Abstract

Porous concrete is a type of concrete with high porosity that is applied as a concrete slab that allows rainwater and waters from various other sources to pass through, thereby reducing waterlogging that is commonly found in conventional concrete and increasing the groundwater level. This study aims to determine the comparison of the characteristics of the compressive strength, flexural strength and infiltration speed of shaft concrete when using coarse aggregate of natural stone with comparison of coarse aggregate of crushed stone. Measurement of concrete characteristics using an experimental study method conducted at the Concrete Laboratory. The results of the data analysis obtained that the compressive strength of the shaft concrete when using natural aggregate at the age of 3 days was 7.6 Mpa, the age of 7 days was 8.6 Mpa and the age of 28 days was 15.4 Mpa; The flexural strength of the shaft concrete when using natural aggregate at the age of 7 days is 1.6 MPa and the age of 28 days is 1.9 MPa; Infiltration rate of shaft concrete when using natural aggregate at the age of 28 days is 2.66 mm/s. The compressive strength of the shaft concrete when using crushed stone aggregate at the age of 3 days is 8.6 Mpa, the age of 7 days is 12.5 Mpa and the age of 28 days is 18.8 Mpa; The flexural strength of the shaft concrete when using crushed stone aggregate at the age of 7 days is 1.8 Mpa and the age of 28 days is 2.0 Mpa; The infiltration rate of the shaft concrete when using crushed stone aggregate at the age of 28 days is 2.33 mm/s.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the main components which includes the most important infrastructure in life today. Currently, the distribution of electrical energy in Indonesia has reached 99.45% in the fourth quarter of 2021. The current availability of electrical energy is not in line with the growth in electricity consumption by consumers, resulting in a surplus of 46.8% in electricity consumption. Java and Bali Islands. One of the efforts to optimize the existing electrical energy is to meet the demand for electricity in the livestock industry sector in the Banten region owned by PT Charoen Pokhpand Farm Cigeulis with a demand for electricity of 865 kVA. In the process of constructing and developing a power distribution system for industrial customers, there are many risks that may arise both during the construction and operation phases. One possible solution is to carry out a risk analysis that may occur in the construction of the 865 kVA distribution network and substation of PT Charoen Pokhpand Farm Cigeulis. Risk analysis begins with identifying risks using the brainstorming method or interviews with questionnaire media. At the risk analysis stage, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method was used and supported by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the 4 existing targets, 30 risks are relevant to this development work and 18 risks are dominant in terms of cost and time. From the results of the risk analysis, there are risks that have extreme levels that impact on costs and time, namely the risk of work accidents occurring in the work of planting poles and withdrawing SUTM, excavation work and laying SKTM cables, as well as construction of distribution substations with preventive plans that can be carried out is to ensure the fulfillment of K3 standards by the Executor according to what is stated in the Contract, carry out safety briefing before work is carried out, and appoint K3 supervisors from the implementing party and PT PLN (Persero).

Abstract

The Earned Value concept is one that is used in project management that integrates costs and time. The Earned Value concept presents three dimensions, namely the physical completion of the project which reflects the cost absorption plan, the actual costs incurred and what is obtained from the costs incurred or what is called (earned value). This study aims to obtain the calculation results of BCWP, BCWS, and ACWP. Comparison of BCWP, BCWS, and ACWP calculations. Obtain the calculation results of CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC, SETC, SEAC, and ECD on the construction project of The Legacy Hotel Terogong. The results of this study show that the BCWS results until the 21st week are Rp. 3,477,770,496, BCWP Rp. 3,486,573,264, ACWP Rp. 3,366,043,056. The results of the comparison of the BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP graphs are that the BCWP graph is higher than the BCWS graph, meaning that the costs incurred are higher than the planned costs, the ACWP graph is higher than the BCWP graph, meaning that until the 21st week the project is profitable. In the implementation the average SPI value is> 1, so it can be seen that the time-based project performance indicators (SPI) are in accordance with the original plan up to the 21st week. The results of this research using the Earned Value concept are very suitable for the development project of The Legacy Hotel Terogong.

