Abstract

Abstract The Smart Indonesia Card is part of President Joko Widodo's policy for vulnerable and poor poor families who want to provide good education to children without fees. The age of the child is borne by the cost of education is from the age of 6 to 18 years. With this KIP program, it is expected that the dropout rate it can go down drastically. Subjectivity can occur in decision making as a result of inaccurate data. So that there is unclear decision making based on the description, so we need a system to facilitate the determination of students who are entitled to use the Indonesia Smart Card where decisions are at school, the researchers use the Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method to create a system after inputting data on certain variables which will result in whether students have the right to be considered for KIP or not. Tests show that the type of membership function with a hybrid algorithm with the input parameter "trimf" or triangle can produce the level of guess closest to the real conditions in the field, with Root Mean Square Error 9.6902e-007.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine and assess the optimization of service quality that is seen in the improvement and improvement of service quality www.gramedia.com as an online store in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. The approach in this research is qualitative with the case study method and uses interview techniques, field observations, and documentation. The object of this research is the management of service quality at the Gramedia.com online store as an interactive marketing communication medium to increase customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the subject of this research is the online shop www.gramedia.com which is located in the Matraman area, East Jakarta. Key informants and informants consist of the Marketing Section and the Fulfillment Section contained in the Operations Division, as well as several customers from www.gramedia.com. The results of this study indicate that Gramedia.com uses seven integrated marketing communication tools, including advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, word of mouth marketing, viral marketing, events, and interactive marketing. This creates interest from potential customers and regular customers, is also able to maintain and even increase customer loyalty through increasing the number of website visitors, followers on social media, and increasing sales figures.

Abstract

Crime is a form of deviant behavior (crime) that is always there and is inherent in every form of society. One form of crime that occurs at this time is the act of decency or rape. "Rape is a crime that has a high level and invites the growth of fear of creme." Perpetrators can be anyone, as well as victims can be women or men. The crime of rape committed by women until now there are no rules governing it. So it is important to be investigated, what is the urgency of legal arrangements for women perpetrators of rape. By using normative juridical research methods, based on legal principles and legislation relating to criminal law, specifically rape crime. If it is not immediately regulated, then law enforcement against women perpetrators of rape can not be carried out, because it is clearly stated in Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code "An act cannot be convicted, except based on the strength of existing criminal law provisions".

Abstract

This research was conducted to know Marketing Mix, Costumer loyalty, and the eefect of marketing mix on customer loyalty in sari ater & Hotel Resort. The type of research is quantitive research approach, while the level of empirical research is associate research. The data derived from questionneraire were processed using SPSS software 20.0, producing values of promotion at 70.01%, location 71,28%, Price 77.0% of 1001 and the marketing mix is still less that means customer loyalty is lower 69,72% of 1269for total score which is lower, The result of multiple regression analysys using t test and F test showed that the marketing Mix have rather strong effect on the costumer Loyalty in Sari ATer & Hotel Resort. The coefficient of determination is obtained some 93,2%, while the rest 6,8% is another factors beyond the research, for example, the quality of service

Abstract

This research aims to improve the students’ reading comprehension using pictures in Collaborative Learning. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The data is taken from the results of pretest and post test to seventh grade students of SMP 267 Jakarta. Both the average results of pretest and post test and the statistical analysis using SPSS 17 shows that there is a significant improvement of the use of pictures in Collaborative Learning. Pictures as the media of teaching stimulates the students interest and also motivate them to read more; they become familiar with the expected reading text by relating it with the pictures and their previous knowledge. To get more better result, the Collaborative Learning as the teaching method is applicated to sharpen the students’ collaboration in group learning, so they can share ideas and opinions to solve the problems they get in understanding and comprehending the reading text.

Abstract

Indonesia as a state of law in accordance with the mandate of the constitution, was built into a democratic state that is equipped with human rights. However, in the course of the State, including extremist groups who carry out terror in the interests of certain groups. The number of terrorism cases as part of a crime needs attention in asking for their characteristics, models and forms. This is useful for the community and law enforcement to carry out prevention, anti-terror and handling efforts. This writing uses the normative juridical method. The results of this study have emerged many diverse characteristics of terrorism, consisting of individuals and groups, businesses, to religious, modern, and heroic oriented. Search for what is meant by activating online search, opening up the structure of the State, religious approach to modern life. Abstract

Journal writing has become an important part that must be understood and also studied by students in tertiary institutions. The definition of the journal itself is a special article that contains articles in a particular field of science where in the journal writing it contains at least three people from a related institution related to a particular scientific discipline, research and also community service which will later become a reference for others who need renewable scientific resources. The refore it is very important for someone to learn and also improve their skills in writing scientific articles in the form of journals so that later someone's penchant for writing new discoveries can be useful for everyone. Therefore, in this service, accredited and internationally acclaimed journal training is held at the Untag Surabaya Industrial Engineering faculty in order to foster student awareness of the importance of writing scientific articles in the form of journals.

Abstract

The bank is an intermediary institution, meaning that its main activities are raising funds and channeling funds to the public. The funds withdrawn from the community are then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. Lending is generally done by entering into an agreement. "The agreement consists of a principal agreement, namely a debt and credit agreement and is followed by an additional agreement in the form of a guarantee agreement by the debtor. One object commonly used as collateral in a credit agreement is a market stall. The problem in this research is how the legal status of market kiosk ownership is used as a credit guarantee by the bank and how the bank's position in executing the credit guarantee is in the form of a market kiosk if the debtor defaults. In terms of the market stall material law cannot be categorized as an object because the market stall is only a permit to use the building, it cannot give birth to material relations even though the debtor has a permit in the form of a certificate of use of the right to sell in the form of KBP, SPTU, BPTU or type of permit to use the market stall others from the local government. Traders only have the right to lease or the right to use the market stall they occupy, the trader is not the owner. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the division of labor in increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office by appealing to the hioptesis that there is an influence of the division of labor on increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office. The research method used is a causal comperative descriptive method. The author uses 31 respondents as samples taken from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between the Division of Work with Work Effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office of 0.757, so that if interpreted on a scale of values ​​can be categorized as a strong relationship. The regression equation obtained Y = 9,419 + 0.782 X which shows the effect of the division of labor on work effectiveness, which means the effectiveness of work will increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.782) if the division of labor variables are added by one unit. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 6.233> 2.04523. While the coefficient of determination is known that the division of labor only accounts for 57.3% of work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

”Article 4 of the Child Protection Act that every child has the right to live, grow and participate properly and participate in accordance with human dignity and dignity, and get protection from violence and discrimination . The problem in this study is how the characteristics of children in conflict with the law can be detained. The research method used is normative legal research. "Legal research is a process to find the rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues at hand". The legislative approach method is used to understand the hierarchy of laws and principles contained in legislation. The law approach is carried out by examining all laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being addressed. The results of the study are an argument to solve the issue at hand. The conceptual approach is carried out when it does not depart from existing legal rules. This was done because there was indeed no or no legal rules for the problems faced "Against the perpetrators of child crime, which was detained by the police is a violation of human rights by depriving the freedom of children in conflict with the law. Children should get special treatment, not detention detention, but house arrest. Thus making children able to overcome their mistakes without feeling pressured by law enforcement.
