini disebut sebagai Rumah Adat Cikondang. Rumah Adat Cikondang merupakan budaya rupa yang paling menonjol  di Kampung Adat Cikondang memiliki nilai filosofis dan pedagogis.  Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tentang proses etnopedagogi melalui nilai-nilai filosofis dan pedagogis Rumah Adat Cikondang.ABSTRACTCikondang as a traditional village in west Java that existed since 200 years ago, but now there is only one house left in Cikondang, as we called as “Rumah Adat Cikondang”. It is the most prominent visual culture in Cikondang which had philosophy and pedagogy values. This research employs qualitative approach and case-study method. It is aimed to obtain a comprehensive description of ethnopedagogy through philosophy and pedagogy values of Rumah Adat Cikondang.

Abstract

Flat-Pack furniture and interlocking systems are two terms that have very close links in today's modern furniture manufacturing industry. Where the combination of these two elements can provide many solutions in the creation of a versatile furniture product which is the focus of attention at this time. The self-sustained interlocking system as one of the elements in making flat-pack furniture has an essential function and significant influence in making a flat-pack furniture product that is not only multifunctional and ergonomic but also has a major role in producing environmentally friendly products. Since the invention of CNC router machine and laser cutting technology and the development of digital engineering software, this self-sustained interlocking system is known to be complex has developed very rapidly, and has produced many reconfigurable, multi-functional flat-pack furniture products with environmentally friendly characteristics at production costs makes sense.The research aims to review modern types of interlocking joints and try to explore and explore and find new approaches in making interlocking systems that are appropriate for Reconfigurable Flat Pack Furniture applications.

Abstract

RingkasanSeni wayang merupakan produk kebudayaan yang dianggap sebagai karya seni adiluhung. Sebagai sebuah seni pertunjukan, wayang mengintegrasikan beragam aspek seni seperti seni rupa, seni drama, seni sastra, seni musik dan seni tari. Di balik kisah-kisah dan penokohan seni wayang pun terkandung nilai filosofi tinggi yang dapat dijadikan panutan hidup. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, saat ini generasi muda hanya mengenal tokoh-tokoh penting yang popular seperti Pandawa dan Kurawa. Sedangkan wayang yang bukan tokoh utama seperti Brayut mungkin sama sekali tidak dikenal.Kata Brayut berasal dari kata „bebrayutan‟ yang berarti „bergelantungan‟. Wayang ini mengambil sosok sepasang suami istri yang mendukung banyak sekali anak. Wayang dengan tokoh Brayut (Kyai Brayut: Laki-laki, Nyai Brayut: Perempuan) ini cukup dikenal dan hampir selalu ada pada setiap kotak wayang kulit yang lama, tetapi sekarang sudah jarang ditemui dalam kotak wayang kulit baru. Tinjauan terhadap tokoh Brayut sangat signifikan, terkait dengan konsep dan unsur budaya yang terkandung di dalamnya. Seperti tokoh Panakawan, tokoh Brayut merupakan sebuah karya asli Jawa yang diangkat dari falsafah “banyak anak banyak rezeki” dalam masyarakat tradisional. Hal ini sejalan dengan pemaknaan lain karya seni di luar kedudukannya sebagai karya adiluhung, yakni bahwa seni juga merupakan barang atau karya yang dihasilkan manusia dalam kesehariannya. Pesan yang ingin disampaikan dari tokoh Brayut adalah bahwa orangtua tidak perlu khawatir anaknya akan terlantar, sebuah pendirian bahwa mendapatkan uang harus disertai dengan kerja tekun memeras keringat. Di masa kini ketika banyak anak tak lagi dipandang sebagai sebuah nilai tambah, penggambaran Brayut boleh jadi menuai kontroversi. Meski demikian, Brayut dapat dipergunakan untuk mengusung sebuah konsep yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan zaman.Kata Kunci: Brayut, Semiotika, Wayang KulitAbstractWayang art is a cultural product that is considered as a masterpiece of art. As a performing art, wayang integrates various aspects such as visual art, drama, literature, music, and dance. Behind the stories and characterizations, wayang also contains high philosophy values that can be a role model of life. Unfortunately, younger generation today only recognize popular important figures such as Pandavas and Kuravas, while puppets that are not main characters such as Brayut may be completely unknown.“Brayut” came of the word „bebrayutan‟ which means „hanging‟. This wayang takes the figures of a married couple who support many children. Wayang Brayut character (Kyai Brayut: Male, Nyai Brayut: Woman) is well known and almost always be found in every old shadow wayang box, but now rarely found in new leather wayang box. The study of Brayut figure is very significant, related to the concept and cultural elements contained in it. Like Panakawan figure, Brayut figures are a genuine Javanese work that is came from the philosophy of "much children, much fortune" in traditional society.46 | Volume 5 Edisi 2, 2018This is in line with the interpretation of art outside of its position as high art, that art is also a productmade by humans in their daily life. The message from Brayut's character is that the parent does notneed to worry that his son will be abandoned, a money stand should be accompanied by diligent workof sweating. In the present when many children are no longer seen as an added value, Brayut'sportrayal may reap the controversy. Abstract

