The Government of Bantul Regency has a strong push for implementing the Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) at the Benih Pertanian Barongan because, in principle, BLUD is based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. On this basis, a Research Analysis of the Potential of the Implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency was carried out at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan to know the potential of the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan in fulfilling the three BLUD requirements, namely substantive requirements, technical requirements, and administrative requirements. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data analysis analyses technical requirements, including public service performance and financial performance. The analysis results show that the potential for implementing BLUD at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan meets the technical requirements, especially regarding public service performance and financial performance. This is indicated by the Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) category (category A) and healthy financial performance achievements. Besides that, it has also fulfilled the substantive and administrative requirements, and this is shown that the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan as a work unit under the SKPD of the Agriculture and Forestry Service of Bantul Regency is following the definition intended by Permendagri No. 61 of 2007, namely (a). The Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan organizes public services related to goods and public services, which have several tasks and functions of managing agricultural seeds and providing superior quality seeds and (b). Operational in nature in organizing public services that produce semi-public goods/services (quasi-public goods). This study aims to analyze the effect of co-creation and self-innovation on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. This research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 58 respondents distributor of PT Semen Baturaja. The research instrument used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques performed by multiple linear regressions. The results showed that co-creation and self-innovation had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja. This partially shows that co-creation has a more dominant influence than self-innovation. The limitation of this research is the relatively small number of samples obtained. A confirmatory study to prove the model formed should use adequate samples. The managerial implications of this research become the basis for policymaking in determining marketing strategies by involving customers (distributors) to be involved in determining the products and marketing strategies carried out. The novelty of this research is the need for co-creation from the company PT Semen Baturaja as the only cement producer in South Sumatra

Increasing the number of residents in the city of Batam is a strategic goal in developing an entrepreneurial and business climate. This is in line with the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in Batam City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs for culinary tourism that are in demand by the community, especially millennials in Batam City. G-Coffee is a culinary tourism object that has a place with a contemporary design. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which aims to dig up information about Digital marketing management at G-Coffee for the needs of the community in terms of culinary tourism, this will later increase competitiveness and a wider market in its marketing strategy to face the era of society 5.0 where digital transformation has changed various habits and ways of life of society and industry including realizing Digital MSMEs. Based on research results, currently G-Coffee is very strong in the use of social media, especially to attract their customer segment which consists of students and students. In the future there needs to be a specific strategy that needs to be developed so that G-Coffe can still compete with its competitors.

The adequacy of digital literacy (DL) among entrepreneurs can trigger the birth of readiness and ability to carry out digital transformation (DT) in relevant business processes and models in the digital economy era to improve entrepreneurial performance with better competitiveness. Also the existence of an entrepreneurial commitment to market orientation (MO) will facilitate business success. This research identifies and explores entrepreneurial performance (EP) models in the digital economy era in terms of DT, DL and MO mediation. The path analysis model was used to test the combined interaction of DT and DL with EP, and the MO relationship that mediates all three. The findings, DT and DL had a significant positive effect on MO both individually and jointly. DT directly has a significant positive effect on EP, also DL directly has a significant positive effect on EP. Sobel test results, it is known that DT has an insignificant positive effect on EP through MO, while DL has a significant positive effect on EP through MO. MO has the mediating effect of DT and DL relationships in influencing EP, consequently MO has a positive impact on EP. This research offers a framework for the performance model of entrepreneurship in a business perspective in the era of the digital economy. The adoption and modification of marketing mix factors into new marketing mix models is necessary to support the implementation of strategies and practices. An exploration of the influence of innovative new marketing mix models on DT practices, DL readiness and MO clarity in the context of entrepreneurship, as well as their implications for business performance, can be considered as future research directions.

This study aims to determine analyzing the effect Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Decisions on MSMEs in Belitung such as of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social media marketing, store environment and perceived value. The population to be studied is all SMEs in Belitung and the sample in this study is 110 respondents from all SMEs in Belitung with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. various tests carried out such as validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through T and F tests, and the coefficient of determination test was carried out. The results of the study found that Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing, Store Environment and Perceived Value had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions for SMEs in Belitung. This means that the better the Social media marketing.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra. This type of research is associative. Samples in research at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra 104 employees using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant influence between motivation, discipline and organizational culture jointly on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (2) There is no significant effect between motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (3) There is a significant influence between discipline on the performance of employees of PT. The smooth running of cooperative activities amid massive changes is inseparable from aspects of organizational culture, enforcement of discipline and employee performance that is in line with shared expectations and goals. Organizational culture as a philosophy that is embraced together can be used as a direction to excel and advance together, the high discipline of the members is believed to be able to make the best contribution to the development of the cooperative through its maximum performance in an effort to create mutual benefits. This study aims to find out and re-analyze the relationship between organizational culture and discipline in predicting and influencing employee performance in cooperatives. The sample of this study was 34 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Research findings, organizational culture and discipline have a positive effect on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. The contribution of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is more dominant than the influence of discipline. It is important for cooperative management to evaluate employee performance regularly and scheduled so that improvements can be made gradually and continuously, strengthening understanding of organizational culture and disciplinary action as part of the evaluation. Organizational culture is more dominant than discipline in influencing employee performance, the causal factors in detail are not explained, and this can be a consideration for subsequent research. Digital aspects relevant to cooperative activities and management systems can also be considered to conduct investigations on employee performance in the era of technological disruption, in Industry 4.0.

This study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of reward, punishment and work discipline on job satisfaction in inpatient nurses at Myria Hospital Palembang. The theory used in this study is related to reward, punishment, work discipline and job satisfaction. A cross-sectional approach was used as a type of research with efforts to collect data using instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 24 program. A total of 40 nurses at the inpatient installation of Myria Hospital with the characteristics of 32 women and 8 men became respondents in this study. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and T Test. Based on the tests carried out, the results obtained are that partially reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially punishment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and simultaneously reward, punishment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara, which is located in the Musi Banyuasin District, Tungkal Jaya District, Suka Damai Mandiangin Batubara (MBB) Village. This sample took 50 respondents, using saturated sampling method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and f test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 21. The research results obtained based on the regression Y = 1.938 + 0.062 X1 + 0.702 X2 + e. And it was found that simultaneously the variables of the physical work environment and work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Mandiangin Batubara, where the calculated F value = 59.128 > F table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.716 means that the magnitude of the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara is 71.6% with the remaining 28.4% influenced by other variables outside the research, so there is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiangin Batubara. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the first linear regression analysis prove that the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is accepted. The second result proves that work discipline affects employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance and Physical Work Environment

A hospital is an institution that provides medical services and is responsible for providing treatment, treatment, and efforts for healing and health for patients, as well as organizing healthy living education in the community. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang. In this study, the object studied was nurses at the Tiara Fatrin Mother and Child Hospital in Palembang, totaling 50 people and different characteristics including 38 women and 12 men. This study used a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is known that in the simultaneous test results (F) the variables of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of nurses have a positive and significant effect with a calculated F value obtained of 78.518 while the table F value is 3.20 with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the R2 determination variables for variables X1 and X2, it has a positive and significant effect on Y at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang, this can be proven based on table 4.12 R Square values of 0.770 or 77%. It can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y.
