Abstract

Corrective maintenance building is activity of repairing or replacing building parts, components, building materials, infrastructure and facilities to restore the functionality of the building while preventive maintenance is an activity to retain the reliability of the building or enhance the durability of the building. The research aims to find out the elements that often damage, get the maintenance costs, and a percentage of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance costs. This research uses secondary data. They are architectural component data, corrective and preventive maintenance planning data, and damage list data and corrective maintenance data of buildings and stations in MRT Jakarta. The results showed that the component that is often corrected is the sanitary component. The needed cost of the maintenance of buildings and MRT stations architectural in one year amounted to Rp 544,079,871, with a percentage of 39% for corrective maintenance costs, 9% for preventive maintenance costs and 52% for manpower costs.

Abstract

Taking into account the worsening congestion conditions and the impact on public health and the environment, it is concluded that strategic steps are needed to overcome congestion in Jabodetabek, especially in the Bekasi area. In detail, intersection capacity management aims to reduce traffic conflict points caused by confluence of traffic flows from different intersection legs. If the confluence of these traffic flows and the number of conflict points are not managed properly, it is certain that there will be acute congestion at the intersection. it is necessary to conduct research on "Evaluation of Traffic Performance at the Kranji Intersection in Bekasi City". Some secondary data and the results of obtaining primary data are then compiled and processed, so that information or an initial study will be obtained about the current condition of road traffic volume. In this stage, a synthesis of the data obtained from secondary data and primary surveys will be carried out. The data and information will be used in the context of modeling the performance of the road network sections around the Kranji Intersection, Bekasi City. Based on the evaluation of traffic performance at the Kranji intersection, there was a percentage decrease in the average delay value of vehicles from the existing condition to the planned condition of 72.04%, while the percentage decrease in the value of the average queue of vehicles at the intersection was 62.18%.

Abstract

The rapid development of buildings at this time is often not supported by good maintenance. This study aims to obtain data on the level of structural safety in the existing condition of the PT. Indotred Wheel. The assessment stages used are the initial assessment stage and the detailed assessment. The analysis stage is carried out on the condition of the strength of the structural components. The assessment process is carried out through field and laboratory testing. Field testing uses Ultrasonic Pulse Velocitymeter and Core Drill equipment to determine the compressive strength of concrete and a Rebar Locator/R-bar meter to determine the number and diameter of installed reinforcing steel. Testing in the laboratory for compressive testing of Core Concrete samples. Data analysis using ETABS v9.7.4 program. It is known that the slab structure used in this office building uses a conventional reinforced concrete floor slab with a thickness of 12 cm on Lt. 1 to 2 and using additional bondeck formwork on Lt. 3 to 4 with typical two-layer reinforcement 8- 150. Conventional reinforced concrete beam structure & steel profile. Based on the results of the capacity analysis of reinforced concrete & steel beams in accordance with the results of field investigations, that all elements of Lt. 1 to 4 the ratio of the moment or shear force 1.0. Column structural elements in this building use reinforced concrete and conventional steel. Based on the results of the analysis of reinforced concrete columns with PCA Column that the column capacity is able to withstand combined loads that occur in the building. The results of data calculations using ETABS and manuals are known that the structural elements of Columns, Beams and Plates are able to support combined loads according to their respective floor functions.

Abstract

Since actively operating to transport passengers, MRT Jakarta trains have experiencedemergencies or technical difficulties, namely a strike due to a power outage in August2019. The MRT Operation Control Center (OCC) team detected that four (4) trains hadstopped between underground stations. The MRT strike made dozens of passengersstraight away evacuated from the inside to the outside of the train to the station platform.This evacuation is led by a machinist and a team of security officers and carried out onfoot through the emergency lane (emergency walkways). Therefore in the operation ofthis electric train, it is necessary Reliable and competent human resources to be able tocarry out their duties and responsibilities he answered, for example the Railway FacilitiesCrew (ASP). The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of machinistcompetence on the safety of MRT train travel Jakarta which consists of skills, knowledgeand attitude. The method used is analysis descriptive with a quantitative approach andusing simple and regression analysis techniques multiple regression assisted by the SPSSprogram. Data collection using the method observation, distribution of questionnaires,and documents. Data processing using editing, scaling measurements, tabulation. Theresults of this study are that there is a significant influence of skills engineer on the safetyof train travel by 25.4%. There is influence machinist's significant knowledge of the safetyof train travel by 20.2%. There is a significant influence of the driver's attitude on thesafety of train travel fire of 37.6%.. There is a significant influence of skill, knowledgeand attitude of the machinist together on the safety of train travel by 52.7%.

