The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. JIEMAR defends that open access publishing fosters the advance of scientific knowledge, making it available to everyone. Abstract

. Management of the Industrial Strategy and Defense Industry in the country is almost always faced with three main problems, namely: the development of defense technology that relies on two schemes, Human Resources (HR) Industrial Human Resources (HR). These three problems are sought to be resolved, but Indonesia has a limited budget to strengthen the research and development (R&D) system in the defense sector. Indonesia is targeting to build its own military. However, this requires a large amount of budget. So that the government can make policies related to this. The method used in this paper is a qualitative approach that discusses the Defense Industry Investment model in Indonesia. Data collection is done through literature study. Data from the archival process of data sources through literature study (Library Defense) in the form of books, journals or articles, archives, newspapers, and the internet are then analyzed with relevant theories based on topics. The author discusses several things, namely the role of the budget in supporting the defense industry and the mechanism of sources of financing for the defense industry and the transformation of the defense economy, as well as the dynamics of defense equipment expenditure needs. The results obtained are that until now the Ministry of Defense continues to rely on the "arms maintenance-modernization" model, which according to the proportion of GDP to defense equipment spending is 1-1.5 percent, and has not led to the "modernization-arms build up" model which requires an allocation of 2 percent of defense spending. GDP. The appearance model also shows a design of Rp. 1.7 kualidrun. Indonesia is still difficult to make the technological leaps needed to build a defense force in 2024.

Abstract

This empirical research aims to test and prove the effect of marketing strategy through digital marketing on purchasing decisions and the brand image variable is a mediation. Data were collected using a sampling technique where 320 respondents transacted in Indonesian SMEs. This research method is a quantitative method through path analysis and data analysis using SPSS software. The research data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed online. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis and Sobel test, it shows that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image as a moderating variable can strengthen or increase the influence of Digital Marketing variables on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

Manajemen komunikasi pada dasarnya adalah suatu perpaduan ilmu komunikasi dengan teori manajemen untuk diterapkan dalam berbagai latar tempat belakang suatu komunikasi. Manajemen komunikasi juga bisa diartikan sebagai suatu perencanaan yang sistematis, penerapan, pemantauan, serta revisi dari seluruh saluran komunikasi dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dan juga antar organisasi yang mencakup organisasi serta penyebaran instruksi pada komunikasi baru yang tersambung dengan jaringan, organisasi atau suatu teknologi komunikasi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan meneliti hubungan komunikasi dalam teori manajemen POSDCORB dan pertumbuhan gereja. Penemuan baru dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi teori Luther Gullick yaitu POSDCORB dalam manajemen dan pertumbuhan gereja.

