Abstract

The process of administrative services is also less obtained by the community today due to a lack of understanding of technical services by the apparatus in gampong government offices. Service patterns that have not been well organized coupled with the unsanciplined service pattern add dull to the face of service in Gampong Jrat Manyang. This service presents several problem points that arise from partners, namely Gampong Administrative Services that have not been efficient so that basic training of administrative services is needed.. The method of implementation of pre-implementation of activities requires observation of the location of the devotion so that the criteria are obtained that become the basis of community assessment of services such as Tangible. The results showed the core apparatus was very large reaching 60 percent of the total 100 percent. So this percentage shows the interest of gampong government administrators Keude Jrat Manyang as trainees and they are aware that the administrative services carried out so far from efficient. Abstract

Lack of knowledge of the use of financial statements, difficulties in using financial statement applications, limited product marketing problems. CV. Mekar Jaya, as a form of individual business in Majalaya, Bandung Regency, has experienced these various problems. Whereas the application of accounting in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is recording and decision making as well as long-term planning for MSMEs control tools to avoid spending outside of MSME planning and even to be able to find out debts to other parties. CV. Mekar Jaya are still not able to make their financial statements. The purpose of this Community Service Program is the implementation of orderly administration of MSME Financial Reports. The implementation method to overcome problems is by socializing the benefits and importance of financial reports for CV. Mekar Jaya, training on the use of Excel applications and other alternatives using the LAMIKRO application, assistance every weekend for 2 months so that they can report the Balance Sheet (Financial Position), Profit and Loss Report and Statement of Changes in Capital. The results of these financial statements can be used by CV. Mekar Jaya in making financial decisions, controlling business operational costs, knowing accounts payable, calculating taxes, and so on. Mandatory Outputs are expected by publication on social media, journals, and online news, while additional outputs are submitted in the form of Simple Copyright. Abstract

Mahaputra Senior hight school is one of education institution with goal for give for ability of science and for mastery of technology so that in the next hopelly in society can become generation and skilled, creative, inovativ employed. Goal of community service for giving basic science about finance management with use on line bank system service and making standard operating procedure about online payment.method and solution for problem solving in SMK Mahaputra. Training of community service doing with implemented training as zoom meeting with student, employed and management of SMK Mahaputra with amount 35 participan. Result of community service hoppely can improving management of SMK Mahaputra as increasing number of SOP and using financial digital system. Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) is one of the three dharmas of university education, or the major responsibility of lecturers. This PKM activity is open to students completing their last year at private universities. PKM activities include the evaluation of "Mendeley Training and Data Analysis Techniques." PKM activities will take place online via the media zoom on July 31, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. WIB. The implementation team for this activity is led by a lecturer from STIE Indonesia in Rawamangun, East Jakarta, and comprises lecturers from the State University of Jakarta (UNJ). This activity is intended for students completing their last year at private universities who match the following criteria: There were 111 participants representing 24 universities from DKI Jakarta, West Java, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Padang, Bangka Belitung, Jember, and Samarinda. This community service activity (PKM) produces the following outputs: (1) Improving students' understanding of the thesis preparation process; (2) Improving students' understanding of the structure and proper citation of reference sources; and (3) Improving students' capacity to interpret research findings. Abstract

Gedung Serbaguna Lebak Gede merupakan Gedung Serbaguna yang sedang dibangun oleh Kelurahan Lebak Gede, Kecamatan Coblong. Semakin ramainya aktivitas dan kegiatan masyarakat kelurahan Lebak Gede membuat kebutuhan sebuah Gedung Serbaguna di kelurahan Lebak Gede semakin meningkat. Dalam hal ini, kelurahan Lebak Gede membangun sebuah Gedung Serbaguna di sebuah lahan dengan luas bangunan sekitar 135 m2. Gedung ini akan difungsikan sebagai Aula Kelurahan, tempat rapat serta termasuk kantor yang diperuntukan untuk beberapa instansi terkait. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah sebagai bentuk laporan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim UNIKOM dalam membantu mendampingi perancangan alternatif desain bangunan Gedung Serbaguna. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan desain, aktivitas, perilaku dan gagasan desain berdasarkan pada kegiatan yang akan berlangsung didalam Gedung Serbaguna. Konsep perancangan alternatif desain Gedung Serbaguna ini dilakukan sesuai dengan harapan Lurah Lebak Gede. Diharapkan Gedung Serbaguna kelurahan Lebak Gede ini mampu mewadahi seluruh kegiatan masyarakat dan instansi-instansi di kelurahan Lebak Gede sehingga desain fungsi dan kegiatan dapat terintegrasi satu sama lain.