Abstract

One of the methods for maintaining the Jakarta MRT station building is by carrying out a visual inspection. The current conditions, the inspection of station buildings on MRT Jakarta still uses conventional methods, namely using paper (checkesheet) and has not been optimally integrated. Information technology-based station building inspection work is a new step that can provide major changes to optimize and streamline inspections in the station environment at PT MRT Jakarta. This study uses qualitative methods to determine manpower requirements, time and costs required and semi-structured interviews to obtain decision making strategic classification data for PT MRT Jakarta's information technology-based station building inspection work. The results showed that the total manpower needed was 3 manpower with a time of 10 hours 17 minutes and IDR 10,860,115.61/ year. The strategic decision making work of PT MRT Jakarta's information and technology-based station building inspection work is to Increase Efficiency and Productivity, Data Integration and Accuracy, Planning and Management of Information Systems and Formation of Standardized Procedures. The efficiency of technology-based and information-based station building inspection work at MRT Jakarta for manpower is 0%, the time required between conventional and IT-based methods is an efficiency of 51.89% and the cost required between conventional and IT-based methods is an efficiency of 109.09 %.

Abstract

The construction of service facilities owned by PT United Tractors Tbk still uses conventional methods and disposable materials are not environmentally friendly. As a public company engaged in natural resource exploitation services, PT United Tractors Tbk. are required to be able to apply ESG principles in their business and investment practices. The application of the green construction concept is one of the efforts of PT United Tractors Tbk. to meet the demands of the public and fulfill the responsibility for the vision of environmentally friendly sustainable development in Indonesia. Based on the results of a comparative analysis of costs, quality and time on the walls and floors of the Employee Mess, it can be concluded that the green construction method for walls and floors works is more efficient in cost with a total percentage of 76% and efficient in time with a total percentage of 58% compared to the work conventional construction methods.

Abstract

Ciampea sub-district is one of the sub-districts with a fairly large population density in the Bogor Regency area, and again every year the population in this district always increases. An increase in population will of course also have an impact on an increase in traffic volume, with an increase in traffic volume which will certainly affect the strength and lifespan of the sidewalk structure. Handling is important, considering the road that has been built, if without proper maintenance and repair it will cause fatal damage, thus requiring pavement reconstruction. From the survey results of arterial roads in Cibungbulang district, the following conditions were obtained: Road conditions Sta 0+000 – Sta 0+100 Good with a PCI value of 61.5, Sta 0+100 – Sta 0+200 are Fair with a PCI value of 45.2 , condition sta 0+200 - Sta 0+ 300 is good with a PCI value of 60, condition Sta 0+3 00 - Sta 0+400 is Fair with a PCI value of 51, Sta 0+400 - Sta 0+500 is Fair with a PCI value of 42 , Sta 0+500 - Sta 0+ 600 very good with a PCI value of 90, Sta condition 0+600 - Sta 0+700 is Fair with a PCI value of 52, Condition sta 0+700 - Sta 0+800 is Fair with a PCI value of 46.2 , Sta 0+800 - Sta 0+900 Very good with a PCI value of 78.1, Sta 0+900 - Sta 1+0 00 good with a PCI value of 64, Sta 1+1 condition 00 - Sta 1 +200 very good with a PCI value of 95.5, condition of Sta 1+200 - Sta 1+300 is very good with a PCI value of 86. Abstract

Considering that investment is an effort to allocate funds, in a certain way, to certain assets, so that the owner of the capital will get a return in the form of profits in the future. And, seeing that the construction of the toll road costs a lot of money, this analysis is made to analyze the financial and economic feasibility of the toll road to find out whether the toll road is suitable as a long-term investment or not, with the aim of obtaining optimal investment returns and minimizing or avoiding the unwanted thing is loss. The purpose of this final project is to determine the feasibility of investing in the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar toll road from an economic and financial perspective. The feasibility analysis is viewed from an economic perspective, which is calculated from the time-saving value and per capita income per day and financial which will be determined based on the value of the benefit cost ratio, internal rate of return and net present value. The method used refers to the data obtained from PT. Waskita Bumi Wira in 2021. From the calculation results, it is found that the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar toll road is feasible to build. For economic feasibility, the IRR value is 19% and BCR 3,038 and NPV Rp 23,961,865 (in million) for financial feasibility. So that the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar toll road project is feasible to be an investment. Both from an economic and financial perspective.

