Abstract

Many literary works are buried in traditional libraries that have very high educational values. One of the works of Geguritan literature is a result of Balinese culture which is considered as something that can provide guidance or guidance in life. This includes traditional Balinese literary works in the form of Kidung and Geguritan. Geguritan Bhiksuni is one of the evidences for the Balinese people and as a mirror of traditional Balinese culture, although this Geguritan is not yet well known to lovers of Balinese literature, but in terms of content and quality it is not inferior to other Geguritan. On the other hand, this Geguritan really needs to be developed and disseminated to every member of the community so that it can be well understood and internalized by the contents and values contained in it. The theory used in solving this research problem is the Structural Theory used to analyze the structure of the nun's geguritan and the Value Theory is used to analyze the values of Hindu Religious Education in the nun's geguritan and the relevance of the value of Hindu Religious Education in the nun's geguritan to the world of education. This research is in the form of a descriptive qualitative design. This research is a study that examines the text. Data were collected using library techniques and critical reading techniques. After the data is collected then the data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions so that results are obtained that can solve problems. Based on the analysis, the conclusions of the research results are obtained, as follows; Hindu religious values contained in geguritan bhiksuni include Tattwa values and ethical values. Hindu religious values contained in geguritan bhiksuni are still relevant for the world of education today.Keywords: Values, Hindu Religion, Geguritan Bhiksuni

Abstract

Yak?a Pra?na is a question from Yak?a to Yudhi??hira. The Yak?a Pra?na as part of the Veda Sm?ti, namely the Itih?sa, consists of 34 lokas containing dialogues between Yudh??hira and the Yak?a about the Vedas and humans. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research, the type of data in this study is qualitative data. The primary data source in this study is the Yak?a Pra?na text.Studying or understanding the Veda cannot be done haphazardly, it must be started gradually from the Itih?sa and Pur??a, as described in Vayu Pur??a 1.20 and Sarasamuccaya verse 39, that the Veda should be perfectly studied by studying the Itih?sa and Pur??a.The dialogue between the Yak?a and Yudhi??hira regarding the teachings of dharma, the virtues of the Vedas, the obligations of Color Chess, the teachings of the yajas, humans and the dharma of life is very simple but Yudhi??hira is able to grasp the meaning of the question, so that the question is answered with meaning. The Yak?a is none other than the incarnation of the Dharma God in disguise to test Yudhi??hira's abilities regarding Vedic teachings and humans.Some of the topics discussed in human philosophy include human nature as a person, body and soul, freedom, knowledge, human social dimensions, culture, language, history, and work. Abstract

The text of Rukmini Tatwa is a papyrus text that uses plant diversity to maintain body fitness. Rukmini Tatwa is a text that reviews women's beauty care in the Rukmini Tatwa text there is a text structure consisting of: 1) The incident contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text is when a conversation occurs between Rukmini and Bhatari Saci about how to take care of self beauty for women in the existence of its gender as a male companion as the wife of the husband, 2) The plot, the Rukmini Tatwa text is good because the cause-and-effect relationship is very clear in the formation of the story in the Rukmini Tatwa text, 3) The theme contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text is the theme of personal beauty care for women in their gender existence as male companions as wives of husbands. This can be seen in a short dialogue between Dewi Rukmini and Bhatari Saci, 4) Characterizations The main characters in the Rukmini Tatwa text are Dewi Rukmini and Bhatari Saci. Dewi Rukmini is one of the wives of Sri Kresna while Bhatari Saci is the wife of Dewa Indra, and 5) The mandate contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text can be seen when seeing Rukmini's efforts to bring Dewi Saci magically (ngredana) aimed at asking for knowledge that is very With the hope that after learning Dewi Saci's knowledge, Rukmini will be able to maintain the integrity of Krsna's love, so that the other wives no longer pose a serious threat to her existence in the eyes of Krishna. Abstract

Human life is now side by side with technology. Technology is needed by humans to make their lives easier. Without technology, humans cannot develop their lives rapidly. With this increasingly sophisticated technology, humans are increasingly dependent on existing technology. Because now technology is also the basis of human life. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, this study discusses the thoughts of philosophers in relation to certain cultural phenomena in society. This research focuses on the explanation of the influence of modern technology which has definitely changed the way of life of humans in terms of practical life. The role of science in the development of modern technology is the basis for how to see the formation of life today which tends to be practical, positivistic, individualistic. Human abandonment of something metaphysical has become a new phenomenon that coexists with the birth of modern technology; as a result of scientific progress.Keyword: philosophy of science, qualitative descriptive, modern technology.

Abstract

Sanghyang Mahajnana Tattwa is one of the lontars which is categorized as Tattwa. It contains jana (knowledge) and the essence of the teachings describe about kal?pasan (knowledge to reach a freedom in life). Sanghyang Mah?j?na Tattwa also consists of Brahmawidy? (Hindu Theology) teachings. However, there are only few studies related to Sanghyang Mahajnana Tattwa teachings. it makes the topic regarding Sanghyang Mah?j?na Tattwa is interested to be explored more in the further research. This study aims to describe the teaching structure of Sanghyang Mah?j?na Tattwa, including: knowledge of sleep (maturu, suptam) and conscious (matanghi, jagra), knowledge about duality (Puru?a and Pradh?na), knowledge of Trimurti, knowledge of human nature, knowledge of Sanghyang O?k?ra as the way to reach freedom (kal?pasan). The methodology used was study literature with qualitative approach. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to provide an alternative pattern of tourism development with the main market share of the millennial generation. This is very suitable considering the potential of nature, tradition and culture in Buleleng regency to support millennial tourism development. The driving factors such as image, characteristics and motives in traveling also support the development of this tourism. In addition, steps that can be taken for tourism development are also offered, namely, by holding tourism events, digital tourism, and sustainable tourism. This research is descriptive-qualitative research. Primary data in this study is sourced from observations and interviews while secondary data from scientific journals and books that help this research. The collected data is then selected to assist the analysis and the last step is drawing conclusions. The results of this study are a recommendation for the local government of Buleleng regency to develop tourism with a millennial market share.Keywords: Tourism Development, Millennial Tourism.

