This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model in improving students' motivation and learning outcomes in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials . This research is divided into two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The research data collection techniques are as follows: initial observations, observations of teacher activities, questionnaires for student motivation and responses. The data analysis technique is qualitative. The results of the study describe an increasing in student motivation and learning outcomes. Teacher activities were carried out well from 83% (good) to 86.7% (very good). Student motivation has increased from 83% to 86% high motivation. Student learning outcomes increased from 69.4% to 89% (completed). The conclusion of this study describes that the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students in class X IPA 5 at SMA N 1 Bantul effectively.

Budaya literasi yang dilaksanakan di sekolah belum menggambarkan kerja sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran yang berupaya menciptakan semua entitas yang berbakat dalam membaca atau berpikir dasar untuk mendukung mereka sebagai peserta didik yang langgeng. Best practice ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan School Strategic Discussion (SSD) dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi di SD Negeri Dukuh. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Prosedur tindakan yang dilaksanakan penulis dalam kegiatan mewujudkan budaya literasi melalui School Strategic Discussion (SSD) yang melibatkan semua entitas pendidikan seperti guru, kepala sekolah, karyawan, komite sekolah, tokoh masyarakat, dan orang tua siswa. Langkah diskusi terpumpun yang penulis lakukan yaitu pemetaan sekolah, analisis kondisi, alternatif pemecahan, langkah perbaikan, dan komitmen bersama. Hasil SSD yang dibuat dapat menumbuhkan budaya literasi. Dampak adanya penerapan SSD adalah warga sekolah memanfaatkan waktu untuk membaca di pojok baca dan perpustakaan, meningkatnya prestasi yang diraih siswa, guru, dan sekolah, serta jumlah pengunjung perpustakaan meningkat. Dengan School Strategic Discussion (SSD) yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Dukuh dapat menumbuhkan budaya literasi.

This study aims to determine whether collaborative clinical supervision can improve teacher competency at SD Negeri 5 Wates. This research uses school action research. The implementation is carried out in 2 (two) cycles, each consisting of 4 (four) activities, namely planning, implementing, monitoring, and reflecting. Three teachers were selected as research subjects using a comparative approach, assisted by a collaborator to assess the effectiveness of research activities. The tool used is the teacher's observation sheet which includes the ability to prepare a Learning Implementation Plan and implement learning with the Inquiry Learning model. The results of data processing show that the teacher's competence in preparing lesson plans has increased in average value from 72 to 74, then 76. In Cycle II it became 83. The teacher's ability to carry out the learning process has increased in average value from 70 to 73, up again to 77, and in Cycle II to 84. Thus, it can be concluded that Collaborative clinical supervision can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Inquiry Learning model at SD Negeri 5 Wates, and it can be determined how collaborative clinical supervision is used to improve the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 5 Wates.

The Education Report of SMPN 3 Mlati on indicator A.1 Literacy ability only reached a score of 2.41. While the target score is 3.00. Based on this data, it can be stated that the ability to compose literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers needs to be increased in order to improve the process of learning.This School Action Research (PTS) aims to improve the competence in compiling literacy question and describing the steps for training implementation with the In-On-In pattern in improving the competence of literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers. The form of the question is complex multiple choices. Training with the In-On-In pattern consists of three stages, namely In-Service Learning 1 (In-1), On the Job Learning (On) and In Service learning (In-2). The subjects of the study were 16 teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Mlati. This research consists of two cycles. The success of the research can be seen from two indicators, namely result and process indicators. The result in the first cycle showed that the participants who achieved/exceeded the minimum mastery in compiling literacy questions were 11 participants or 68.75%. In the second cycle there were 14 participants 87.50%. Based on the indicators process, participants who reached the minimum category of “satisfaction” in the first cycle were 12 participants or 75.00%. In the second cycle there were 15 participants or 93.75%. It can be concluded that training with the In-On-In pattern can improve the competence of compiling literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers.

The aim of this research is to enhance students' learning outcomes by applying scaffolding in the learning activities Mathematics of material Circles. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 35 students consisting of 17 male students and 18 female students with learning outcomes as the object of research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation observation and reflection, with the implementation of two meetings in each cycle. The data collection technique uses a learning outcome test which is then analyzed descriptively quantitatively to find out the classification of learning outcomes. The indicator of success in this research is the enhancement in student learning outcomes in each cycle, namely meeting the KKM of 75 and meeting 75% classical completeness. This study obtained the results of an improvement in student learning outcomes from previously in Cycle I categorized as less with an average value of student learning outcomes of 70.7 and 54% classical completeness, while in Cycle II it became a good category with an average of 83.3 and 77% classical completeness. Therefore, the implementation of scaffolding can foster mathematics learning outcomes.

