Abstract

Manajemen kurkulum menjadi salah satu hal yang penting untuk mencapai visi isi dan tujuan dari sebuah lembaga. Pada lembaga ini menggnakan maajemen kurikulum terintegrasi untuk mewujudkan generasi Qur’ani yang memiliki skill khusus untuk melangsungkan kehidupan dimasa yang akan datang, tentu dengan basic dari lembaga sebagai tahfidzul Qur’an dan memiliki kemampuan lain sesuai dengan bakat dan minat peserta didik. Cara pencapaian tujuan lembaga adalah dengan melakukan pembiasaan dan penggemlengan melalui pengelompokan sesuai dengan karakter awal peserta didik. Disini bukan untuk merubah karakter dasar, akan tetapi mengembangkan potensi atau karakter dasar yang telah dimiliki oleh pesrta didik agar dapat optimal. Jadi begitu keluar dari lembaga minimal mempunyai 2 kemampuan sekligus, yakni dibidang tahfidzul Qur’an dan juga di bidang minat dan bakat dari masing-masing peserta didik.

Abstract

The existence of new policies in the field of education is often interpreted as having changed the curriculum even though this is a common thing. The point is how learning practices in schools will become better, more efficient, and more effective. Likewise with the policy of drafting a one-sheet RPP which was initiated the Minister of Education and Culture to help reduce the burden on teachers in the field implementing learning. In simple terms, actually several RPP pages that previously could be summarized/abstracted into just one-sheet, then select the components that are considered core and must exist. There are also other components that can be attached or even removed, because it could be implied and expressed in the existing core components. However, for prospective teachers, it is better if they continue to study the lesson plans with the full component version and then learn to abstract into one-sheet RPP.

Abstract

The implementation of the National Education Philosophy (NEP) at each stage of learning in the Malaysian education system will be the subject of this study. The primary goal that will be stressed is the implementation of the educational philosophy at the primary, secondary, and higher education levels. The emphasis would be on the areas covered in each level of education, whether academic or co-curricular in nature. This analysis will depend on educational reports from the Malaysian Ministry of Education, as well as memoirs, books, and newspapers. Such information will be analysed, compiled, and detailed in an authoritative and insightful narrative statement. Finally, this study will demonstrate that the use of NEP in Malaysian education has been consistent since its inception and continues to this day.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic hampers the cultivation of character values ​​in students, therefore it is necessary for the role of parents in Blended Learning to instill character values. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using stratified proportional random sampling. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the significance value of the parent's role was 0.157 > 0.05. The significance value for the student character is 0.280 > 0.05 so that the data is normally distributed. Test for linearity sig 0.305 > 0.05 so that the variables X and Y are linear. The results of the hypothesis test are 0.000 <0.05, and the Pearson Correlation value is 0.600, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the role of parents in blended learning and the cultivation of character values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Most of the class IB students have difficulty in using and understanding Javanese vocabulary because students are not accustomed to using Javanese in their daily life. This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the increase in Javanese vocabulary mastery of class IB students at SD Negeri Jetis I for the 2018/2019 academic year through the Index Card Match learning model. Collecting data using the instrument of teacher and student activity observation sheets and student learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that the increase in the average value of the first cycle class is 65 and the second cycle is 77 and the achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for the first cycle the average value is 54% and for the second cycle the average value is 75%. Through the Index Card Match learning model, students carry out more focused activities, students' attention becomes more focused on learning objects, students more fluently answer the meaning of vocabulary from Javanese to Indonesian or vice versa.

Abstract

This article aims to explain and analyze planning, implementation and evaluation strategies in strengthening the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. This article uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive design. This research takes place at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. The research was carried out for three months, from February to May 2021. The technique of collecting data was observation, interviews with relevant informants and documentation. The results of this study are how madrasah strategies in strengthening the quality of education in institutions, both in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation are strongly influenced by the madrasa head as a leader. Because all the strategies and policies used by the head of the madrasa determine the quality of an educational institution that is led. There are several things that the head of Madrasah Tarbiyatul Islmiyah does in strengthening the quality of education, including: 1) Providing examples of direct action with time discipline, 2) Carrying out programmatic and consistent implementation of activities, 3) Always evaluating programs carried out both internal and external evaluations. from outside so as to obtain accountable results.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the self-efficacy perceptions of lecturers in flipped learning and opinions of prep school lecturers about their self-efficacy in flipped learning. Convergent parallel design, one of the mixed research methods, is employed in the study. The study group consists of 31 Turkish lecturers who work at the School of Foreign Languages at Çağ University. The quantitative data of the research was obtained through the Flipped Learning Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale. Qualitative data was collected by open-ended questions form developed by the researcher. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the flipped learning self-efficacy perceptions of the preparatory school lecturers were at a high level. In addition, the lecturers stated in their views that their self-efficacy in flipped learning and technology use was at a certain level, but they have to continuously improve.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: 1) explain the management of the Management Information System, 2) explain the decision making based on data in the Management information system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were then analyzed using data in a few stages from reducing data, presenting data, to drawing evaluation conclusions. Research informants were the Headmaster of MI Darussalam, the School operator, and Teachers. The results showed that. The Role of Management Information System in Decision Making in MI Darussalam: (1) The components in the Management Information System has been fulfilled, (2) management of management information systems centered on two people, (3) The flow of MIS management in MI Darussalam is the process of data input, data processing, and data storage, (4) The head of the Madrasah puts forward the principle of deliberation to make decisions. (5) The Management Information System is used as a database for making decisions and making program activities. (6) There is a Decisive Support System (DSS) that is used, but it is still constrained.

Abstract

One of the merdeka belajar (freedom of learning) concepts give teachers the freedom to make fun learning. Teachers must make plans, carry out, and evaluate their learning programs independently. Teacher becomes the determining factor for the success of the learing objectives. And to find out the success of the learningprogram we need to do an evaluation. Evaluation is an important activity, which is carried out to review the success of a program to determine a decision. Teachers must have competence to conduct evaluations. The objectives of this study include; 1) to understand the concept of evaluations. 2) to explain teacher competence in carring out evaluations. The method used in writing this journal is a literature review, where research data obtained from several literary theories are processed and analyzed and then described, so that the results are obtained that in the early stages, teachers must first understand the concept of evaluation, which emphasizes the definition, objectives , the function of the principle and type of evaluation, while the competence of teachers in evaluation activities includes competence in planning evaluation programs, designing evaluation programs, developing evaluation programs, implementing, and evaluating evaluation programs. The evaluation itself requires data processing, reporting and utilization of the evaluation results.

Abstract

Long distance learning activities (PJJ) have made some students feel bored. Innovation is needed so that students can grow motivation to learn and get excited again in studying the material of the Koran even though they are online. The purpose of writing this article is to (1) determine the implementation of the fun teaching method in online qur'an learning; (2) Knowing the results of student achievement after the fun teaching method was applied; and (3) Knowing students' responses to qur'an subjects using the fun teaching method. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. While the data sources come from observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique using Miles and Hubberman is in the form of reduction, categorization, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Implementation of Fun Teaching on Qur'an Hadith material for class IV by using the WhatsApp group method. This online fun teaching method improves the learning achievement of MI Al-Hikmah's qur'an, that is, the average value of student learning achievement only reaches 58%, after the application of the fun teaching method it increases to 81% while for the response aspect students get a good response. very positive.
