Abstract

The writing of this paper is based on the low quality of basic education in Indonesia by looking at the results of the Indonesian version of TIMSS in 2006 (Puspendik, 2007) showing mathematical and linguistic achievements, with a standard of achieving 65% of questions answered correctly, there will only be less than 10% of sample students test that is able to achieve it. The writing of this paper aims to determine the quality of the national standard school final examination (UASBN) used, for primary school examinations. The approach used in writing this paper is a descriptive method, namely solving problems that arise and then analyzed based on alternative theories that can be considered as a way out of the problems encountered. The study population included parents and student responses to UASBN items. (1) Describe the learning weaknesses that are found in elementary schools based on information from UASBN; (2) Describe the map of cognitive weaknesses of elementary school students in the learning process and answer the UASBN

Abstract

This work pays attention to the supporting factors of professional improvement of Islamic kindergarten teachers. With a descriptive qualitative method, this research shows that the improvement of professionalism was supported by the internal factors as work enthusiasm, character, and loyalty. Whereas the supports of colleagues, families, government notices, and profession demand, thoughtfulness to the environment, and the spirit of educating children became external factors supporting the efforts.

Abstract

Increasing the ability to think at a high level in schools is an important foundation to help students in reasoning and understanding Islamic religious education in depth. One of the things that can be done by schools to improve higher order thinking skills and reasoning is to provide continuous evaluation of HOTS-based learning, which is the object of this research is to find out: (1) whether there is an influence between the implementation of HOTS-based evaluation of improvement verbal reasoning ability of students in learning PAI.This research was conducted at SMPN 7 Bekasi. The sample in this study were 70 students using cluster random sampling. Data in this study were analyzed using regression analysis, with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study are: (1) There is an effect between the implementation of the HOTS-based evaluation of improving students' verbal reasoning skills in PAI learning. Keywords: HOTS-based evaluation, verbal reasoning.

Abstract

Kecakapan Hidup (Life Skill) merupakan suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk berperilaku positif, mengatur diri, dan terampil sosial. Pembiasaan mencuci tangan  merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam tindakan atau perilaku yang melatih anak memiliki keterampilan mencuci tangan dengan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecakapan hidup melalui pembiasaan mencuci tangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak Kelompok A TK Al- Fidaa Kec. Tambun Selatan Kab. Bekasi yang berjumlah 10 anak. Penelitian  ini terdiri dari 2, siklus masing- masing siklus dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembiasaan mencuci tangan dapat meningkatkan kecakapan hidup anak. Hasil penelitian kecakapan hidup anak pada pra siklus yaitu sebesar 40% dan meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 65% kemudian mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89% pada siklus II dengan kategori berkembang sangat baik.

Abstract

In the point of psychology, the phenomenon of early childhood education is a necessity. Because the development of the human brain at an early age (0 to 6 years) accelerates to 80% of the overall adult brain. Often the early age is often referred to as the golden age (golden age) in the development of human history. Maria Montessori said that this period is a sensitive period in which children easily receive stimuli from their environment. It is during this sensitive period that physical and psychological functions are matured so that the child is ready to respond and realize all the developmental tasks that are expected to appear in his daily behavior patterns.The conceptual foundation that underlies the importance of PAUD is the discovery of experts about child development, especially in the field of neuroscience and psychology. Growth and development of children can not be released by the development of brain structures. According to Wittrock there are three areas of brain development that experience rapid increase at an early age, namely the growth of dendritic fibers, the complexity of synaptic relationships, and division of nerve cells. The three brain regions are very important to develop from an early age, because at this age the three brain regions experience maximum development, which is 80% of the overall adult brain development. After children aged 6 years and older until adulthood, their development does not exceed 20%.

Abstract

Agama yang bersumber dari Allah Swt, kemudian agama bereaksi menjadi kecerdasan spiritual dalam kehidupan masyarakat, kemudian dihidupkan dalam bentuk ritual ibadah. Selanjutnya ritual ibadah dalam beragama dipahami manusia sebagai salah satu aspek budaya. Dari situlah dimensi kepemimpinan akan terencana melalui pemahaman agama, terlebih bila dikaitkan dengan dunia pendidikan.  Perbedaan agama dan budaya terlihat dari sebuah proses yang berbeda, agama dipahami dari proses vertikal, sedangkan budaya dipahami dari proses horizontal. Agama bersifat spiritual sedangkan budaya bersifat akal, sehingga menurut sistem sosial budaya manusia disebut al-Insan yang memiliki akal pikiran, mampu mengembangkan budaya yang berdampak luas terhadap kehidupan dan lingkungan di permukaan bumi. Kemampuan akal pikiran dapat dinyatakan juga sebagai kemampuan budaya, memiliki makna yang tinggi bagi manusia sebagai makhluk hidup. Aspek-aspek atau komponen-komponen materi seperti ruang, alam semesta, bangunan, pakaian, peralatan dan non-materi semisal pengetahuan, kepercayaan, nilai, sikap, makna, hirarki, agama, peranan, merupakan suatu sistem yang disebut sistem budaya.Sistem budaya merupakan rangkaian hubungan komponen-komponen budaya sebagai ungkapan prilaku, perbuatan, dan tindakan manusia sebagai makhluk budaya. Namun demikian, dalam mekanisme budaya tersebut, tidak terpisahkan dari hubungan antara manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang menghubungkan antar individu, antara individu dengan kelompok, dan antara kelompok dengan kelompok manusia lainnya. Di sini terbentuk suatu tatanan yang dikonsepkan sebagai sistem sosial. Sistem ini terbentuk, sebagai akibat hubungan sosial antar komponen-komponen.

