Abstract

Research on the impact of Fiqh educators' professionalism on students' academic achievement is significant for investigation, it offers insights into how aspects expertise, classroom management, contribute to enhancing learning quality. The results may serve as a foundation for crafting more effective educational policies and training programs for educators to enhance their professionalism. This study aims to assess the impact of Fiqh teachers' professionalism on improving student learning outcomes in class X at MAS Islamiyah Subulussalam, Sumberjo District, Torgamba District, Labuhanbatu. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing the product-moment correlation technique to test the validity of the questionnaire.The results indicate that teacher professionalism in the teaching and learning process is satisfactory, as reflected by the percentage range of 56%-100%. Student learning achievement, based on the calculations, scores 7.7, falling within the range of 56%-100% according to the established standards. Data analysis reveals a correlation value of 0.829, which exceeds the critical value (rt). The validity test for the research instrument yielded a result of 0.538 at a 5% significance level. The influence observed is classified as high/strong, as indicated by an "rxy" value of 0.289, which corresponds to a strong effect, leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha).

Abstract

This research develops a quiet book media for preschool children. Character building in preschool children is an important foundation in forming personalities with noble character, caring for others, and having spiritual values. One of the main values is love for God's creatures, which is a holistic part of character building and needs to be stimulated through contextual learning. The age period of 3-4 years is a golden period where children are very receptive to the internalization of these values. Therefore, learning media that is interesting, interactive, and appropriate for children's development is needed. This research aims to develop Quiet Book media as an educational tool for instilling love for God's creation in preschool children. The research uses a Research and Development (RD) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects are playgroup children aged 3-4 years. Data collection techniques include observation and documentation. Validation was conducted by material experts and media experts, as well as practicality testing by teachers. Data analysis includes validity testing (V Aiken), reliability (Cronbach's Alpha), and effectiveness using n-gain test. The research results show that the Quiet Book media: 1) was developed according to media development needs, 2) was declared sufficiently valid by material experts (64.28%) and very valid by media experts (90.62%), 3) was assessed as very practical by teachers (88.46%), and 4) was sufficiently effective from small group (59.0%) and large group (57.6%) test results. Thus, the Quiet Book is suitable for use as a learning medium for the value of love for God's creation in early childhood.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the main factors in economic development in Indonesia, as Indonesia is an agrarian country. The government also expects agricultural production of food crops to increase every year. This study aims to determine the clustering results and characteristics of each sub-district in Sleman Regency based on the amount of fruit production. The method used in this research is K-Medoids Clustering. The K-Medoids method includes a clustering algorithm that is quite efficient in clustering small data and finding the most representative points and being able to overcome outliers. The results showed the application of the K-Medoids method resulted in 5 clusters where Cluster 1 has 4 sub-districts namely, Moyudan, Minggir, Seyegan, and Godean sub-districts, Cluster 2 has 5 sub-districts namely, Gamping, Mlati, Depok, Berbah, and Prambanan sub-districts, Cluster 3 has 4 sub-districts namely, Kalasan, Ngemplak, Ngaglik, and Sleman sub-districts, Cluster 4 has 2 sub-districts namely, Tempel and Turi sub-districts, and Cluster 5 has 2 sub-districts namely, Pakem and Cangkringan sub-districts.

Abstract

Disaster is a natural event, man-made or a combination of both that occurs suddenly, causing a devastating negative impact on the continuity of life. This study aims to determine the descriptive tendency of disaster types in the province of Yogyakarta Istimewah Area (DIY) and determine the relationship between districts and types of natural disasters including strong winds, floods, building fires, landslides, forest and land fires, in DIY Province namely Gunung Kidul, Bantul, Sleman, Kulonprogo, and Yogyakarta City. The method used in this research is Crosstabs analysis to find out the relationship between disaster types and districts/cities in Yogyakarta Province in 2023. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between districts/cities and types of natural disasters.

Abstract

In Islam, health services are public facilities that must be felt and enjoyed by the community. Health care facilities should be evenly distributed to all groups regardless of differences in race, ethnicity, class, or economic level. Of course, in the process of providing health services, there are many problems that make their role in serving the community less able to run as it should. The research method used is SLR (systematic literature review). From the data obtained, there were several cases of rejection of emergency patients and patients who were abandoned due to complicated handling processes and delays in treatment at a number of health care facilities. Through this research, it can be concluded that health service facilities are required to provide fair and appropriate services without prejudice to any conditions or situations, including emergency conditions, that can cause patients to experience disability or loss of life. In addition, the occurrence of cases of refusal of emergency patients by several health care facilities is an act that is very unjust and violates Islamic law.

