Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence, indirect influence and total influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The data analysis method uses path analysis and Sobel Test analysis via IBM SPPS Version 25.00. The results of the t test research show that the calculated t value for the service quality and price variables and the calculated t value for the variables are smaller than the sensitivity level (Sig.) < 0.05, meaning the model is significant. The F test shows that the calculated f value is smaller than the sensitivity level (Sig.) < 0.05. These two variables, namely service quality, price and customer satisfaction, have a sensitivity level value (Sig.) < 0.05, meaning the model is significant. In conclusion, customer satisfaction is able to mediate service quality and price partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty at the AHASS 1753 PT Workshop company. Kusuma Sejati Inti Prima. Abstract

This research aims to study how corporate governance and company characteristics influence corporate social responsibility disclosure. There are many components that form effective corporate governance, including independent commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, board of directors, profitability and leverage. The population of this research is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 research period. The sample determination process used purposive sampling, obtaining 40 samples with a period of 5 years. The research results show that the audit committee and managerial ownership variables influence CSR disclosure. Meanwhile, the variables independent commissioner, board of directors, profitability and leverage have no effect on CSR disclosure. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the influence of Tax Planning, deferred tax burden, company size, and Corporate Social Responsibility on earnings management in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses purposive sampling as a sampling approach. The conclusion is that Tax Planning and company size both have an influence on earnings management, but deferred tax burden and Corporate Social Responsibility influence earnings management. Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how big a role service quality, company image and perceived value play in customer satisfaction at Sentani-Jayapura International Airport. This research uses a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of Service Quality and Value Perception on Customer Satisfaction through Company Image. Conclusion, Service Quality and Perceived Value of Customer Satisfaction and Company Image are important aspects in increasing customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of distribution in the digital era in an effort to increase sales volume at the Sari Good Bakery Cimahi bakery. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is generally used in social phenomenology. This research analyzes the relationship between the use of online distribution and sales volume. Observations were made to collect data using data collection techniques and interviews with research objects. The lowest sales were in July at 14,696 with a percentage of -33% and the highest sales were in March at 23,909 with a percentage of 20%. At the end of 2022, especially from August to December, sales at the Sari Good Bakery Bakery always experience a significant decline. Indirect distribution activities generally use intermediaries. With developments in the current digital era, the Sari Good Bakery shop is required to utilize digital technology. With the use of market places and digital media, distribution activities should become more efficient in the distribution process so that it will increase sales volume in Sari Good Bakery bakery. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work compensation and work motivation on employee performance at BPPP Lembang, West Java. This type of research is quantitative research using explanatory methods to determine the influence between the variables studied. The population in this study was all 52 employees at BBPP Lembang. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for Windows software. The results of the research are a contribution for related institutions to pay attention to providing compensation so that employees are motivated to do their work so that they can improve performance so that it has an impact on the organization in achieving its goals. Simulation, that partially and simultaneously compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect in improving employee performance at BBPP Lembang. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, service quality, and trust on Lazada e-commerce purchasing decisions (in people living in Surabaya). The research method uses the Convenience Sampling technique, namely collecting information from members of the population who agree to provide this information directly or indirectly, namely there are 75 samples. The research results show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Culture, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Work Commitment (Case Study of Administrative Staff of Members in the Prosperous Justice Party Fraction of the DPR RI). The research uses a causal quantitative method, namely knowing the influence between the variables studied. The results of the research, Work Culture towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.282 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (2.572 > 1.96). Work Motivation towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.136 and has a t-statistic value < t-table (1.665 < 1.96). Job Satisfaction with Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.484 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (4.543 > 1.96). Conclusion, Work Culture, Motivation and Satisfaction with Work Commitment have a positive influence on work commitment (Study of Administrative Staff of Members of the DPR RI PKS Fraction). Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and test the impact of performance allowances, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is quantitative by collecting primary data through quantitative surveys. The research results show that performance allowances, work discipline and work motivation together influence employee performance by 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. The F test also shows that the independent variables, namely performance allowances, work discipline, and work motivation, significantly influence employee performance together. This indicates that changes in performance allowances, work discipline, and work motivation will have an impact on changes in employee performance. These findings confirm that performance benefits, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. The conclusion is that increasing performance allowances, monitoring and improving work discipline, as well as increasing work motivation can improve employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of understanding tax regulations, modernization of services and understanding ing ngarsa sung tuladha on the willingness to pay motor vehicle tax. The method in this research uses a sampling technique using snowball sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The research results for each variable have significant values, namely 0.012, 0.000 and 0.004 and t values of 2.553, 4.165 and 2.949. The conclusion is that the variables understanding tax regulations, modernization of tax services and ing ngarsa sung tuladha have a positive effect on the willingness to pay motor vehicle tax.