Abstract

The structural and functional condition of the damaged road is very influential and can result in areduced ability of the road so that it cannot provide optimal service to the road users. The decline in the optimal quality of roads occurs due to damage to road infrastructure caused by repeated high traffic volumes. According to the indicators, it can be seen from the condition of the road surface, both structural and functional conditions that have suffered damage. The purpose of this study was to find out the types of damage that occurred and what kind of handling should be done as well as the priority values for repairing damage to the Batusangkar - Ombilin road section by requiring survey data directly to the field to obtain clear data on the dimensions of the damage. The research was conducted using the Pavement Condition Index method which, according to Shahin 2004, determines the PCI value based on 3 main factors, namely the type of damage, severity, and density of damage where the PCI method is a method from the American Guidelines and Procedures for Maintenance of Air Port Pavement (1982) and the Bina Method. Marga which is a method from Indonesia which measures damage based on the Procedures for Compiling a Road Maintenance Program 1990, to get the results and the handling that must be done. This study shows the Pavement Condition Index method, the average yield obtained on the Batusangkar – Ombilin road section, the pavement condition is 50.42 Moderate (Fair) and the Bina Marga analysis, the repair priority value is in the 4-6 range, namely the road is included in the periodic maintenance program with damage. on the Batusangkar - Ombilin road section, namely longitudinal cracks, alligator cracks, patches, holes, grain release, and stripping.

Abstract

Every project is rarely found that does not experience design changes. factors that affect a projectsuch as delays in project implementation due to design changes resulting in the project experiencing additional or reduced costs. The aims of the research are: (1) to analyze what factorsinfluence the delay in completing work, (2) to determine work items that experience changes inwork, (3) to calculate the costs due to changes in work items, (4) to research and identify to takesteps and determine appropriate actions to carry out project work when design changes occur.This study refers to the results of the questionnaire to determine the rankings of each factor andthe actions taken, BQ (Bill Of Quantity) and the price of the work unit. The calculation methoduses Haekal Hassan analysis, Jantje B. Mangare, Pingkan A.K.Pratasis descriptive statisticalmethod by determining the mean and calculating the Relative Importance Index (IKR) value. Theresults of the questionnaire obtained from 10 respondents showed that (1) the most influentialfactor was the poor coordination during the design process with a statistical value of 9.3. (2) Fromthe results of the calculation of the volume of work, there are 64 items that have changed. (3) theaddition of less costs and work results in no difference in costs after a change. (4) And the actionto carry out work that is very influential, namely the action of a request from the owner must havea clear order with a statistical result of 9.4.

Abstract

The high movement of aircraft at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, has not beenmatched by adequate airside facilities, especially on the apron, which has resulted in mobilization not going well. This underlies the need for an expansion of the apron in order to fulfill the capacity of the aircraft that will operate. The aim is that the planned number of aircraft stands can meet the needs of aircraft operating during peak hours, with reference to the dimensions and pavement of the apron in accordance with civil aviation safety regulations standards so that aircraft mobilization can run well. For this reason, it is necessary to plan to expand the apron with a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely in principle every matter of the problems raised must be answered in the data analysis by linking one another or in other words there is a reciprocal relationship, in this case the calculation method used is the method FAA (calculations manually and using software). Based on the analysis and calculations using this method, the results obtained from the analysis of the number of aircraft movements and the number of aircraft stands needed in the plan year with a pavement thickness that is in accordance with the standard airport requirements referring to the critical type of aircraft operating, so that the number of aircraft movements during rush hours can be overcome.

