Abstract

Urbanization has rapidly increased urban population in Indonesia. The spread of the urban population concentrated at big cities and around 20% lived at Jabodetabek. Many urban people moved to the fringe area due to relative affordable land price. Cisauk sub district – Tangerang Regency located at Cisadane Water Catchment Area (WCA) at the fringe of Jakarta Metropolitan area has a strategic location because of a good access of transportation. The movement of people to Cisauk generates positive impacts in economic aspects such as job creation and investment and negative impacts in environment protection such as agriculture and conserved land conversion into housing and industrial area as well as decline trends of Cisadane condition due to domestic and industrial activities. This study has a purpose to understand factors that influencce sustainability of urban settlement management condition in Cisauk and its relation with the Cisadane WCA. By using MDS-Rapfish and prospective analysis method, the study shows the factors consists of switching functions of the fertile agriculture soil, development of basic infrastructures, social cohesion, population growth and its spread, and Cisadane sub WCA condition.

Abstract

Several pedestrian bridges in DKI Jakarta are considered to be less attractive to pedestrians for various reasons, including the problem of the distance between the long bridges, the condition of the pedestrian bridges often not meeting standards. In terms of safety and comfort, it is still lacking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of JPO Karet Sudirman, determine pedestrian characteristics in terms of volume, pedestrian speed and traffic volume, and analyze the service level (LOS) of Sudirman Karet JPO. The data or information used are primary data obtained from direct field surveys and secondary data obtained from the DKI Jakarta Province Bina Marga Office. After data collection, data processing and data analysis were carried out. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis method with processing in Microsoft Excel. To obtain research data, a direct observation / survey method was used at the research location. The research survey deals with physical data collection for pedestrian bridges, surveying the volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The results of the calculation are 60% have met the standards of Pedestrian Bridge Planning Procedures for Urban Pedestrians (1995) and 40% do not meet the standards. The volume of pedestrian crossing at JPO Karet Sudirman for 3 days of observation was 1,218 people with an average of 406 people / day. The speed of pedestrians has the highest average speed in 3 days of observation of 64.18 m / minute. The volume of vehicle traffic on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, South Jakarta is 86,557 smp. Based on the average speed of pedestrians, the service level of Sudirman Karet JPO is in the LOS E category with a percentage of 100%. Based on the pedestrian module, the service level of the Sudirman Karet JPO bridge has the LOS B category with a percentage of 55.56%. While the percentage of 44.44% has the LOS A category. Based on the pedestrian flow, the service level of Sudirman Karet JPO has a LOS A category value with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

The Development on innovation of reinforced concrete that can resist seismic force using presstressed unbonded named PRESSS (Precast Seismic Structural System) combine with Dissipater as a splice method to transfer seismic force. PRESSS introduced in Indonesia by Ir. Hari Nugraha Nurjaman the Chairman of Ikatan Ahli Pracetak dan Prategang Indonesia or known as IAPPI.This study have a purpose to know the optimum dimensional of the structure element and to know detailing of Precast Seismic Structural System (PRESSS) structure at Pelabuhan Muara Angke Project. The internal force of building is analysed by using software ETABS with spectrumresponse method for the seismic load and also being control by using manual calculation refer to National Indonesia Standard Code about Building Reinforced Concrete Structural 2847-2019 (SNI 2847-2019) and National Indonesia Standard Code about Guidance to Design Seismic Load (SNI 1729-2019). Sub-Structure / Foundation internal force calculated with using software LPILE and controlled by manual calculation. The Results of analysis is dimension of structural slab 150 mm using D13-200 rebar two ways system. Dimension of structural beam is 300x600 mm using longitudinal rebar 2D16 (on the middle) and 3D16 (on the end), using 3 pcs of strand withdiameter 0,6 inch, the transversal rebar is D10-150 (on the middle) and D10-100 (on the end). Dimension of structural coloumn is 400x700 mm using longitudinal rebar 10D25, the transversal rebar D10-150 (on the middle) and D10-100 (on the end). Dimension of structural pile foundation is 600 mm type A1 with depth 16 meters. Dimension of structural pilecap is 1400x2900 mm with thickness 800 mm using top longitudinal rebar D16-200 and bottom longitudinal rebar D22-200.