The main problems in this study include teachers not being optimal in teaching, minimal creativity and innovation in compiling teaching materials and using learning media, so that learning feels boring for students. This study aims to determine the application of bead media and its impact on the understanding of grade II students of SDK Waiara in calculating multiplication. Quantitatively, data is collected from the results of learning tests, observations in class, rubrics of evaluation of results and evaluation of processes. On the contrary, it is qualitatively sourced from documentation and interviews. The information collected is analyzed quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Quantitative information is analyzed to explain students' success rates on multiplication operations. Qualitatively, information is analyzed to explain student learning activities as well as teacher teaching activities throughout the process. Based on research that has been carried out, it shows that the implementation of the STAD model combined with bead media can improve the learning outcomes of grade II students of SDK Waiara for the 2022/2023 academic year. The increase in learning outcomes during the research was the percentage of student completeness of 76.97% in cycle I increased to 94.11% in cycle II. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teachers in organizing learning activities in the classroom, especially the implementation of interesting learning media and stimulating students to learn actively. In addition, the results of this study can be a reference for future research.

Improvement and evaluation of education is currently being carried out by the Indonesian government, namely by mapping the quality of education with a program called the National Assessment. The implementation of a computer-based National Assessment, abbreviated as ANBK (Computer-Based National Assessment) is an assessment of the quality of each education unit and equality program at the elementary and secondary levels with instruments in the form of Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), character surveys, and learning environment surveys. The purpose of this study was to find out about the evaluation implementation of ANBK at the Tanjungsari Banyudono Muhammadiyah Elementary School. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the implementation of ANBK previously used the online ride-hailing mode which later became independent online the following year. After switching to independent online, it was accompanied by improvements in facilities and infrastructure such as increasing electrical power from originally 900 watts to 2,200 watts, internet speed from previously 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps and adding laptop devices, this was done for the smooth implementation of ANBK. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of ANBK is the limited number of laptops. Even though it had been attempted by borrowing the teacher's, it turned out that not all of the teacher's laptops were in good condition. While the supporting factors are the improvement of facilities and infrastructure such as increased power and internet speed, and students who have been provided with computer/laptop operation training long before the implementation of ANBK through ICT extracurricular activities.

Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning or commonly called PKWU lessons is a lesson that provides discussion on a work that is made and entrepreneurship. To be able to understand material about crafts based on local cultural artifacts/objects, a method is needed, namely Project Based Learning (PjBL). This model is used because it involves student activities in learning that function to solve problems in understanding the subject matter. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class 10 IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu. The purpose of research using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is that students can understand the subject matter, so that student learning outcomes are better. The final result of the research value obtained by students less than 70 is 2.77% or as many as 1 student, students who get scores equal to 70 and less than 80 are 0% or as many as 0 students, then students who get scores of 80 and less than 90 are 61.11% or as many as 22 students, students who get scores equal to 90 to 100 are 36.11% or as many as 13 students. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) teaching method is very appropriate for improving student learning outcomes in class X IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu because the PJBL learning model is very enjoyable for students and later it is hoped that it will enable students to develop entrepreneurial abilities in the field of crafts in the community.

This study aims to gain a thorough understanding of efforts to improve educator performance through classroom supervision in the learning process in junior high schools. The type of research used is classroom action research through Kemmis and Mc. Taggart with four activity stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research began in September 2022 and ended in November 2022. The subjects studied were 17 SMP Negeri and 2 Kiarapedes teachers, consisting of 10 ASN teachers and seven honorary teachers. Data collection utilizes observation and interviews; then, the results are analyzed descriptively and presented as tables and graphs. The study results show that the teacher's performance has increased significantly in the learning process by implementing class supervision activities. This portrait of success is illustrated in the two cycles carried out; initially, in the first cycle, 29.42% of teachers still had less high performance, then in the next cycle, it became 0%. In the first cycle, only 23.53% of teachers had high performance; then, in the second cycle, there was a significant increase to 41.18% of teachers who had quite high performance. In addition, initially, only 47.05% of teachers had high performance (very high and high) in the first cycle and then increased to 58.82% of teachers who had high performance in the second cycle.

In today's 4.0 era, the world of education is in direct contact with rapid technological developments, so that almost all processes are technology-based. Technology is used to support all learning activities, one of which is as a learning medium. This form of technology-based media is an example of a math playground. This media is able to form a fun and meaningful mathematics learning experience for children. This study aims to investigate how Math Playground is implemented in class IV MIN RL and to find out whether Math Playground is able to support the characteristics of education in the 4.0 era. This research is a qualitative research with a field research approach through interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. Based on the research findings, it is known that the stages of using Math Playground at MIN RL include identifying needs, introducing students, implementing them in learning, and evaluating them. Math Playground is able to form an exciting and fun learning experience so that it can help students understand the learning concepts taught by the teacher. Apart from that, Math Playground is also able to improve the characteristics of education 4.0. Characteristics in the field of digital skills because through the math playground students' intensity in using digital technology will increase. Furthermore, in the field of special education because at the stage of selecting content for use, teachers can adjust math content to suit the needs and interests of students, namely playing while learning.