This research at some part was an overview of previous studies which is standardization of the form of air circulation in Bumi Adat Kampung Cikondang, Village Lamajang and had been published in proceeding Sinden 2018.Bumi Adat Cikondang as object research in the Village Lamajang is selected since there is only one traditional house left in this village and it has become the site of cultural heritage. Architecture of Bumi Adat is built around the 16th century, and currently is a part of tourism in West Java. The traditional house lost during the fire in 1942, and was not be built again because of local restriction believes as well as limited building material in the sacred woods. Bumi Adat is in total use of natural material, such as bamboo, wood and palm fibers.The use of natural materials for the whole building create the work that have been able to survive until now.Methods used in this research is a qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis supported by observation and study in the field and study in literature review.The aimed at this research is to describing the shape of the use of natural material until become traditional building.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and the world economy, the use of icons is often found in the creative industries. Icon application can be of various uses, ranging from application icons for devices, sign systems, software, road markings, and others. According to Van Leeuwen, iconography means "writing pictures", often refers to the activity of describing and classifying images. One of the uses of icons in the industrial world can be seen at the Asian Games & Asian Para Games 2018. The icons used at these events are used to represent each sport that is contested. Although it is an icon with the same type of sport, there are different depictions on these icons. This study aims to compare and determine the differences in the 2018 Asian Games & Asian Para Games sports icons, and see which icons can better represent the sport branches they are competing against.

Abstract

Gambar merupakan karya seni yang memiliki posisi peran dalam masyarakat saat ini. Tidak hanya sebagai tujuan hiburan, pendidikan atau komunikasi, film ini juga bisa mencerminkan semua aspek dalam hidup nyata manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk menganalisis gambar yang menggunakan metode interpretasi psikoanalisis dengan pendekatan bahasa rupa. Metode ini akan menganggap mimpi dan pemimpi posisi dalam gambar. Langkah-langkah ini menemukan hubungan antara pengalaman masa lalu dengan karya terakhir sebagai akibat dari identifikasi masa lalu. Kombinasi teori Visualisasi gambar atau karya dan metode intrepretation psikoanalisis akan memperdalam pemahaman kita terhadap Makna yang terkandung dalam karya.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of secondhand clothing sales places, one of them is at the Cimol Gedebage Market in Bandung. Some factors are the presence of secondhand clothing because it does not pass QC (Quality control). One type of secondhand clothing is a white shirt and dress because it is easy to get dirty and easy to get stains on clothes that make clothes not in demand again. Therefore Exploration is used to determine the appropriate technique to be applied to white clothing on shirts and dresses that will be reprocessed by redesigning and adding elements with surface textile design and patchwork techniques inspired by Balinese poleng fabric that has an archipelago culture. From this research, hopefully, it can change the mindset of the people in secondhand clothing as clothes that are not suitable for use to be suitable for use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to research the behavior and experience when playing a board game that shown by people or groups and analyzes whether it's possible to bring the fun experience when playing non-educative board game into the educative board game, so the learning experience can give an unforgettable experience and lessons to be taught through the board game itself. The research method that I used is interview method, observation method, and comparative study method. There is some quality from non-educative board games that can be adapted for the educative board games. From the way they are played, game duration, game transition, victory condition in game, and how the player interacts with each other. Besides giving education value as the main purpose of an educative board game, the way it played actually can adapted also from the non-educative board games, from the fun in playing and the impact of it to whomever that plays it.
