Abstract

Bullying is a problem that can occur in educational settings. The existence of bullying in primary education can be the seed of other forms of violence. The role of educators in schools is needed in an effort to reduce the number of bullying through various strategies. This study aims to determine the effect of using character education-based animated videos on students' understanding based on two aspects, namely knowledge and awareness of bullying. The research subjects were high school students in Sumedang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The data collection instrument was a test administered to 96 students to measure the level of knowledge and awareness about bullying. The results of the paired t-test showed that the knowledge aspect obtained a value of p<0.05 (0.00<0.05) and the awareness aspect obtained a value of p<0.05 (0.00<0.05), meaning that there was a difference between the average score of the pre-test and post-test scores from the knowledge and awareness aspects. The use of character education-based animated videos significantly improved the knowledge and awareness of high school students towards bullying behavior.

Abstract

Elementary school students generally have the characteristics of being happy to play, happy to move, happy to work in groups and happy to demonstrate things directly. Therefore, educational practices must undergo a transformation to be more student-centered and encourage active student participation through the use of learning models or media that are appropriate and suitable for elementary school students. This media was created taking into account second grade elementary school students. To help students better understand the meaning of each Pancasila principle, researchers developed the Pancasila Smart Board Media as a teaching aid. By using the Pancasila smart board media. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila education for class II students at UPT SDN 12 Gresik with a total of 25 students. This research uses classroom action research methods through observation, tests and field notes. Each cycle consists of Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection. To analyze test results regarding student learning outcomes, researchers added up the scores for each component according to traditional evaluations regarding the percentage of learning completion. There was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely, in the pre-cycle the percentage was still 40%, and in the first cycle it rose to 72% and in the second cycle it became very good with a percentage of 100%. After three cycles, finally the learning outcomes assessment reached 100% in cycle II, which shows success. Class II students at UPT SDN 12 Gresik can use the Pancasila smart board media to improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of the Merdeka Curriculum is to shape student character so that it conforms to the Pancasila Student Profile. One of the dimensions developed is creativity. The Arts, Culture and Crafts (SBdP) subject is one of the lessons that can sharpen students' creativity. Based on the results of observations, students' SBdP creativity is still low, so action is needed in SBdP learning. The aim of this research is to increase the creativity dimension of SBdP through the use of the Canva application integrated with Tri N's teachings. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with 27 subjects in grade VI elementary school. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by detailing the results of observations and interviews. Research findings show that the use of the Canva application which is integrated with Tri N teaching principles has a positive impact on increasing student creativity in the context of learning Arts, Culture and Crafts (SBdP). This can be proven by the results of observations before the action was carried out showing that there were 19 out of 27 or 70% of students who had not developed, after the action was taken there were 2 out of 27 or 7% of students starting to develop, 17 out of 27 students or 63% developed according to expectations. , and 8 out of 27 students or 30% developed very well.

Abstract

Learners are people who try to develop themselves through the education process. In the future they are the next generation of the nation who will run the Government as leaders. Therefore, the main focus of classroom teaching should be to help students develop and learn according to their development. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) based learning in one of the public primary schools in Binong, Tangerang. To capture the learning, two indicators were used, namely teachers' beliefs about learners and learning practices in the classroom. The research method used a case study focusing on grade 1 with the subject of the homeroom teacher. The instruments used are questionnaires, interview guides, checklists and observation sheets for DAP-based classroom activities. The results showed that there is a congruence between teachers' beliefs about students and the principles of DAP, but in practice, teachers have not been optimal in practising DAP in the learning process. Suggestions for teachers are the need to improve their processional competence as teachers to seek knowledge about the characteristics of child development, teaching approaches or methods that are appropriate to the context, etc. Suggestions for schools are to provide adequate facilities for both teachers and students, provide guidance for and also activate the role of supervisors in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the science process and high-level thinking of class X high school students who are given an inductive thinking and group investigation learning model. This research was carried out in April-June at MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. The research population was all class X MIA students of 300 people. The sample was taken by purposive sampling and amounted to 60 people. The research results show that (1) There is a very significant difference in science process skills and learning models. The results of science process skills taught using the investigative group learning model (88.83 ± 8.37) were more significant than the inductive thinking learning model (85.50 ± 7.23); (2) There is a very significant difference between high level thinking and learning models. The results of higher level thinking taught using the investigative group learning model (87.33 ± 13.37) were more significant than the inductive thinking learning model (83.33 ± 12.41); (3) There are differences in science process skills given the inductive thinking learning model and group investigation at low and high KBA; (4) There are differences in high-level thinking given the inductive thinking learning model and group investigation at low and high KBA; (5) There is a relationship between science process skills and students' higher level thinking from the results of applying the inductive thinking learning model and group investigation, r = 0.876 and r^2 = 0.768.