Abstract

The International Roughness Index (IRI) or the international index of road roughness is an international index that shows the roughness of the road surface in units of m/km. The IRI score measurement is divided into 4 (four) classes, namely class 1 (one), class 2 (two), class 3 (three) and class 4 (four). The IRI value measurement in West Kalimantan Province in 2020 uses one of the class 3 (three) methods, namely the IRImeter 2 measuring tool. The IRImeter 2 tool is an automatic measurement system used in the road construction industry to measure, verify and map the road roughness index (IRI) with multiple surfaces consisting of an IRI sensor, block control, GPS antenna, USB cable and lighter socket. This study has the objective of analyzing and evaluating the International Roughness Index (IRI) on the 2020 Damage Level Value for the National Road Section of West Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is calculating the IRI Average value, grouping the types of damage per segment based on the IRI value , calculating the stability value and handling based on the type or level of damage. The calculation results show that of the total length of 2153.16 km of national roads in West Kalimantan Province, 1222.13 km or 57% are in good condition, 777.28 km or 36% are in moderate condition, 68.15 km or 3.17% are in good condition. slightly damaged and 85.60 km or 3.98% in a heavily damaged condition. The level of stability level of the national road section of West Kalimantan Province is 1999.41 km or 92.86% in steady state and 153.75 or 7.14% in unsteady conditions.

Abstract

Roads are a very important means of land transportation for people to connect one area to another. It also functions and plays a role in improving the regional economy, it is also needed for transportation activities to facilitate the safe and comfortable movement of goods and services. One of the factors is Jalan Kelapa 2 Entrop being the busiest road in Jayapura City because this road is a connecting road for the people of Keerom Regency and Jayapura City. The author conducted research by direct observation to the field and retrieved the data needed to support the research such as intersection geometry conditions, traffic volume, speed and side resistance. The data was then processed and analyzed using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual method. The research was carried out by observing for three days and carried out in the morning, afternoon and evening according to traffic congestion conditions. Based on the calculation results, a solution or alternative is obtained, namely prohibiting the entry and exit of vehicles on the side of the road and imposing a ban on parking on the east side of the road, also obtaining a road capacity value of 1312.84 pcu/hour, DS of 0.76 and FV 28.18 km/ hours, so that the degree of saturation is 0.76, so it still meets the normal limit requirements based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual.

Abstract

The main method of transportation to reach any traffic destination is the idea of roads. A road segment will achieve a level of safety and comfort if it is arranged according to the rules that have been set. The guidelines provided by the Public Works Agency for Toll Roads are guidelines commonly used in road planning in Indonesia. Heavy traffic on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road is something that happens consistently, especially during peak hours, considering that this freeway is the main road that connects Jakarta with the surrounding areas. Therefore, Jasa Marga proposes to start the construction of the Cikampek 2 South Jakarta Toll Road. from Jatiasih Bekasi to Sadang Purwakarta are determined to reduce traffic congestion on these roads. The purpose of this final project is to calculate the traffic growth on the South Jakarta-Cikampek 2 toll road at a planned age of 40 years using the MDP2017 method, to calculate the thickness of the concrete slab that is produced when calculating the design age of 40 years using the MDP2017 method, and to calculate the diameter of the tie rods according to the MDP2017 provisions. With quantitative research methods whose activities include the stages of preparation, stages of data collection (primary and secondary), analysis of pavement thickness and comparing the conclusions. The results of the calculation of the cumulative load of the axle group are 61634116 or 6,2,E+07 at the design age of 40 years, while the calculation of the thickness of the concrete slab is 305mm, the LMC foundation layer is 100mm, Drainage layer is 150mm, and also produces a dowel diameter. by 3.8 mm Typical length 455mm with 305mm spacing.