Abstract

The Mosa ceremony is believed by the people of Pakraman Serai Village as a protector from things that make people suffer. The study of the Mosa ceremony is intended so that the community has an understanding and improves the community's sraddha bhakti from the implementation of the Mosa ceremony, through a qualitative approach and sourced from primary and secondary data which are then presented in the form of a qualitative description. The Mosa Ceremony is a series of yajna ceremonies held at Baleagung Temple located in Pakraman Serai Village. The form of implementation is adjusted to the traditions that have been inherited by the community from generation to generation, whether it is a series of ceremonies, infrastructure, prayers, series, leaders and so on. Starting from the Ngapitu ceremony, Piuning Jagi Maboros. Makarya Sanggah Pausya (Mosa), Puncak Karya, Puniki Kemargiang Ring Purnamaning Kapat ceremony, Sato War, Nyineb Ceremony, Seclusion, Nyelamping Ceremony and finally the Ngaturan Ceremony. The function of the Mosa Ceremony at Bale Agung Temple, which is located in the village of Pakraman Serai, serves to worship the greatness of God in his manifestations in order to provide safety, prosperity because he is the source of life for the community. In addition to having a theological function, it also has communication, especially formal communication which is practiced during the Dewa Yajna Mosa ceremony, verbal communication, namely when the practice occurs.Keywork: Eksistensi, Mosa Ceremony, Sraddha dan Bhakti

Abstract

The fact of plurality in Indonesia is characterized by a religious diversity. This discussion paper is going to present the efforts to manage the tolerance of the inter-faith, including also how a precise trategy is related to the relationship between the religions and the state. Is the relationship between the religions and the state in Indonesia linked closely with any radical secularism such as in France or Indonesia that has a version of secularism itself? The writer will discuss the question by elaborating on the relationship between the religions and the state according to Pancasila. The type of secularism that is suitable and ideal for Indonesia is the one that nuances a separation of the religions and the state that is in the rigor version of liberal democracy, cannot be absolutely applied in Indonesia. The reason is that Indonesia has a wealth of culture that affecs the different way of view and reception against secularism. Even some thinkers argue that the acceptance of Indonesia against secularism can be one of the new examples/alternatives in which that the reception against secularism does not mean to be standing on the preconditions for a la western like democracy, liberalism, etc,. The issue is how to translate the values of cultural religious are to be matched with the values of the secular with the consideration that Indonesia still maintain the condition of ethnocentrism. Abstract

Rendahnya rasa keingintahuan dan keengganan mahasiswa untuk menyampaikan pendapat atau berdiskusi selain karena ketidakbiasaan melakukan argumentasi/debat juga disebabkan kurangnya literasi mahasiswa utamanya minat membaca untuk menggali pengetahuan baru. Dosen selaku tenaga pendidik memiliki tanggung jawab dalam capaian kompetensi soft skill maupun hard skill mahasiswa seperti yang diamatkan dalam PERMENRISTEKDIKTI. Transfer ilmu yang diberikan dari dosen kepada mahasiswa dikatakan berhasil apabila mahasiswa selain mampu memahami ajaran yang diberikan juga mampu menerapkan serta menyebarluaskan ajaran yang diberikan. Tentunya untuk diperlukan kemampuan argumentasi untuk dapat menyebarluaskan pengetahuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mana ingin menjelaskan mengenai peranan filsafat Nyaya-Vaisesika dalam meningkatkan kompetensi agumentasi mahasiswa. Nyaya dan Vaisesika merupakan filsafat yang mengajarkan realisme logis, kritis dan analisis dalam memecahkan masalah dan meletakkan konsep yang benar dalam memperoleh pengetahuan yang benar sehingga sering digunakan sebagai dasar dalam argumentasi dan diskusi. Sumbangan Filsafat Nyaya–Vaisesika sangat berarti terhadap alam pemikiran Hindu karena dengan mempelajarinya seseorang akan belajar untuk menggunakan kecerdasannya untuk menemukan kekeliruan dan menganalisanya sehingga tidak terjebak dengan diskusi atau argument tasi tanpa dasar pengetahuan yang jelas dan benar.Kata kunci : Nyaya Vaisesika, Argumentasi, Darsana

Abstract

This paper discusses educational problems in the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Hindu education philosophy is the application of Hindu philosophical concepts into Hindu education problems which is found in the real teaching learning process. Vice versa, the implementation of education can also provide ideas/input for the improvement of the Hindu philosophical concepts. Those concepts and applications influence each other and work together to enhance each other. The problems of educational ontology in the study of Hindu educational philosophy covers the definition and nature of education and learning according to the Hindu perspective. Epistemological problems of education according to the study of Hindu education philosophy including philosophical problems (goals, curriculum and materials of Hindu education), actual problems (methods, educators and students in Hindu education), supporting problems (facilities, infrastructure and approaches of Hindu education). The problem of educational axiology in the study of Hindu educational philosophy concerns the philosophy of value. The intended value according to the study of Hindu religious education is the value of the usefulness/benefit of knowledge.
