Abstract

ABSTRACTObservational title that writer establishes is “ Analysis Clerk Performance In Increase Public Service quality At Klanegann's district Office Cirebon's Regency.” Problem that found writer is at t clerk performance / service officer that was maximal, because of its reducing disciplined by job of clerk Still available clerk which haven't understood TUPOKSI and its SOP so even performance not mencapa target.Identify problem in observational which is: 1) How clerk performance at Klangenan's district Office Cirebon's Regency, 2) How Ministering qualities at KlangenanKabuapten Cirebon's district Office 3) factor what do constrain clerk performance to ministering quality step-ups at Klangenan's district Office Cirebon's Regency.Observational method that utilized by writer is methodic qualitative descriptive approaching with take research location at Klangenan's district Cirebon's Regency, be become key informan in observational it is Ministering Common, meanwhile data collecting tech is with library study, interview and direct observation.Research's result prove clerk performance at Klangenan's district stills haven't maximal this proofed of observation and interview that done by writer which is still available clerk which haven't menguasi IT, still marks sense clerk that haven't understood TUPOKSI and SOP, so service's quality by peoples was utterly materializes, this was proven writerfrom tab's result, which is: facilities is service's supporter stills less, clerk was posed friendly to ministering petitioner.

Abstract

Delivery Assurance (JAMPERSAL) are financial guarantees delivery services that includeprenatal care, delivery assistance, postpartum care, including family planning services afterdelivery and newborn care by health workers in health facilities. The research was carried outand the implementation of policies aimed to describe the service guarantees delivery in healthcenters Cidahu Cidahu Sub District Brass. The background of this research is the number ofpregnant women in health centers Cidahu who do not have health insurance. Economic levelof most pregnant women is still very low and therefore can not pay the cost of delivery andcare of their pregnancy. This study aimed to determine the extent of policy delivery assuranceservices in health centers UPTD Cidahu Cidahu Sub District Brass and what are the barriersthat exist in implementing the policy of service delivery assurance (JAMPERSAL) is. Theresearch method used is descriptive qualitative methods approach, drawing on research sitesin UPTD Cidahu District Health Center Cidahu Kuningan district, while the informants in thisstudy was the chief centers, implementing section Jampersal, midwives, and patientsJampersal. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and in-depthinterviews. Analysis of data is done through data reduction, data display, and verification andconclusion. While testing the validity of the data was done by using triagulasi. The theory ofpolicy implementation that is used is the theory of Edwards III, which consists of four factors:communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results of this researchare still lacking implementation of policy implementation service delivery assurance(Jampersal) in UPTD Cidahu District Health Center Cidahu Kuningan district seen from thefactors of communication, resources, disposition, and a bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan E-KTP di Kecamatan Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Alasanya karena masih ditemukan gejala-gejala respon negatif dari masayarakat sebagai pengguna jasa pelayanan Pembuatan E-KTP di kecamatan Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Kasi Pelayanan Masyarakat kecamatan Losarang sebagai informan kunci dan masyarakat yang membuat E-KTP sebagai informan Pendukung . Terdapat hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelayanan publik pembuatan E-KTP di Kecamatan Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu yaitu diantaranya fasilitas fisik yang tidak sesuai standar operasional pelayanan atau sudah tidak layak dan peralatan dalam pembuatan E-KTP yang belum menunjang. Serta pegawai kecamatan Losarng yang belum mampu memberikan pelayanan dengan baik seperti pelayanan yang dijanjikan dan sikap pegawai yang kurang ramah. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam Analisis Pelayanan Publik dalam Pembuatan E-KTP di Kecamatan Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu dilihat dari Dimensi Kualitas Menurut Fandy Tjiptono dalam Buku (Hardyansyah, 2011:53) yaitu fasilitas fisik, peralatan, kemampuan pelayanan yang dijanjikan dengan segera, kesopanan atau keramahan, masih kurang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada penggunaan media pembelajaran e arsip yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa, khususnya pada mata kuliah kearsipan. Banyak sebenarnya yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa salah satunya adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran e arsip terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cimone dan Kampus Depok pada pelajaran kearsipan. 2) Untuk mengetahui desain program e-arsip yang sesuai dengan materi dalam teori kearsipan, 3) untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran kearsipan menggunakan media e arsip pada pelajaran kearsipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey verifikatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa. Dengan populasi yaitu mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cimone dan Depok Tingkat II yang sudah belajar kearsipan konvensional dan Elektronik Arsip yang berjumlah 80 orang sebagai populasi dan juga ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Analisa data menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diatas dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan atau pengaruh yang positif sebesar 51% antara media pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cimone dan Depok, sedangkan 49% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Penggunaan Media pembelajaran, E-Arsip, Motivasi Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACT Violence against women today is an interesting matter because it is widely discussed by practitioners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academics and the wider community. This was motivated by the demands of a more complex role of women in line with the times that tend to pay more attention to Human Rights (HAM) without looking at or differentiating gender.Activities carried out by the author use qualitative methods with descriptive analysis studies because the writer wants to describe and explain an event or situation. As described by Rachmat (1994: 24), that descriptive research only describes situations or events, does not test hypotheses.Domestic violence (domestic violence) is a problem that often occurs in households. Therefore, prevention must be done early. Religious education and the practice of religious teachings in the household are the keys to success in preventing domestic violence.To prevent domestic violence in the household, love, and compassion must be developed early on. Mother can play a big role in teaching children at home to love and love each other. Because the main perpetrators of domestic violence are generally husbands, the role of religious leaders, educators, sociologists, and intellectuals must be at the forefront to continue to voice the importance of the household as the smallest unit in society to be built well and away from domestic violence. In order to communicate this to the wider community, the role and participation of the media are very important and decisive.Practice a saying "My house is my palace". However the situation is a house, the house must be a place that gives warmth, calmness, peace, protection, and happiness to all family members.