Abstract

Pembangunan di berbagai daerah perkotaan yang padat penduduk salah satunya ada di Kota Tangerang. Pemerintah kota Tangerang berfokus terhadadp infrastuktur lainya seperti gedung bertingkat, bendungan, hingga akses jalan. Salah satu akses jalan yang sedang di laksanakan adalah pembangunan fly over Martadinata. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai daya dukung pondasi bore pile dan nilai penurunan tiang pondasi bore pile yang terjadi di proyek pembangunan flyover Martadinata .Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari proyek pembangunan fly over Martadinata yang dikelolah oleh Manajemen Konstruksi PT.Likatama Graha Mandiri sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari survey langsung di lapangan. Analisa penelitian yang digunakan dari data N-SPT dengan menganalisa kapasitas daya dukung menggunakan metode (Reese & O’neil) dan untuk penurunan pondasi tiang menggunakan metode (Poulus dan Davis).Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan pondasi tiang pancan bore pile dengan data N-SPT pada kedalaman 21m dan diameter 1m sedangkan mutu beton digunakan mutu beton sebesar 30mpa. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung pondasi tiang bored pile dengan metode analitis (Resse dan O’Neil) pada tanah non-kohesif didapatkan nilai sebesar 1134,96 kN dengan pembagi faktor aman (SF=2,5) sedangkan Hasil penurunan pondasi tiang bored pile dengan metode analitis (Poulus dan Davis ) pada tanah non-kohesif dengan nilai PDA test sebesar 1280 Ton didapatkan nilai penurunan sebesar 6,23mm dimana syarat untuk memenuhi penurunan pondasi S S ijin, dengan demikian perhitungan penurunan pondasi sudah memenuhi syarat.

Abstract

Selisih antara RAB dan RAB merupakan gambaran awal untuk memperkirakan laba rugi perusahaan kontraktor dalam menyelesaikan suatu proyek. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar selisih antara rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) dengan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan (RAP) yang akan menjadi potensi keuntungan kontraktor. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi gambar DED, data Biil Of Quantity (BOQ) pekerjaan, Daftar Analisa Harga Satuan yang dikeluarkan Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Karawang. Sedangkan data primer adalah data yang didapat dari lapangan. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan secara manual dengan cara menghitung analisa harga satuan pekerjaan kemudian dikalikan dengan volume pekerjaan. Hasil perhitungan didapat nilai Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar Rp. 2.783.207.974,27. Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 2.384.801.352,37. Selisih biaya yang dihasilkan antara kedua analisis ini adalah sebesar Rp. 398.406.621,90. Sehingga didapat potensi keuntungan sebesar 14,31%.

Abstract

Inter urban traffics through cities cause an additional traffic load within cities. Likewise with the city of Yogyakarta, which is a student city, although now there is a ring road, traffic congestion in the city still have a crucial problem. Therefore, an additional outer ring road is needed to overcome this. One of them is the northern ring road of Yogyakarta with 3 alternative choices and finally option 2 which connects from Prambanan to Tempel, Sleman and ends at Kulon Progo is the best alternative. From the results of the economic study, it gives an Economic Internal Rate of Return value of 21.11% which exceeds the annual interest rate of 12% so it is said to be very feasible to build. The length of the northern outer ring road is 40.6 km with a travel time of 50.9 minutes.. Keywords: outer ringroad, feasible, congestion., EIRR

Abstract

Jorr toll road function as a network of roads that serves to break down the traffic that currently accumulates in the city of Jakarta, so that this toll road will facilitate the flow of traffic from bogor / Jagorawi towards Tangerang / Merak, and vice versa. With the perfect JORR, it will be one of the alternatives to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta W2 Utara Outer Ring Road is often crowded with traffic during certain hours. So in the field there are many locations of pavement damage where as large in the lane of heavy-laden and overloaded vehicles. Differences in traffic load can cause different levels of road damage between lanes. The extent of road damage can be evaluated by using the PCI method. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of traffic load on flexible damage based on PCI method with the level and type of damage in each lane can be identified.