Abstract

This article contains a description of the reflection of Sayyid Qutb's thoughts in the ethics education of students at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. As the most influential figure in the Muslim Brotherhood organization, The derivation of Qutb's thought was firmly embedded in his patron organization such as the Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI). SMPIT Al-Mumtaz is one of the places to continue the mission of this organization by their cadres. It’s more important to see how the thought of this figure's intersects with the perception of ethical education for students at the school. Indeed, ethics is a branch of philosophy that studies human behavior to determine whether an action is good or bad. However, in this research, student ethics refers more to the manners or morals that a student of science must have. The research method used was descriptive qualitative in the research object of the perceptions of SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak teachers regarding student ethics. By first explaining the concept of ethical education for students in Sayyid Qutb's view and then looking at its relevance in the perceptions of teachers at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak regarding student ethics which is used as a basis for carrying out their educational activities. This study concludes that; First, Sayyid Qutb divided two types of society, namely Islamic society which practices Islamic ethics in all aspects of its life, and jahiliyah (ignorance) society which does not practice it. This second type is the main cause of the decline of Muslims. For this reason, efforts are needed to return the situation to a more ideal direction with the focus of improving ethics in an Islamic education system. Among these foundations are being polite and patient in the learning process with teachers, being serious and ready to accept risks in seeking knowledge, straightening out intentions, and choosing a credible place of Islamic education; Second, there is relevance between the perception of SMPIT teacher Al Mumtaz and the ethical foundations of Sayyid Qutb's students, starting from the conception and practice of respect for teachers, seriousness in learning, straightness of intentions, and avoiding intellectual arrogance; Third, there are differences in perception in terms of choosing a place of education in an effort to form student ethics. Where the majority of respondents questioned the incompatibility of students' Islamic background with their choice of school. Only a small number of respondents did not mind it.

Abstract

This study takes a multicultural approach to the concept of Islamic religious education. Differences are unavoidable in a world that is rapidly evolving as it is today. Often, acts of violence, whether in the form of group sarcasm in religious social life or through differences, do not need to occur. Islamic religious education, as part of religious education in schools, is thought to have helped children overcome this from an early age. This study employs library research to develop a theoretical framework and present the data using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings of this study show that multicultural education for students begins at a young age and is critical in developing an understanding of what differences are and how to respond to them. Accordingly, multicultural Islamic religious education aims to develop students with moral values such as love, assistance, forgiveness, tolerance, respect for differences of opinion and religious beliefs, and other attitudes capable of and supportive of human life harmony.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the relatively good professional development of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pandan Tapanuli Tengah. The purpose of this study is to determine the self-development carried out by teachers through the activities carried out. The data collection method used consists of observation, direct interviews with the principal and teachers. This research is supported by documentary data and supporting literature relevant to the problem described. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis method with the aim of describing how the continuous professional development of SMA Negeri 1 Pandan Tapanuli Tengah teachers and how to deal with the problems faced in carrying out teacher sustainable professional development. The results of the study: 1) The self-development of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pandan has been carried out well with functional training activities and Teacher Working Groups (KKG); 2) Scientific Publications of SMA Negeri 1 Pandan Teachers, have been carried out well with three activities, namely, achievements in scientific forums, scientific publications in the form of research results or scientific ideas in the field of formal education and publication of textbooks, enrichment books or teacher manuals; 3) The innovative work of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Matauli Pandan has run smoothly and optimally. Innovative work done by teachers makes learning media in the classroom. Teachers have made learning media that are used in the learning process

Abstract

Lately, it is often found in the news about young children who commit acts of harassment against their peers. This is a sign that the level of religiosity in children today is relatively low. One of the reasons could be due to the indifference of parents towards children. So that children do not know the action is right or wrong in the eyes of society or religion. Even trivial bad behavior is sometimes still carried out among children and even teenagers to adults. The bad habits that have been done as children will be repeated when they grow up if their parents continue to ignore them. Therefore, the role of parents is needed to provide direction or guidance to children from early childhood to adolescence. The purpose of this study was to find out how indifferent parents influence the child's level of religiosity. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis to determine the frequency distribution of the findings of data from the field. The answers to the questionnaire are calculated using the percentage formula and then processed and analyzed descriptively to determine whether there is an influence of parents who are indifferent to children's religiosity. The results of this study are that parents are very influential in children's religiosity.

Abstract

research seeks to describe the quality assurance system in three Muadalah Education Units in Madura with a multi-case qualitative approach in three muadalah pesantren in Madura. Data sources are the managers of muadalah education units in Madura, from Kiai and teachers who are directly involved in quality assurance. With data validity checking techniques with extended observation, triangulation and peer examination. From the results of the study, it was found This that the managers of muadalah education units in Madura carry out quality assurance with two management models, namely first: attaching quality assurance to the structural duties of pesantren managers, and second, forming special work units as mandated by the Pesantren Law. From these two models, all muadalah education units in Madura make Kiai the main person responsible for the quality of the pesantren. The implementation of quality assurance in Muadalah Education Units in Madura has an impact on maintaining the education system of education with the uniqueness of each pesantren, as well as many outstanding santri in various competitions.
