Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Product Repurchase (X3) on Repurchase. Descriptive and associative methods were used, with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis involves descriptive statistical tests, data instruments, validity and reliability, as well as classic assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple linear regression, t test, and coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data. The results show that Brand Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Price Perception (X3) together influence repeat purchases (Y) by 47.5% (0.475), while 52.5% is influenced by these factors. others are outside the scope of the research. In conclusion, this research provides insight into the factors that influence repeat purchases and their relevance in the market context. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the role of the PKK has an effect on reducing the rate of stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting by always coming to the health center or posyandu. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, and the samples used were 50 samples. This approach uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The type of data used is primary and secondary. Primary data in this research was obtained from the results of questionnaires that had been distributed to respondents, while secondary data was obtained from several literatures and data from the relevant departments. The data analysis technique used is chi square or chi square using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software. Conclusion: Through Chi Square software research, it also shows that there is a relationship between PKK and stunting incidence of 7.936 with ɑ 0.05. Keywords: PKK, Stunting

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, compensation and education and training partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Lahat Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. The research method used is quantitative. The research results show, a) the work discipline variable on employee performance, with partial testing obtained a value of 2.104 > 2.01954 and a significant value of 0.042 < 0.05; b) compensation variable on employee performance, with partial testing obtained a value of 2.374 > 2.01954 and a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05; c) the education and training variable with partial testing obtained a significant value of 3.597 > 2.01954, namely 0.001 < 0.05; d) with simultaneous testing, the value obtained was 21, 432 > 2.83 and the significant value was 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lahat Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lahat Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. Education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lahat Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. Work discipline, compensation, education and training jointly influence employee performance at the Lahat Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of sales and operational costs on PT. Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk 's net profit during that period. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample involved 32 quarterly reports of PT. Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk from 2015 to 2022. The research results showed that sales had a unidirectional or positive relationship and partially had a significant effect on net profit. On the other hand, operational costs have a unidirectional or negative relationship and partially have a significant effect on net profit. Conclusion, the implications of these findings can be used as a strategic basis for companies in managing sales and operational costs to increase financial stability. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of working capital, cash and receivables on the probability of consumer and industrial goods companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses the cross section method. The results of the t test research show that working capital (X1) against probability (Y) can be processed partially using a calculated t of 1.971≤ -6.5253. Therefore, there is a partially significant influence of working capital on probability. For cash (X2) the probability (Y) t count is -6.64449, while the t count is 1.9721, so it can be concluded that t > t table means that there is a partial significant difference in cash to the probability, at the t count probability of 4.123983 t table is 1.9721. In conclusion, working capital, cash and receivables simultaneously influence probability. Keywords: Cash, Working Capital, Receivables, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of training, position promotion and competency on career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. The research method is a descriptive method through surveys. The results of the research show that training has an influence on career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount>ttable (2.280>1.994) and sig. of 0.026 (0.026<0.05). Position Promotion has an effect on Career Development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount> ttable (5.266>1.994) and sig. of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Competence influences career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of tcount>ttable (7.176>1.994) and sig.of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Training, Position Promotion and Competency influences Career Development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan with a value of Fcount> Ftable (76.452>2.74) andsig. 0.000<0.05. Career development was explained by independent variables by 75.9%, but the remaining 24.1% was explained by other variables not studied, such as transfers, education and work experience. Conclusion, Training influences career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. Position promotions influence career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. Competency influences career development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. Training, Position Promotion and Competency influence Career Development at PT Karya Sukses Maju Bersama Medan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze changes in the structure of community livelihoods and analyze losses from the impact of oil palm expansion on ecology. The research method used is qualitative research, using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that there is continuity of interaction between society and its economy, which is marked by changes in the structure of the community's livelihood which is now also developing the cultivation of oil palm plantations thereby improving the community's economy, while the sustainability of community interaction with the environment is still visible because the community's environmental ethics still shows an anthropocentristic view of environmental ethics. , The ethic of anthropocentrism causes a decrease in environmental quality and environmental damage in Pelawe Village and Tambangan Village, District. BTS Ulu Cecar, Musi Rawas District in the form of road damage, environmental pollution, land fires and decreased biodiversity. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of emotions on rationality and impulsive buying. This study uses a quantitative approach. The target population in this research was students at Silampari University, Lubuklinggau, totaling 115 respondents. After processing it was found that 111 respondents were acceptable. Processed using smartpls-4. Research results Respondents were more likely to use instant messaging applications to connect with family members, followed by friends from far away or from college (mean = 3.84), and buyers or sellers (mean = 3.18). Furthermore, respondents indicated that they use instant messaging apps more often to send messages (mean = 3.89), followed by updating others on where they are now doing (mean = 3.16), posting social post quotes ( mean = 2.66), and convey their feelings in words (mean = 2.66). In conclusion, the majority of respondents have used instant messaging for more than two years, with an average of three years using instant messaging to make purchasing interactions with sellers. Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of Reroroja Village, Magepanda District, Sikka Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data used is the Realization Report of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBdes) of Reroroja Village for the 2017-2021 Fiscal Year. The results of the research show that 1) the Reroroja Village Revenue Effectiveness Ratio from the 2017 Fiscal Year to the 2021 Fiscal Year is very effective with an average effectiveness of 100.01%. These results indicate that the performance of the Reroroja village government is very good; 2) The Efficiency Ratio of Village Expenditures compared to Reroroja Village Revenue from the 2017 Fiscal Year to the 2021 Fiscal Year is less efficient with an average efficiency of 99.59%, meaning that the financial performance of the Reroroja village government is not good. 3) The Income Growth Ratio of Reroroja village is very low with a growth ratio of 11.08%; Likewise, the average growth in Reroroja village expenditure is very low with a growth ratio of 10.33%. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence individual, organizational and work environment factors have on the incidence of burnout syndrome and job satisfaction of nurses in hospitals. This research method uses a literature study method analyzed from several journals, which are related to the topic taken. The results obtained vary, but the majority of research results show that individual, organizational and work environment factors greatly influence burnout syndrome. Individual, organizational and work environment factors contribute to the incidence of burnout syndrome. In conclusion, Burnout syndrome has a negative effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the lower the burnout syndrome, the higher the nurse's job satisfaction. This is because the high performance of nurses causes the level of job satisfaction to increase so that it can reduce burnout syndrome that occurs in nurses. Meanwhile, organizational factors and environmental factors have a positive influence on job satisfaction, so the better the organizational factors and environmental factors, the greater the level of nurse job satisfaction. This is because a supportive work situation and support from superiors and co-workers are able to motivate nurses to develop themselves well while working at the hospital so that the level of job satisfaction increases.
