Abstract

This study analyzes customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kayuagung Branch. The independent variable in this study is the variable of customer service quality which consists of 5 dimensions, namely physical evidence, reliability, assurance and certainty, and empathy, while the dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers using a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, the F test and the t test. This study found that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially it shows that the variables of physical evidence and assurance and certainty have a significant effect, while reliability, responsiveness and empathy do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study explains the existence of social media Instagram at PT BNI Persero Cabang Dempo Palembang to find out the extent of social media influence on customer loyalty. This study uses primary data in the form of results from answers to questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that the convenience variable obtained the t value of 4.921 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The trust variable obtained by t count value of 4.289 with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Overall, based on the results of the research and the results of the analysis that has been done, the ease and trust of social media together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at BNI Cabang Dempo Palembang.

Abstract

This research explained about the preparation of an operational budget as a management function at Depot Karya Jaya. This study uses secondary data in the form of sales data in the last five years. The analysis technique used in this research was quantitative method in the form of budget calculations related to the company operational activities. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and library research. The results showed that the preparation of an operational budget not only requires of sales data in the previeous year, but also requires sales targets and policies that related to the company operational activities. In management function, budget can be used as a planning function which can be used as a guideline for achieving the targets of company. As a controlling function, the budget that has been prepared needs to be reviewed periodically so if the company’s condition is not same with the planned budget, the company can adjust the budget according to the conditons that happen nowdays

Abstract

This study describes the condition of the financial performance of UKM Mart Dharma Karya Palembang in the 2015-2019 period. This study used secondary data in the form of income statements for the last five years. Methods of data collection are carried out by means of interviews, documentary observations, and library research. The results showed that the financial performance of Mart Dharma Karya UKM during the last five years was considered very poor. This shows that the company has not been able to manage its finances effectively based on profitability ratios, namely return on equity which is considered very poor and continues to decline. As for the efforts that must be made by the company to increase the equity generated from the remaining operating results (SHU), namely by adding new members to join the KPRI Dharma Karya Palembang Cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 52 employees at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. The results showed that the variables of work discipline and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The application of employee work discipline is very helpful for the company in achieving organizational goals. Organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture can influence employee work behavior so that it can affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service delivery of goods on customer satisfaction at JNE Palembang Branch. The population of this study are consumers who use the JNE Palembang branch service delivery service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers did not conduct face-to-face interviews. Data collection techniques with snowball sampling using Google Form. In the first stage, the researcher gave permission to the JNE Manager, so that JNE would know that research would be carried out related to their services. The second stage is distributing the questionnaire URL through Whattapps. The questionnaire was collected as many as 100 people. The author uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the data is analyzed using the community satisfaction index (IKM). There are 10 indicators studied. Each service has the same weight. The results show that the service elements in the index are at the service interval very satisfied on each indicator of the ease of service procedures, the conformity of service requirements with the type of service, the discipline of service personnel, the responsibility of service officers, the ability of service officers, the speed of service, the politeness and friendliness of the officers, the suitability of the costs paid at a specified fee, the accuracy of the implementation of the service time schedule, comfort in the service unit environment. Practical implications for JNE Palembang Branch, the results of research in the form of information can be used to further improve the quality of service providers from these factors so as to achieve the goals and vision of JNE.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Firm Value in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). The size of the Return on assets (ROA) can have an increasing effect on Firm Value, meaning that the higher the financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), the better the productivity of assets in obtaining net profit

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how the influence of organizing a cultural event called Sriwijaya Festival, on the decision to visit Palembang City through variables of uniqueness, hospitality, symbolism, festive spirit, theme and authenticity. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the independent variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the decision to go to Palembang City. Partially, hospitality and themes have a significant and positive effect on the decision to visit Palembang City, while symbolism and authenticity have no significant and negative effect on the decision-making variables to visit Palembang City. As well as the uniqueness and festive atmosphere has no significant and positive effect on the decision to visit Palembang City. The magnitude of the influence of holding cultural events on the decision to visit Palembang City based on the results of the determination coefficient test is 36.2% and the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors which are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and business motivation on business success in culinary businesses in East Baturaja District. The sample is 34 restaurant business units. The results showed that there was an influence of creativity (X1) and business motivation (X2) on business success (Y) either partially or simultaneously. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test or f test can be that creativity has a greater influence on business success so that the most influential variable on business success is creativity. The results of the analysis of all indicators on the creativity variable there are indicators that have high values, namely being challenged to existing conditions, always curious, and having high self-motivation, while from the indicators of business motivation variables that there are indicators that have high values, namely material motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Food Security Service of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The sample of this research is all Civil Servants of the Food Security Service of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, totaling 32 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis using validity and reliability tests as well as T test and F test. This study found that workload (X1) and work motivation (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y),  either partially or simultaneously. The most influential variable in this research is workload. R Square value of 0.997 can be seen that the percentage contribution of the influence of workload and work motivation on employee performance is 99.7%.
