Abstract

Benthos are organisms that live in the bottom of the waters, either animal or plant, living on the surface and in the bottom of the waters. This study aims to determine the diversity of Macrozoobenthos in the River Aek Buru. The study began in May 2021 to June 2021. Sampling of macrozoobenthos done using a Surber net. based on differences in the substrate at the base of the river. Macrozoobenthos found in the Aek Buru consists of two Phyla, namely the Arthropods and Mollusks. Phylum Arthropoda are found is of the class of Insects belonging to the genus Hydropsyche, Polycentropus, psephenus, Dryops, Anthopotamu, Acroneuria and Triops. The phylum of Mollusks that are found are from a class of Bilvavia included in the Genus Corbicula and of the class of Gastropods of the Genera Melanoides and Melanatria. The abundance of macrozoobenthos of the highest on each of the stations is Polycentropus (66,67 ind/L) and Potadoma (266,67 ind/L). The abundance of macrozoobenthos of the highest found is Melanatria by 622,2 ind/L. Based on the value of the Index of Diversity (H) (0,367 – 0,602) the index of dominance (C) (0,132 – 0,386) and the evenness (E) (0,367 – 0,602) River Aek Buru in the category good condition with high species diversity. Physical and chemical factors of the water body capable of supporting life macrozoobenthos.

Abstract

The study of networks in the internationalization process of SMEs has become an interesting discussion, this condition is because each country has unique dynamics in utilizing existing networks. The results of the analysis of the 20 articles in this study show that being proactive in the network community will strengthen relationships with partners and implementing an alliance strategy will strengthen the position of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and expanding markets. This condition occurs in both developing and developed countries. The dominant factor influencing the speed of the internationalization process is social and business network relations that begin with social ties. Of the 8 articles that discuss networking in the process of internationalization in developed countries (China, Central America, and East America), it shows that the government as an institution that has an important role in the internationalization of SMEs needs to design a framework in the form of policies that encourage the acceleration of various forms of collaboration between businesses. Meanwhile, 12 articles that discuss the process of internationalization in developing countries show that for the expansion and growth of SMEs a social network structure is needed, and the role of ethnic (group) ties in internationalization.

Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive study on management preventing efforts on disease transmission has been carried out by washing hands with soap since hands are the most transmittable disease medium. Hands should always be clean by using washing hands with soap (CTPS) following to the correct steps. Before practicing CTPS, respondents were given counseling about hand washing by carrying out 7 steps of washing hands starting with rubbing the palms, back of the hands, between the fingers, closing the right and left fingertips, rubbing the thumbs, cleaning the fingertips then ending by wiping the wrists, rinse with water and dry. The results of observations in class action research on 47 respondents that are university students in Jakarta Indonesia concluded that most respondents (59.57%) had practiced CTPS correctly. The results of the observations of the CTPS steps or steps can showed that most respondents (86.02%) have carried out these steps, in fact all respondents have carried out step 1 and step 7 correctly. The quality of the implementation of the CTPS steps, which were mostly good, was made possible by the educational factors possessed by the respondents and the information obtained during the counseling before the respondents carried out the CTPS practices. The good quality of the implementation of the CTPS steps was also made possible that most of the respondents around 74.47% were women.

Abstract

In goods import activities at PT. Internusa Hasta Buana overloaded from the Container Yard (CY) to the CFS Warehouse. Delays in ships and Delivery Order documents are factors that cause overbregan delays and will affect stripping productivity at PT Internusa Hasta Buana. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of overbregan delays on stripping productivity at PT Internusa Hasta Buana. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The population of this research is container handling activities at PT. Internusa Hasta Buana with samples namely Overbringing and Stripping Activities which experienced delays at PT. Internusa Hasta Buana Jakarta, in 2007. The method used is quantitative description. The results of the research show the results of the analysis regarding the relationship between late Overbringing and Stripping at PT. Internusa Hasta Buana using correlation analysis shows a value of r = 0.83. This proves that the influence of Overbrengen delay on Stripping has a strong and positive relationship on the productivity of PT's Stripping implementation. Internusa Hasta Buana, the results of hypothesis testing with an error rate of 5% on all sample data, obtained the number t0 = 4.36 > t table = 1.182 so that Ho: r = 0 is rejected and Ha: r> 0 is accepted, meaning there is a significant relationship between Delay Overbrengen and implementation of Stripping at PT CFS Warehouse. Internusa Hasta Buana and the results of the analysis of the influence of Overbrengen delays on the implementation of Striping using coefficient analysis obtained the regression equation model Y = 9.17 + 1.01, which means that if the variable for Overbrengen and stripping delays (X) increases by 9.17 times then the variable for the number of containers which in Overbrengen and Stripping will increase by 1.01 times. The results of the determining coefficient obtained were 68%, meaning that the influence of late Overbrengen on the implementation of Stripping at the CFS Warehouse of PT. Internusa Hasta Buana was 68% and the remaining 32% was due to other factors being ignored, as well as delays in Overbringing to PT's CFS warehouse. Inernusa Hasta Buana is caused by several factors including: delays in Delivery Order documents from shipping companies.

Abstract

The food processing industry, whether related to livestock, agriculture, or fishery products, often requires thickening additives to improve product quality. Salak trees are found around the Southern Tapanuli area of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Previous research showed the Midrib Sap Flour Salak Tree (TGPS) has fairly good quality content as a natural thickening agent but has not reported the quality of TGPS in terms of heavy metal content. Here, a study was carried out to determine the heavy metal content of TGPS. This research was conducted in January-March 2022 in Southern Tapanuli. The analysis showed that the metal content in TGPS does not exceed the threshold required in Indonesian Standard SNI 7387-2009.

One of the problems faced in achieving economic stability is inflation which can cause imbalance and instability in the economy. Therefore, this paper discusses the approach put forward from an Islamic perspective to control inflation and achieve sustainable economic stability, through: 1) implementation of a sharia-based monetary system, which prohibits usury (interest) and excessive speculation, 2) currency management, 3) equity in income distribution, 4) encouraging investment in the productive sector and economic infrastructure, and 5) economic supervision and regulation. The narrative of this research is told in accordance with the requirements of the formulation being addressed. It is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study technique. The findings of this study demonstrate that, from an Islamic perspective, attempts to maintain economic stability and manage inflation are not just commercial endeavors but also an essential component of worship for achieving social welfare and justice. By implementing these approaches, it is hoped that the economy in the Islamic view can achieve sustainable stability and provide long-term benefits for society as a whole.
