Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of information technology investment on share value, Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) in health sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. A research method based on the philosophy of positivism was used. to research a particular population or sample, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing a predetermined hypothesis. The research results show that information technology investment influences the value of company shares, but has no effect on ROA and ROE. Limitations of this study include the focus on the health sector only and the low variability of the independent variables that can explain the dependent variable, indicating that other factors not investigated in the study also influenced the results by 73.4%. Conclusion, that the independent variables in this study have limitations in explaining the dependent variable. Abstract

This research explores various waste management models with a focus on Waste Banks as one solution to reduce waste problems. Conducted at the Bersinar Waste Bank, Bandung, this research was qualitative using the Exploratory Research method and snowball sampling interviews with leaders, employees and customers of the Bersinar Waste Bank as key informants. Adopting the 7P Marketing Strategy concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) with the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) approach by Philip Kotler and Keller (2016), this research also applies SWOT analysis to choose a marketing strategy right. The research results highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the management and marketing aspects of Bank Sampah Bersinar, assisting in formulating effective marketing performance strategies through the SWOT matrix. Companies design policies based on weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy, strength-opportunity (SO) strategy, strength-threat (ST) strategy, and weakness-threat (WT) strategy. In conclusion, through intensive counseling to customers, including scavengers around the waste bank, it is hoped that it can increase awareness and participation in waste sorting, increase the added value of waste, as well as take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats faced by the Bersinar Waste Bank. Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the comparison of legal liability between limited business entities (PT) and individual companies. This research uses a normative legal approach with descriptive analysis characteristics. Data collection was carried out through secondary data sources, specifically by applying library research techniques, known as "Library Research." The research results show differences in legal liability between PT and individual companies. PT shareholders have limited liability, while individual company owners have limited liability for the value of their shares, in accordance with the principle of limited liability. In conclusion, this research provides in-depth insight into the legal aspects that differentiate the responsibilities of PT and individual companies. These findings can be the basis for developing legal policies that are more effective in regulating the legal responsibilities of business entities, whether in the form of PT or individual companies. Abstract

This research aims to find out what is the influence of top management support on the quality of financial reports with Simda as mediation. This research uses a quantitative research design, primary data as the data source, and questionnaires as the main data collection tool. To evaluate several hypotheses, an analysis method known as Partial Least Squares was used using the WrapPLS 7.0 program. The conclusion is that top management support has an impact on regional management information systems, top management support has an impact on the quality of financial reports, regional management information systems have an impact on the quality of financial reports, and regional management information systems mediate top management support for high quality financial reports. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of accountability, competence, internal control and community participation on the performance of the Sidobinangun village government, Deket District, Lamongan Regency. This research collected data through questionnaires distributed to the people of Sidobinangun Village. This study uses analysis in the form of a partial least squares (PLS) model. The conclusion is that the performance of the Sidobinangun village government really requires a high level of accountability and competence from the Sidobinangun village apparatus and is also supported by the high role of the Sidobinangun community, but internal control has not yet had an optimal contribution to the performance of the Sidobinangun village government. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between motivation and work perception on career choice in the functional position of goods and services manager, with interest as a mediating variable. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, with a population consisting of 257 State Civil Service Employees (ASN), and a sample of 157 respondents. The data analysis technique used was an inner model with the bootstrapping method. The research results show that work motivation and work perception have a positive influence on career choice. Apart from that, work motivation and work perception also have a positive effect on interest. Furthermore, interests have a direct and indirect influence on career choice. The conclusion is that work motivation and perception play an important role in choosing a career in the functional position of managing goods and services. Interest also mediates the relationship between work motivation and work perception and career choice. This shows the importance of understanding motivational factors and work perceptions in managing careers, as well as the role of interests in shaping individual career decisions in organizations. Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of compensation, workload and work environment on turnover intention among Anteraja couriers, Yogyakarta branch. Sampling used random sampling technique and a sample of 57 couriers was obtained. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that compensation and work environment have no effect on turnover intention, while workload has a positive effect on turnover intention. Conclusion: Compensation and work environment do not have a significant influence on the intention to change jobs (turnover intention) for Anteraja couriers, Yogyakarta branch. Workload has a significant positive influence on the intention to change jobs (turnover intention) for Anteraja couriers, Yogyakarta branch. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the factors that encourage open government adoption initiatives in district and city governments in provinces on the island of Java. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The research population covers all cities and regencies on the island of Java, and the research sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 113 cities and regencies. The research results show that taxes paid by the public have a positive influence on how local governments provide access to their websites, while political fragmentation has a negative influence on how local governments provide access to their websites. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the community and government to increase awareness of the right to obtain public information and strengthen data access facilities for public information as a form of commitment to realizing open government. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of innovative technology, word of mouth, and hedonic motivation on people's use of Shopee Paylater in 2023. The research method uses a short study approach with primary data collection. The research results show that innovative technology does not significantly influence users' interest in using the PayLater feature in the Shopee application. However, word of mouth has a significant influence, showing that positive recommendations from other people can influence perceptions of Shopee Paylater. Apart from that, hedonic motivation also has a significant effect, indicating that enjoyment in using Shopee PayLater is an important factor in user interest in the service. In conclusion, this research provides important insights for the future development of digital financial services, by considering the factors that influence user adoption. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of population, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), and regional expenditure on PAD from 2012 to 2021. The results of the study show that partially, population and regional expenditure have a positive but not significant influence on PAD, while GRDP has a positive and significant influence on PAD. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on PAD in Pacitan Regency. In conclusion, the importance of effective local economic management in increasing PAD and community welfare in the area.