Abstract

The park and ride facility at Lebak Bulus Grab Station is a facility provided to increase public interest in switching from private vehicles to public transportation, in this case the Jakarta MRT, so the purpose of this research is to determine the level of park and ride customer satisfaction and find out what items need conducted to improve service quality. Subjects in this study consisted of 200 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by filling out a questionnaire/questionnaire. This questionnaire is used to assess the Likert scale from 1 strongly disagree, 2 disagree, 3 neutral. 4 agreed, 5 strongly agreed. The validity test process resulted in all statement items being declared valid because they exceeded the r table, namely 0.138 and the reliability test was declared passed because it exceeded 0.6 in Cronbach alpha. Fuzzy sets are determined with a value of 0 to 1 where for "strongly disagree 0;0;0.25", "disagree 0;0.25;0.5", "neutral 0.25;0.5;0.75 ” , “agree 0.5; 0.75; 1”, “strongly agree 0.75; 1; 1”. Fuzzification anddefuzzification are used to determine the average value of the upper, middle and lower limits. The results of defuzzification of reality minus expectations produce Gap values, including -0.10, - 0.08, - 0.05, - 0.03. The results showed that the highest Gap value was in the item "accessibility for persons with disabilities" with a Gap value of -0.10. so it is necessary to improve disability-friendly facilities in order to improve service quality.

Abstract

The Jabodetabek KRL has become the transportation commonly used by commuter users, especially in the Jakarta - Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi area and its surroundings. From year to year the KRL fare also continues to change. However, currently the Rp. 3,000 KRL fare is considered sufficient for KRL users and it is proven by the very high public interest in this KRL. Currently, the plan is to build an LRT across the East Bekasi – Dukuh Atas route as another option for transportation, so new fares need to be studied and determined according to the ability and willingness of the community, especially Jabodetabek KRL users. The type of research conducted was quantitative descriptive research with the aim of describing the characteristics of the respondents, the amount of the ATP value, and the magnitude of the WTP value for users of Jabodebek LRT transportation services which was carried out to users of Jabodetabek KRLtransportation services. The data obtained is the result of a survey by distributing question forms to 100 respondents and the existing data collected. As well as processing the data that has been obtained is calculated using the Household budget method regarding the calculation of ATP and WTP. And BOKA is calculated according to the standards on the Jabodetabek KRL. Based on the results of the study, the community's ATP value was Rp. 8,027.00 and the community's WTP was Rp. 7,280.00. The tariff that is used as a reference in the calculation is the tariff formula based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 64 of 2016 which is IDR 17,353.00. And the ideal rate for operation is taken from the ATP value, which isIDR 8,027.00. If based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is necessary to provide subsidies in the operation of the Jabodebek LRT.

Abstract

Terminal is an infrastructure supporting activities in providing services to the user. The Lebak Bulus Terminal was previously a Class A terminal which is currently operating on a regular basis emergency and relocated on an area of 500 m 2 which is a grant land. Based on From this background, this research was born with the aim of knowing the need for parking space optimal, development that can be done. As well as the best policies. In this study the calculations used include: static capacity for determination parking space requirements, dynamic capacity to determine the terminal's ability to serve bus vehicle parking, parking duration to see how long a vehicle arrives leaving the terminal, parking volume to find out the total number of vehicles that are in a place, index and parking turn over to determine the percentage level of vehicles against time. Based on the results of these calculations, the current condition of the terminal is 496.5m2 2 with a static capacity of 5 SRP, to accommodate as many as 32 vehicles. Based on calculation of theZ formula for static capacity of 8 SRP with a dynamic capacity of 61 vehicles. Whereas parking space needs in 2025 with a growth rate of 34.1%, Capacity requirements Static as much as 24 SRP for 175 vehicles. And the required parking area is 1,020m2. Terminal development that can be done is with the concept of a vertical building for the Terminal Lebak Bulus.
