Abstract

The family is the smallest unit of society that plays an important role in realizing the welfare of the population which is the ideal of development. The outbreak of Covid-19 has resulted in various imbalances in the line of life. Indirectly, this has an impact on the resilience of the family as the smallest social unit. If family resilience is disrupted, it can cause less than optimal family functions. In 2020, BPS Sukabumi City recorded an increase in the unemployment rate of 3.81% from 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between religiosity and coping strategies with family resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 372 respondents used cluster random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed a relationship between communication patterns and family resilience (0.000), a relationship between religiosity and family resilience (0.000), a relationship between coping strategies and family resilience (0.000) and a simultaneous relationship between religiosity and coping strategies with family resilience (0.000). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship both partial and simultaneous related to religiosity and coping strategies with family resilience

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a condition in which growth and development is disrupted by children caused by chronic malnutrition. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the age of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) with the incidence of stunting. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis and tested by chi-square with the sample. The statistical results show a value of p = 0.05. This study can be concluded that there is a relationship between the age of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) and the incidence of stunting. In other words, it is said that the sooner prelactal food is given, the easier it is for stunting to occur in children aged 0-2 years. The statistical results show p = 1,000, this shows that there is no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting

Abstract

Monitoring fetal well-being and growth is the key component of antenatal care. Fetal monitoring is critical to prevent fetal deaths by detecting and managing IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), congenital malformation, or genetic abnormalities of the fetus, This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach. Literature review is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and thoughts that have been produced by researchers and practitioners, Cardiotocography monitors fetal well-being by analyzing the fetal heart rate to prevent irreversible brain injury due to fetal hypoxia. CTG interpretation can help improve pregnancy outcomes by diagnosing fetal CTG abnormalities and suggesting the proper management. For example, a hypoxic fetus may exhibit abnormalities such as decreased variability of FHR onset of deceleration and no acceleration in CTG due to decreased fetal movement. In conclusion, there are several methods of monitoring fetal well-being and growth that has clinical or scientific evidence and have been used in clinical practice for years, such as cardiotocography, doppler ultrasound, fetal pulse oximetry, fetal scalp blood sampling, and fetal electrocardiogram

Abstract

Turnaround Time (TAT) for laboratory services is an indicator of the quality of laboratory services to meet customer satisfaction and as a benchmark for laboratory performance. Laboratory results are very important to be delivered in the shortest possible time for the rapid diagnosis and management of patients. One of the factors that causes the length of TAT in the reporting process at the analytical stage is the verification process of inspection results which is still carried out manually by ATLM personnel. Implementing automatic verification of examination results is one way to overcome the long waiting time (TAT) for laboratory services. The aim of this research is to determinate the TAT of manual verification and automatic verification of lipid profile examination results, and testing the difference in TAT between manual verification and automatic verification of lipid profile examination results at the analytical stage at the Pramita clinical laboratory, Pajajaran branch in Bandung city. The method used in this research is to use descriptive comparative method with a quantitative approach. Based on the research that has been done, the average ± standard deviation TAT for manual verification of the results of lipid profile examination was 112.44 ± 46.02 minutes, while the automatic verification TAT was 68.03 ± 28.07 minutes. The results of the independent sample t-test between TAT manual verification and automatic verification of the lipid profile examination results with a significance value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that TAT verification of lipid profile examination results at the analytical stage decreased after automatic verification was implemented. There is a significant difference in Turnaround Time between manual verification and automatic verification of the results of lipid profile examinations at the analytical stage at the Pramita Clinical Laboratory, Pajajaran branch in Bandung city

Abstract

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a relatively common cyanotic congenital heart disease, characterized by four distinct defects. Although TOF is a common condition, its association with situs inversus and levocardia is rare, presenting diagnostic and treatment challenges. This case report discusses a 20-month-old boy with TOF, situs inversus, and levocardia. Initially planned for total surgical correction, intraoperative anatomical complexities led to the decision to perform a bidirectional cavopulmonary shunt surgery. This procedure aimed to enhance oxygen saturation and reduce the volume load on the right ventricle, due to severe pulmonary stenosis and perimembranous ventricular septal defect. The bidirectional cavopulmonary shunt serves to improve systemic arterial oxygen without increasing ventricular work or pulmonary vascular resistance. This case highlights the significance of individualized treatment approaches when TOF is associated with complex anatomical variations