Abstract

Dengan adanya berbagai pembatasan aktifitas akibat adanya wabah Covid-19, dunia pendidikan harus beralih dari pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) ke pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) berbasis internet (daring). Agar pembelajaran daring dapat mencapai tujuannya, guru perlu menerapkan metode yang tepat dalam menyampaikan materi pelajarannya. Sehubungan dengan itu, penulis telah melakukan pelatihan metode penyampaian materi pembelajaran daring kepada guru-guru PKBM Daarul Adab, Kota Bandung. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah agar para guru dapat memahami perbedaan PTM dan pembelajaran daring dan kemudian menerapkan metode pembelajaran daring secara menarik dan efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini guru dapat memahami langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Selain itu diperoleh temuan bahwa kefektifan pembelajaran daring tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kepiawaian guru dalam mengajar tapi juga kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki siswa.

Abstract

The application of accounting to Hamlet is financial management and decision making and long-term planning as a control tool in the Hamlet environment to avoid expenses outside of Hamlet's planning, even to know the obligations to other parties. On the other hand, there are still findings that Hamlet has not carried out optimal financial management. This activity has the objectives of: 1). Sharing knowledge and working together in helping to optimize financial management; 2). Motivate ability and competence in financial management related to the ability to prepare financial statements; 3). Utilization of information systems so that management is not dominated by manual recording hopes that obstacles can be minimized, especially Microsoft Excel software applications. In its implementation, the method used in the form of training on Hamlet's financial management accompanied by giving examples of how to plan the financial expenditures of an institution, in this case, is Hamlet, how to record the institution's finances, the implementation of the institution's financial management and the assessment/supervision of the institution's finances. Furthermore, training in empowering Hamlet administrators by providing financial management tutorials through the introduction of basic accounting. Related to Hamlet's problems, solutions are needed to increase knowledge of implementing financial management in Hamlet 06 Antapani Wetan Village. They provide knowledge by socializing the concept of financial management and financial reporting by conducting discussion sessions with Hamlet 06 administrators related to the pattern of financial use obtained from government revenues and dues and non-governmental organizations.

Abstract

Tempat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu kelompok bank sampah “Citaman Resik” di Desa Citaman Kecamatan Ciomas Serang.Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk peningkatan keterampilan manajemen kewirausahaan untuk pengolahan aneka kerajinan serabut kelapa dan bahan atau pakaian bekas. Metode pelatihan berupa penyampaian materi manajemen usaha, inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, pendampingan dan monitoring pasca pelatihan.Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa anggota kelompok usaha bank sampah Citaman Resik banyak yang belum memahami manajemen usaha, inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, hal ini disebabkan masih minimnya latarbelakang pendidikan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman dan sumber daya manusia dan juga masih kurangnya peran dari apparat Desa Citaman dan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Serang dalam membantu peningkatan keterampilan manajemen kewirausahaan kepada anggota kelompok usaha bank sampah citaman resik Desa Citaman Ciomas.

Abstract

Fakultas Desain Universitas Komputer Indonesia yang telah bekerjasama dengan Puat Penelitian Teh dan Kina (PPTK) melaksanakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berupa perancangan/ pembuatan iklan video. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara baik bertemu langsung dengan pihak PPTK, maupun diskusi secara online. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan video adalah dengan metode langsung berupa Design Thinking yaitu mitra diajak berperan serta sebagai klien. Video Iklan Produk PPTK Gambung ini telah di upload ke Youtube pada tanggal 9 Februari 2022 dengan dengan judul “Gamboeng White Tea Baik bagi Menjaga Kesehatan dan Kecantikan Wanita” dengan link https://youtu.be/vAcjEw9xeeo. Video yang telah dirancang ini sejalan dengan penelitian tentang white tea yang menyatakan bahwa produk ini perlu didorong untuk komersialisasi dengan melakukan promosi yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) is a collaborative activity between lecturers and students that must be carried out as part of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education. Garbage is a problem that still cannot be solved in various regions in Indonesia, especially in the village of Cau Belayu, Tabanan Regency. Effective waste management can provide a solution in overcoming floods in the rainy season, one of which is the vetiver system and biopori technology. These two systems can accelerate the absorption of water into the soil. This method of implementing community service is carried out by providing education to the community about vetiver systems and biopori technology, and after that, implementing the two programs directly on the community pages that have been deemed worthy of the two programs. Both systems provide many benefits to the community, namely reducing organic waste and fertilizing the soil, this is due to a biological process that will turn the waste into compost. The holes are made, then given organic waste which will trigger soil biotas such as worms and ants, and plant roots to create cavities in the soil. This community service activity is carried out through three stages, namely assessment of the village, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of this community service, now the people of Cau Belayu village have implemented these two technologies in people's homes even though they use simple equipment. In addition, the two systems are also implemented in the environment around the temple and the shrines in the village.