Abstract

An approach that is often used to assess an educator is needed in order to match what is expected. It is expected that with a good understanding of the concept of assessment, teachers will be able to adjust and evaluate students' skills according to their actual needs. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of integrating the Benchmark Assessment (PAP) and Normative Reference Approach (PAN) in teaching. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study at Warungboto State Elementary School, Umbulharjo District, Yogyakarta. The data collection method used in this research was observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis method used in the research is descriptive analysis technique. The research results show that: 1). There is still a lack of understanding regarding the integration paradigm of the Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP) and the Normative Reference Approach (PAN). The implementation of assessments using the Benchmark Reference Approach (PAP) and Normative Reference Approach (PAN) has not been carried out thoroughly, openly, honestly and comprehensively, so teachers still need a holistic approach that involves developing teacher professionalism, collaboration between fellow teachers, updating the use of technology, adjustments curriculum, development of effective assessment tools and implementation of continuous feedback and reflection. 2). There is still a need for further training for teachers, as well as addressing teacher problems such as workload and assessment pressure.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the positive impact of the development of television through film, especially in presenting deep moral values. The research method used is Library Research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through written sources, especially book texts in libraries and information from the internet, which relate to educational values ​​and morals. The focus of this research is on the values ​​of Moral Education contained in the film "Sang Kiai" by Rako Prijanto. Analysis of this film reveals the depth of the moral message connected to Islamic values ​​from the books of classical scholars. The research results show that "Sang Kiai" is not only entertainment, but also conveys a deep moral message, in accordance with the teachings of classical Islamic literature. The significant contribution of this film in the context of contemporary Islamic education lies in its role as a tool for teaching moral values. This research provides in-depth insight into how films such as "Sang Kiai" substantially convey the values ​​of moral education, relate them to classical Islamic literature, and contribute to modern Islamic education. The conclusion of this research is that works of art such as films have an important role in spreading and strengthening moral values ​​in society. Films, such as "Sang Kiai", have the potential to become vital instruments in moral education in the future. The prospects of this research indicate that film can be an effective means of conveying moral values ​​in modern Islamic education, with the potential to provide a significant positive impact.

Abstract

The primary emphasis of teacher performance lies in the strategies employed by educators to proactively enhance the academic achievements of their students. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between servant leadership, supervisory competence, and teacher work loyalty on teacher performance. This research uses survey methodology, the research sample is 19 school principals and 81 public elementary school teachers in Ciwandan District, Banten Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. The data collection instrument for this investigation was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS path modeling. The results of the research show that servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on supervision competence, supervision competence has no significant effect (p>0.05) on teacher performance, servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on teacher performance , and work loyalty have a significant effect on teacher performance. Future research is expected to produce a servant leadership paradigm to encourage the growth of teacher performance for the benefit of the school. The implications of this research finding may provide a useful means for principals to self-reflect on their leadership, thereby improving the overall quality of their educational leadership institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information related to the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning at MTs Al-hidayah Cinangka Sawangan Depok. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. The descriptive method in this study is used to describe how the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning. The data collection technique carried out by researchers in this study is interviews, First, interviews. Researchers use interviews that are semi-structured. The semi-structured interview itself aims to explore all forms of problems more openly, where all parties who are the object of the interview will be asked for their opinions and ideas. To get data, researchers focus on listening and recording everything released by the object being interviewed. Then the second is the study of documentation. The documentation in this study aims to record all data from the results of interviews that have been conducted with Indonesian subject teachers. The results showed that the Application of Independent Curriculum-Based Indonesian Learning has been implemented and is ongoing. However, in its application there are obstacles and still trying to re-streamline the application of this independent curriculum with the previous curriculum.

Abstract

The KAGANGA application was developed to introduce sundanese script based on android so that it can be a useful media in the learning process of sundanese script for grade V elementary school studentts. The purpose of this research was to develop the KAGANGA application and determine the efectiveness of using the KAGANGA application in the sundanese script learning process using this media. The research method used in this research is R&D (Research & Development) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection techniques using interview, questionnaires, test, and documentation. Producing KAGANGA application with an average expert assesment of 93,75% and the result of media practibility get a result of 90,1% obtaining very feasible criteria and can be used in the learning process. The t-Test result show that the sig chance value of 0.000 obtained smaller than 0.05, so reject H0 which states that there is no difference thus, that there is a difference in the average pretest and posttest which means that KAGANGA media is effectively used in the sundanese script learning process. In the future, this media is expected to be used in learning sundanese script and can be useful to help teachers and students.