Abstract

Penelitian membahas mengenai Analisis Kompetensi Pegawai dalam Pendokumentasian Arsip Melalui Teknologi Komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dn faktor penghambat kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon, dan upaya-upaya yang dapat mengatasi kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hambatan yaitu kurangnya kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer, tidak memiliki rak arsip khusus dan ruangan untuk menyimpan arsip, belum adanya surat kendali, dan kurangnya koordinasi dari pegawai arsip dengan pusat arsip yang berbasis komputer.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pendokumentasian Arsip, Teknologi Komputer

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a descriptive qualitative or using verbal data from respondent information about the certification policy implementation analysis to improve the competence of teachers in junior high school teachers in the district Jatiwangi. Key informants in this study are the Head of the District Education Office Majalengka, Head of Civil Service District Education Office Majalengka, and supporter informant was Staff Officer Majalengka District Education Office and Teachers Participant Teacher Certification. Data collection techniques that are used ie Library Studies and Field Studies. This study uses the theory of Van Metter implements and Horn. In theory, the success of policy implementation is influenced by six factors: the size and purpose of the policy, resources, characteristics of the implementing agency, attitude/ tendency (disposition) the executor, the executor of communication between organizations and activities, and the economic environment, social, and political. Furthermore, to analyze the implementation of teacher certification policies to improve the competence of teachers Junior High School in District Jatiwangi, this research will focus on observing such factors as the phenomenon of observations.Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher certification policies to improve the competence of teachers Junior High School in District Jatiwangi already well underway. However, there are still some obstacles. Barriers such as lack of clarity of the information received by teachers as teacher certification participants, this obscurity in the form of lack of clear information on the requirements and certify the first step, a lack of infrastructure to support certification requirements, such as the lack of space for storing files certification participants, the lack of incentives for employees who take care of the activities of participants of certification that there is still budget manipulation. District Education Office needs to conduct socialization Majalengka better to teacher certification participants by empowering school principals and school coordinators for the utilization or use of the database in order to process the certification submission can run effectively and efficiently.

ABSTRACT Pengelolaan arsip dalam organisasi atau perusahaan sangat penting dalam menunjang kegiatan administrasi demi kelangsungan suatu organisasi, dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomer 43 tahun 2009 tentang kearsipan, dijelaskan bahwa arsip adalah rekaman kegiatan atau peristiwa dalam berbagai bentuk dan media sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dibuat dan diterima oleh lembaga negara, pemerintah daerah,lembaga pendidikan,perusahaan,organisasi,politik,organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan perseorangan dalam melaksanakn kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Pengelolaan kearsipan terbagi menjadi: arsip dinamis, arsip statis, di dalam pengelolaan kearsipan perlu adanya sumber daya manusia dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak instansi-instansi atau organisasi yang masih mempunyai permasalah mengenai kearsipan dikarenakan pengelolaan kearsipannya tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang dinilai menghambat pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini diberi judul “Pengelolaan Sistem Kearsipan Pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Cirebon”

Abstrak Penelitian dalam penulis Penerapan Manajemen Strategis Dalam Progaram Wajib Belajar Pendidikan Dasar 9 Tahun Di Kota CirebonManajemen strategi merupakan proses atau rangkaian kegiatan pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat mendasar dan menyeluruh, disertai penetapan cara melaksanakanya, yang dibuat oleh pimpinan dan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh jajaran didalam suatu organisasi, untuk mencapai tujuan. sebagaimana dengan pendapat Jalusu (2006 : 490) yang menyatakan bahwa dalam setiap organisasi, keputusan strategis dan rencana strategis disiapkan oleh kelompok manajemen strategis.Disimpulkan sebagai berikut : Manajemen strategi merupakan proses atau rangkaian kegiatan pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat mendasar dan menyeluruh, disertai penetapan cara melaksanakanya, yang dibuat oleh pimpinan dan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh jajaran didalam suatu organisasi, untuk mencapai tujuan. Dalam setiap organisasi, keputusan strategis dan rencana strategis disiapkan oleh kelompok manajemen strategis. Tugas utama dari kelompok manajemen stategis-yang lazim disebut manajemen puncak adalah merumuskan misi, tujuan, dan sasaran organisasi, keputusan-keputusan stragegis lainnya, rencana strategis, mengevaluasi pelaksanaan keputusan strategis, atau mengevaluasi implementasai strategis. Within each organization, strategic decisions and strategic plans are prepared by strategic management groups. The main task of the strategic management group-commonly called top management is to formulate the mission, goals, and objectives of the organization, other strategic decisions, strategic plans, evaluate the implementation of strategic decisions, or evaluate strategic implementation. Strategic management is basically moving from start to finish, to enjoying the results of its decisions, matching whether the results are in accordance with the desired, ie whether the results are enough to satisfy the customer.
