Abstract

The habitat of endophytic bacteria in plant tissues making it automatically used by plants to protect themselves against pathogenic bacteria. Endophytic bacteria have been applied in various fields, including agriculture, pharmacy, medicine, and biotechnology. This review was carried out to summarize recent studies focusing on the diversity of endophytic bacteria derived from traditional medicinal plants which have antibacterial activity and extracellular enzymes. This article was prepared and written by referring to literature studies collected from books and online journal publication. The literature review of endophytic bacteria focused on Vernonia anthelmintic, Saurauia scaberrinae, and Ki rinyuh (Chromolaena odorata) plants. The results revealed that endophytic bacteria obtained from Vernonia anthelmintic plant is from Micrococcus, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas, and Pantoea genus which possess the same biological properties as the host plant, producing antibacterial activity. Saurauia scaberrinae plant successfully isolated endophyte fungus Phoma sp. which produces phomodione (4) and cercosporamide. Phomodione (4) exhibit inhibitory activity against S. aureus, P. ultimum, S. sclerotiorum and R. solani. Cercosporamide exhibits inhibitory activity against S. aureus. Endophytic bacteria were also isolated from Ki rinyuh (Chromolaena odorata), including BECB3, BECB 4, BECA 8, BECA 5, BECA 1, and BECA 10 isolates which have extracellular enzyme activities such as ?-amylase, ?-amylase, cellulase, chitinase, and protease. Understanding endophytic bacteria in medicinal plants can help researchers apply them effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of product leaks so as to minimize the risks of product quality degradation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed to obtain useful information to solve a problem in research. The process of testing the validity and reliability in this study uses a triangulation process. In this study, to measure Quality Risk Management, FMEA is used as a tool to measure or identify the source or cause of a quality problem. The next method to solve problems or risks in Quality Risk Management is AHP. The results of the study can be concluded that, Quality Risk Management in the distribution of Infusion products. The risk with the highest RPN value is the risk of damaged goods in the distribution flow of releasing goods from the warehouse to the expedition of PT. BSP which causes a leak in the softbag packaging. These risks are then analyzed to find the best alternative for handling them. Determine alternative handling of Quality Risk Management in the distribution of Infusion products at PT. BSP using the AHP method. Based on calculations using Expert Choice 11 software, the priority criteria are time and handling effectiveness which has the highest pairwise comparison value is the alternative of adding product handling information labels on cardboard packaging.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived safety on Intention to Use through Attitude as an Intervening Variable for ShopeePay Users in Madiun. This research is a quantitative study using sampling techniques using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Respondents of this study were 150 people. Data analysis used classical assumption test, hypothesis test, path analysis, and Sobel test mediation. Based on the results of the test (t), obtained the results of the perception of ease of perception and perceptions of security affect attitudes, perceptions of perceived ease of security affect intention to use with a significant value less than the alpha value of 0.05. The path analysis test obtained the results of the indirect sub-structural effect 1 Ease of perception on the intention to use through attitude as an intervening variable obtained the result that the direct effect was greater than the indirect effect. Results The indirect effect of perceptions of security on the intention to use through attitude as an intervening variable shows that the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect. The results of the Sobel test mediation test show that the results of the perception of Security on Intention to Use through Attitude as an Intervening Variable can mediate attitudes.

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations that could be traded on the stock exchange can be seen from JCI Indonesia so that we can know whether the market is bullish (strong) or bearish (weak). All in result by 2 factors, internal factors and eksternal. Many theory of past research revealed that the composite stock price index is influenced by several factors. Three factors including the value of the rupiah, world gold prices, and world oil prices. Because other than gold commodity rupiah exchange rate and the oil will affect the movement of stock indices on the StockExchange. The study population was the entire data rupiah exchange rate, oil prices and gold prices on the world in 2011-2014 and since such data exist today (historical price). This study uses statistical analisisis, Multiple linear regression, and the F test and T and test (coefficient of determination (R2)), Normality Test, Test Heteroskidastity. Based on hypothesis testing shows that world oil prices and world gold prices have a negative effect and no significant effect on the JCI while the rupiah / US $has a positive and significant impact on JCI.

Abstract

One of the victims of Covid-19 is micro industry. The research team attempts to find the community of original palm sugar (sugar from sugar palm tree) industry which will be process to become gula semut (crystalline sugar). The location where the research and the public service are done is Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera. It seems that the farmers of palm sugar industry are decreasing in number in Deli Serdang so that the research team is interested in increasing the community of palm sugar farmers and industry in developing their micro business. Another objective of the research is to increase the welfare of the palm sugar farmers in Deli Serdang, North Sumatera, with good and qualified crystalline sugar so that its sales price increases and it can enter domestic and international markets. The research employs descriptive qualitative method. The data are gathered by conducting interviews and using Focus Group Discussion with stakeholders. Specifically, the sugar palm trees are used for hand-handle sap tapping which yields water that flows from the stem of sugar palm tree. The water is called palm water (juice of the sugar palm which when fermented turns into toddy and vinegar). It has numerous kinds of palm sugar and one of them is crystalline sugar processing. In this research, crystalline sugar is used as the innovation from palm sugar processing in the form of slabs because its sales value is very promising. The concept of marketing strategy applied in this research is the online and offline marketing.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of changes in price levels, product quality, and service quality affect purchasing decisions at UD. Ghoni Jati Jaya, and to find out which variables have the most influence on purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative. Researchers will describe the situation in the field and how consumers make purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all people who make purchases at UD. Ghoni Jati Jaya. The sample in this study used incidental random sampling method. To determine the size of the sample that will be used in this study, the slovin approach formula is used with a sample of 30 respondents because consumers are UD. Ghoni Jati Jaya is predicted to take 350 per year from 2014 to 2020. The analytical tool used is the research instrument test, namely the multiple regression linear test and assisted by SPSS. In this study, attempts to analyze the independent variable (X) in this case is the independent variable that influences purchasing decisions, the independent variables include the price variable, product quality variable, and service quality variable. After everything is fulfilled, the last step is to do a multiple regression linear test. Variables of changes in price level, product quality, service quality are equal to zero or unchanged, then the Y value or purchase decision is 8.815. or it can be said that the three variables including changes in price levels, product quality, service quality have a joint effect of about 88.1% on purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis that the variables of changes in price levels, product quality, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at UD. Ghoni Jati Jaya
