Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of human resource development and work ability on improving the quality of production on TV Sumsel Palembang. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 60 respondents were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed employing the multiple linear regression method. The results of the investigation exhibit that partially each human resource development and work ability has a significant effect on increasing the quality of production. These empirical findings can provide benefits for TV Sumsel Palembang. The leader of the company should optimize human resource development and employee work abilities factors to improve production quality

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the process of making food and drinks and serving food at the Palembang Aroma Vegetarian Pondok Restaurant located at Jalan Address. Lt. Abdul Rozak No. 62, Duku, Kec. Ilir Team. II, Palembang City. This study uses creativity and innovation of qualitative descriptive research in the form of exposure to data on the process of making and serving food menus at the Palembang Aroma Vegetarian Restaurant which were obtained from direct observation and secondary data from various sources. Collecting data using observational interviews and documentation of data analysis starting from descriptive qualitative. In the process of making and serving food at the Palembang vegetarian aroma cottage restaurant, the presentation of the food is very attractive and prepares a menu of Chinese food and Indonesian food equipped with fresh drinks. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi analisis data  dimulai dari deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam proses pembuatan dan penyajian makanan resto pondok aroma vegetarian Palembang yang penyajian makanan nya sangat menarik serta menyiapkan menu makanan chinese dan makanan nusantara dilengkapi dengan minuman yang segar.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of Good Carporate Governance (GCG) and Carporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a quantitative method with a population of banking companies for the 2018-2020 period and a purposive sampling technique was chosen to determine 20 samples that meet the criteria. Furthermore, the data collection technique uses secondary data from annual reports and financial reports. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques carried out included descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis including hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the board of directors and financial performance. Meanwhile, no effect was found between Managerial ownership, Independent Commissioner, and CSR in the economic category on financial performance. Furthermore, it was found that there was a simultaneous significant effect between the three variables of GCG and CSR on financial performance with an effect of 31.10%. Finally, this research can have implications for companies in implementing GCG and CSR in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Rasio Aktivitas dan Keputusan Pendanaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Melalui Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 – 2020. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan Farmasi dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 6 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio aktivitas (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE) dengan arah negatif. Keputusan pendanaan (DER) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE) dengan arah negatif. Rasio aktivitas (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan arah negatif. Keputusan pendanaan (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan arah positif. Kinerja keuangan (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan arah positif. Keberadaan variabel intervening diperoleh kinerja keuangan (ROE) mampu memediasi rasio aktivitas (TATO) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan kinerja keuangan (ROE) tidak mampu memediasi keputusan pendanaan (DER) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Accessibility on Loyalty through Tourist Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Water Tourism Objects in PALI Regency. This type of research is Associative. The sample in this study amounted to 97 selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. (2) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its influence on teacher performance Elementary School (SD) in the territorial waters of Banyuasin. The data of this study using cross section data. The variables are expressed in this research teacher performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction. The population in this study sample of 1,140 teachers and 270 teachers in this study. The sampling technique using cluster sampling and analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS program assistance. The results showed that motivation to work but not significant positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction and no significant negative effect on OCB, job motivation positive and significant impact on performance, organizational commitment significantly influence performance, job satisfaction and no significant negative effect on performance, OCB positive and significant effect on performance.The study reveals that the potential of existing OCB can significantly improve the performance of teachers. Education managers should be able to maximize the potential of OCB that has been owned.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence, work discipline and motivation for the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. The object of this study is the Employee of the Regional Secretariat of the Palembang City Government. The research method used is associative research using primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 202 employees at the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat; the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples used was 135 employees. Sampling technique with probability sampling with the cluster sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that:1)simultaneously, competence, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government (Regional Secretariat.2) competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. 3) Work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. 4) motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, competence and motivation on employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province. A population of 150 employees was used in the research utilizing the associative approach, and 97 employees responded using a random sampling-based calculation on the Isaac and Michael formulas. The analysis technique uses the Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 program. Based on the research results, known that Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Competence and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, while at the same time independent variables can explain the dependent variable of 65.1% while the remaining 34.9% is explained by the variable outside the model not included in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research using a population of 109 employees of the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province, the sampling technique is random sampling using the Issac and Michael formulas obtained by 78 employee respondents. The analysis technique uses an Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the results of the study known that the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Compensation both partially and together can explain the variables of the Employee Performance of the Maritime and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province

Abstract

The Labuhan Mangrove Forest Education Labuhan is located in Labuhan Village, Ten District, Bangkalan Regency. The Labuhan Mangrove Forest area is actually a former pond area that was converted into a mangrove conservation area, then developed into a mangrove educational park by mangrove farmer groups as a tourist attraction or educational park, where this mangrove park is located. built by pertamina and managed together with the local community, this study aims to determine the impact of mangrove tourism on the socio-economic environment of the surrounding community which is reviewed from the perspective of hifdzul mal hifdzul din. The method used is a qualitative research method, where the source of data is through observation techniques which are strengthened by documentation and interview techniques with the manager of the mangrove harbor tour and the community around the tour and some other literature. This research has the goal that the existence of mangrove harbor tours can have a good impact and benefits for the surrounding community. Where people can trade and work (parking management) in tourist areas, these tours can increase income. From the results of the work and the results of trading, the community re-manages the results of their trade, used for their daily needs for food and the needs of children to go to school with halal results in accordance with God's commands, accept his orders and stay away from his prohibitions. Protecting children from work that is clear and lawful as well as saving and helping each other so that they can lighten the burden on others, such as giving alms according to the concept of hfdzul mal (safeguarding assets) where in protecting one's assets one must maintain and guard the assets owned so as to avoid things negative which is contrary to sharia
