Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Retail Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (JIMAT UMMI) adalah jurnal ilmiah tentang Ilmu Manajemen secara umum yang dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah dengan E-ISSN : 2746-1475, terbit 6 bulan sekali pada bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi membuka peluang untuk mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah baik berupa hasil penelitian empiris juga artikel konseptual. Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Retail Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (JIMAT UMMI) menerbitkan berbagai macam jurnal yang berkaitan erat dengan disiplin ilmu manajemen, diantaranya manajemen keuangan, manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM), manajemen pemasaran, manajemen rantai pasok, kewirausahaan, bisnis digital dan bisnis syariah. JIMAT UMMI berharap mampu menjadi sumber rujukan keilmuan terkait ilmu manajemen baik skala lokal, nasional bahkan internasional. JIMAT UMMI diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, dengan pengurus redaksi dikelola oleh Program Studi Manajemen Retail.

Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the percentage of unmet need for health services in Indonesia decreased from 6.09% in 2020 to 5.22% in 2023, with a decrease of 0.87 percentage points. Unmet need refers to an unmet need for health services, caused by factors of accessibility, availability, cost, or awareness. This study aims to identify changes in the availability and accessibility of health services during this period. The results show that there is a significant gap between the western provinces (Java and Sumatra), which have improved access and quality of health services, and the eastern provinces (Papua and Maluku), which still lack medical facilities and personnel. 2023 shows an increase in the number of medical personnel in urban areas, but uneven distribution is still a problem, especially in rural and remote areas. This study uses a quantitative method with an independent t-test. In conclusion, despite the overall decline in unmet demand, the gap between urban and rural areas and between western and eastern parts of Indonesia remains significant.

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in the online store Ghaisan Boutique Sukabumi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is a research method that seeks to describe and interpret an existing condition or relationship, a developing opinion, an ongoing process, an effect or effect that occurs, or an ongoing trend. The results of the study show that the influence of Product Quality has a significant impact on the Purchase Decision, where from the results of the partial test the value of the product quality calculation is greater when compared to the table, namely the tcount (5.881) > the table (2.0141) and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, (below 0.05). Thus the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted and H0 is rejected. Brand Image does not have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision, where based on the t-test or partially, the value of the brand image on the purchase decision is calculated (1.528) < ttable (2.0141) and or the significance of t (0.133) > 0.05, indicating that the tcalculated value is below the ttable which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The influence of Product Quality and Brand Image has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions. This is shown by the value of Fcal (17.349) > Ftabel (3.19) and the significance value is 0.000 which is below 0.05, meaning that H0 = rejected and H1 = accepted. This can be interpreted if together the quality of the product and the brand image will significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions.

Collaboration is one of the most significant things that can help MSMEs perform better, especially when it comes to digital marketing. This study aims to identify and elucidate the role that digital marketing partnership plays in enhancing MSMEs' performance in Sukabumi Regency. The MSME players in Sukabumi Regency, which has 363,175 residents, are the subject of this research. This study's methodology is descriptive and quantitative. To generate a sample of 100 respondents, the sampling technique employed in this study was web.raosoft.com sample size with an error rate of 10%. Respondents were given questionnaires in the form of questions as part of the data collection approach used in this study. This study's analysis technique was simple linear regression analysis. The study's findings demonstrated that, with a 69.8% influence from digital marketing and a 30.2% influence from other factors, MSMEs' sustainability is positively and significantly impacted by this strategy.

The quality of a leader can be measured from various aspects that include abilities, attitudes, and behaviors shown in managing the company, and are appreciated directly by employees with their satisfied attitude. In addition to the quality of leadership, adequate employee compensation will provide satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership quality and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire in the form of a statement that the respondents must choose. The population and sample of this study amounted to 50 people, all of whom were employees of CV Agung Dipo Persada, Sukabumi Regency. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence of leadership quality and compensation on job satisfaction, where the influence was 53.5% while 46.5% was influenced by variables outside this study.

This study aimed to determine the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty at Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi and the effect of brand image on customer loyalty at Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi. In this study, the author's research method is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi. This study's sample was Super Indo Sukabumi consumers, totaling 99 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Analysis methods with validity and reliability tests of instruments. Prerequisite analysis tests include a data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test, then the analysis technique uses multiple regression. The variables used are Green Marketing and Brand Image variables as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression models with the results of the equation Y = 7.948 + 0.478 + 0.422. From these results the constant is 7.948, Green Marketing (X1) is 0.478 or 4.78% and Brand Image (X2) is 0.422 or 4.22%. Green Marketing (X1) t-test results with significant t-test results <0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05), so there is a partial influence. Brand Image (X2) t test results with significant results of the t-test <0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05), so there is a partial influence. Green Marketing and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Super Indo Customer Loyalty at City Mall Sukabumi City as evidenced by the results of the significant F test in the ANOVA test found that the F-count value is 39.343. With a significant value of 0.000 and an F-table value of 3.94, it can be concluded that F-count> F-table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Discipline and Work Professionalism on Employee Performance at PT. Benteng Purwa Putra Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The object of research that becomes the independent variable is Work Discipline (X1) and Work Professionalism (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were 54 people or respondents and data collection techniques using Likert Scale measurements. The results of this study are used in the determination coefficient test, there is an influence of 47.8% of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance, while the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, based on the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that the influence of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance has a simultaneous effect. Where Fcount is 25.223 > 2.79 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an effect of marketing costs on net profit with sales volume as an intervening variable in culinary and fashion businesses in the Cirebon City area that use celebrity promotion services. This research uses field research (Field Research) with a quantitative approach. For data collection techniques carried out, namely through questionnaires. The population in this study is all culinary and fashion business actors in the Cirebon City area with a sampling technique using probability sampling, namely with a simple random method, which is as many as 44 business actors. The test tool used in this study is with path analysis techniques using the help of IBM Statistic SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the channel analysis carried out, the results were obtained: (1) Marketing cost variables do not have a direct effect on net income, (2) Marketing cost variables have a direct and positive effect on sales volume, (3) Sales volume variables have a direct and positive effect on net income, (4) Indirect marketing cost variables through sales volume have a positive effect on net profit.

Research on transformational and transactional leadership to improve team performance has been done by many previous researchers, but it is still rare to conduct research with loci in the field of hotels. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain effective leadership strategies to improve team performance. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, while as a sample, all Sukasantai Farmstay Sukabumi hotel employees totaled 50 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire through Google Forms distributed to respondents. The results of the study stated that transformational and transactional leadership had a positive and significant influence on team performance, with an influence of 76.1% while other variables influenced 23.9%.

This study analyzes the financial statements and health level of the Guru Bina Mandiri savings and loan cooperative. This research uses ex post facto methods. Data is obtained through financial statement documents such as balance sheets, income statements (SHU), and income statements. The indicators used to assess the health of cooperatives refer to the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises number 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. In this study, the results obtained for the 2023 Bina Mandiri Teacher Cooperative got a score of 42.45 at <51.00 with the predicate in special supervision.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the influence of social media on sustainability and the influence of destination image on the sustainability of natural tourism in the Situgunung Sukabumi Resort Forest Area, West Java. The type of research uses a quantitative method, with a type of associative causality relationship. For the number of samples in this study as many as 140 respondents using non-stochastic techniques, with the number of samples used in this study calculated using the Hair formula. In this study, data analysis was measured and tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and processed with SmartPLS3 software. The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant influence between social media on sustainability and there is a positive and significant influence between destination image on sustainability.