Abstract

Today we witness that students are still activated by their cognitive abilities, namely memorizing at a glance, classes are too dense with general material content, very poor motivation, equipped with religious knowledge but only limited to the delivery without practice or practice accompanied by deep appreciation. Outside the classroom, promiscuity is everywhere, games through gadgets are familiar to young children, as well as a lack of control and supervision and attention from parents, so that all of them make children behave badly, commit crime, spree and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning patterns of the sunnah of the prophet at the level of kindergarten and elementary school education, and to know the sunnah-sunnah of the prophet taught in Islamic kindergarten and integrated Islamic elementary school. From the results of this research study, there are obtained good and effective learning patterns and some of the sunnah of the Prophet relating to good social ethics and can be applied by educators, especially both parents who want to crave their children to be proud or qurrota a'yun for all families, be a beloved people of the Prophet Muhammad. One of the characteristics of people who love the Prophet is fond of memorizing, spreading and practicing his sunnahs. With all that stock, he will get happiness in the world and the hereafter and get the Prophet's intercession to be able to get together in heaven.

Abstract

The good character decorates human. It makes him loved in society and is one of the reasons for the happiness of man in this life and to enter Paradise in the Hereafter. Bad manners cause human agony and entering the fire in the Hereafter. As we have seen in the time of now many people sabotage their manners. The development of moral values of children and raising them is very important, by mentioning that children and youth struggled to their country. The purpose of a scientific and in-depth study of this research, including knowing the Islamic moral values emanating in Al-Isra and means any way to develop for children and adults. The moral values emerging from the verses in Surat Al-Israa include moral values when treating people with the Creator, ethical values when treating people with parents, ethical values when treating people with society and individual moral values.

Abstract

Belajar adalah berubah. Dalam hal ini yang dimaksud dengan belajar adalah usaha untuk mengubah tingkah laku. Belajar akan membawa suatu perubahan bagi individu-individu yang belajar. Perubahan tersebut tidak hanya berkaitan dengan penambahan ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga berbentuk kecakapan, keterampilan, sikap, pengertian, harga diri, minat, watak, penyesuaian diri. Dan menyangkut semua aspek organisme dan tingkah laku pribadi seseorang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa belajar adalah serangkaian kegiatan jiwa raga psiko-fisik untuk menuju perkembangan pribadi manusia seutuhnya, yang berarti menyangkut unsur rasa, cipta, karsa, ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor.Ada empat kategori utama atau kerangka filosofis mengenai teori-teori belajar, yaitu: teori belajar behaviorisme,  teori belajar kognitivisme, dan  teori belajar konstruktivisme.  Teori belajar behaviorisme hanya berfokus pada aspek objektif diamati pembelajaran. Teori kognitif melihat melampaui perilaku untuk menjelaskan pembelajaran berbasis otak. Dan pandangan konstruktivisme belajar sebagai sebuah proses di mana pelajar aktif membangun atau membangun ide-ide baru atau konsep. Sedangkan teori humanistik beanggapan bahwa belajar adalah proses memanusiakan manusia.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study is to obtain data about the spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the center of al Islam KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School through role play. This research was conducted at KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi which is located on Jl. Kh. Agus Salim Number 206, Kelurahan Margahayu, District of East Bekasi, Kota Bekasi, West Java Province. Specifically this research will see how big role play can improve every aspect that exist in spiritual intelligence for children aged 5-6 years at KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi. This research was conducted in second semester of academic year 2016/2017. This action study was conducted using a cycle model from Stephen Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Action research is carried out through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles and started with pre-research activities. The average praintervensi result is 57%, in cycle 1 the result is 65,5% and cycle 2 reaches 80% on average. From the data there is a significant increase in each cycle. Improvement is seen in every aspect that depicts children's spiritual intelligence such as self-awareness, spontaneity, internally motivated, seeing life from vision and based on fundamental, holistic values, seeing system and universality, compassion (sense of community, sense of following the flow of life) diversity, independent, firm against the majority, fundamentally questioning, rearranging in the big picture, and steadfast in difficulty.Thus, the learning process through the role play to improve spiritual intelligence is said to have been achieved because most of the indicators in the competence of the ability of spiritual intelligence has increased. The implication of this research is that role playing can be one strategy to improve spiritual intelligence.