Abstract

Beton merupakan bahan bangunan yang terdiri dari campuran antara semen Portland, air, aggregate halus, aggregate kasar dengan atau tanpa bahan tambah. Agregate merupakan material penyusun beton terbesar oleh karenanya keadaan aggregate sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap kualitas beton. Agregate yang baik untuk campuran beton adalah aggregate yang kuat, keras, besudut, tidak mengandung lumpur, tidak mengandung zat organik dan bergradasi baik, namun kenyataannya sangat sulit untuk memperoleh aggregate yang bergradasi baik, langsung dari alam. Pada penelitian ini mencoba memperbaiki gradasi aggregate dengan menambahkan filler dan melihat pengaruhnya pada kekuatan beton. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil : Kekuatan tekan beton untuk campuran beton dengan jumlah semen tetap, semakin meningkat dengan bertambahnya pemakaian filler dari 5% sampai 10 % dan mulai mengalami penurunan saat pemakaian filler ditambah menjadi 15%. Peningkatan kekuatan beton yang terbesar diperoleh dari pemakaian filler abu sekam 10% dengan kenaikan kuat tekan beton sebesar 42,7% dari 253,3 kg/cm2  menjadi 361,38 kg/cm2 .

Abstract

Pengaruh Lumpur dalam campuran beton secara fisis akan mengurangi angka slump, sehingga campuran beton sulit dikerjakan akibatnya kekuatan beton menurun. Sedangkan secara kimiawi kadar Lumpur dalam campuran beton akan mengakibatkan reaksi kimia yang terjadi antara air dan partikel semen terganggu, akibatnya kekuatan beton juga menurun. Pada penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui pengaru Lumpur pada pasir terhadap kekuatan beton. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil : Pengaruh kenaikan kadar Lumpur dalam pasir secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan niliai slump, untuk kadar lumpur dalam pasir mencapai 25% prosentase penurunan nilai slump mencapai 72,7% dari 11 cm menjadi 3 cm, suatu angka yang sangat rendah untuk nilai slump. Untuk kuat tekan beton umur 7 hari kenaikan kadar Lumpur dalam pasir secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kuat tekan, untuk kadar Lumpur dalam pasir 5 % sampai 10% prosentase penurunan kuat tekan beton mencapai 63,08% dan 64,23% suatu penurunan yang sangat besar sekali, apalagi untuk kadar Lumpur mencapai 25% prosentase penurunan kuat tekan betonnya mencapai 71,54%. Untuk kuat tekan beton umur 28 hari kenaikan kadar Lumpur dalam pasir secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kuat tekan, untuk kadar Lumpur dalam pasir 5 % sampai 10% prosentase penurunan kuat tekan beton mencapai 36,13% dan 37,39% suatu penurunan yang sangat besar sekali, apalagi untuk kadar Lumpur mencapai 25% prosentase penurunan kuat tekan betonnya mencapai 58,97%

Abstract

The construction of roads on Morotai Island is currently difficult to obtain standard materials and has always brought material from outside the island so that it will affect the cost of transporting/transport is quite high, and a long time. From some previous research that actually the material of stone and sand on Morotai Island is quite abundant, so it needs to be studied in order to be useful in the future. Results from research by testing materials from the Moloku, Libano and Gerong Rivers found that the material meets for the use of base A, B and S foundation layers and can save costs of up to 49%, with a saving of up to 15% of implementation time from plan time. While the quality for concrete mixture can be used up to the quality of fc'10, fc'15 and fc'25 according to the calculation of the thickness of rigid pavement can be used for road pavement in morotai island location with a thickness of 15 cm with a bone of Ø 8 distance of 150 mm.