Abstract

The background of the implementation of early childhood education is mostly focused on improving academic abilities only (memorization and calistung abilities) and ignoring the potential for ESQ intelligence and stimulation of Multiple Intelligences (MI). This makes the character formation of early childhood neglected. The Senling approach offers the concept of early childhood education with a fun atmosphere, not stressing and burdening children, but with the concept of directed play. Thus, children can learn optimally because the process of teaching and learning activities is adjusted to the needs, potentials and stages of early childhood development. This research is based on Jean Piaget's theory that by discovering their own knowledge through fun playing experiences, that knowledge will have strong roots in the brain, because it is integrated in the process of developing children's thinking skills that the child's character will be awakened along with life experiences received since childhood. content to adulthood. The goal is to be able to develop all ESQ and MI intelligence points in an integrated manner so that students in their learning activities are active, creative, and keep thinking by exploring their own experiences directly according to their needs and intelligence potential. ESQ and MI intelligence is what builds the foundation of early childhood character. So as to produce graduates who are competent and ready to continue their education in elementary schools as a provision for their success in the future. This dissertation research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the results of research according to scientific facts through the process of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the dissertation research show planning, organizing. implementation, evaluation, barriers and solutions with effective and comprehensive results, which integrate various disciplines centered on a problem, which is developed based on the needs, potential of ESQ and MI intelligence and in accordance with the stage of development. Management of early childhood character education through a sending approach prioritizes the best interests of children with the learning process carried out by placing children in a proportional position. Children are stimulated to actively carry out learning activities through directed play with the concept of happy learning so that children are able to realize the potential of ESQ and MI intelligence and produce noble characters as the basic foundation in treading early childhood success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki Enterprise Resource Planning dan Strategi Bisnis Terhadap Integrasi Manajemen Rantai Pasok dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Industri Pertahanan .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey. Responden penelitian ini adalah 120 manager di beberapa Industri Pertahanan yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling.Analisis pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Enterprise Resource Planning bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Integrasi Manajemen Rantai Pasok Industri Pertahanan , Enterprise Resource Planning bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bahwa strategi bisnis bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Integrasi Manajemen Rantai Pasok , strategi bisnis bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Industri Pertahanan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalag menganalisis hubungan CSR terhadap manajemen rantai pasokan, manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, CSR terhadap kinerja perusahaan.. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dari Perusahaan industri pertahanan penelitian kuantitatif melalui survei online, lalu menganalisis datanyamenggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Responden penelitian ini adalah 180 manager perusahaan Industri pertahanan yang ditentukan dengan metode simple ransom sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini adalah CSR berdampak positif terhadap manajemen rantai pasokan, manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dari sana, ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis harus menerapkan tanggung jawab sosial dan berpartisipasi dalam rantai pasokan dan praktik manajemen rantai pasokan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis dan berkelanjutan perkembangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait konsep kemakmuran dalam bermisi. Bermisi dianggap sebagai cara untuk menjalankan Amanat Agung atau untuk mendapatkan keuntungan belaka. Misi Kristus adalah misi Allah Tritunggal (Misi Trinitarian). Misi Allah Tritunggal berfokus pada pewartaan Kerajaan Allah, yang di dalamnya menghadirkan karya penebusan serta pemulihan. Yesus melakukan misi-Nya sesuai dengan kehendak Bapa-Nya dan misi yang Yesus lakukan juga dipimpin oleh Roh Kudus. Misi Allah Tritunggal dinyatakan langsung secara sempurna di dalam dan melalui Yesus Kristus. Misi yang dilakukan Yesus mencakup keseluruhan aspek kehidupan manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kepustakaan, buku-buku serta jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan.

Abstract

Abstract Family is the first place children are. The role of parents is very important considering the responsibility of parents to shape children into God's will. Faith must be instilled as early as possible as the initial foundation for children to grow towards maturity. So that children understand what to do and what not to do. Basically God's word will be the basis of how the child will act. Parents have this important role, as representatives of God on earth. Children will see God through their parents in the family. In accordance with the existing problems, the purpose of writing this scientific paper is: to find out how much influence Christian faith has when children grow up, through the role of parents who instill it in children from an early age. In scientific writing, the author uses a qualitative method which aims to describe the role of parents in the family as a whole from all aspects. Abstract

Pemerintahan satu dunia yang dikendalikan oleh satu pemerintah menjadi mimpi yang hendak diwujudkan oleh sekelompok elit yang memegang kekuasaan dalam bidang keuangan dan ekonomi, sosial dan politik, keagamaan dan spiritualitas. Rencana menguasai seluruh dunia dalam sebuah pemerintah totaliter akan menggantikan peran pemerintah-pemerintah yang berdaulat saat ini. Kehidupan yang lebih baik seperti yang dicita-citakan seluruh masyarakat terjadi semakin cepat di dunia menjadi tema utama dalam menggiring opini publik menuju persiapan New World Order (Tatanan Dunia Baru). Pengendalian keuangan dunia merupakan strategi dalam mengendalikan semua pemerintah di dunia. Peristiwa sejarah dan keadaan masa kini mempersiapkan langkah dari suatu rencana untuk mencapai penguasaan dunia melalui kekuatan pemegang kendali kekuasaan dalam proses penentuan keputusan. Hal ini akan sangat berpengaruh pada agenda misi di seluruh dunia, terutama dalam menghadapi sikap apatis terhadap Injil yang merebak di seluruh dunia. Gereja mengalami perubahan besar dalam menetapkan langkah-langkah misi dari model kovensional penginjilan tatap muka kepada penginjilan modern dengan menggunakan teknologi terdepan. Menjelang kedatangan Yesus kedua kali dalam perspektif eskatologi, perubahan-perubahan dalam kehidupan masyarakat terjadi semakin cepat dan menggiring manusia mengikuti perubahan tersebut dan mengabaikan nilai-nilai dasar kekristenan. Hak asasi manusia akan menjadi tantangan besar dalam melakukan pekerjaan misi memenangkan jiwa bagi Kristus, ketika orang tua sekalipun tidak dapat mengendalikan anaknya dalam memeluk agama dan percaya kepada Kristus. Tatanan Dunia Baru yang sangat mengagungkan pemikiran individu, akan mengubah pola pelayanan misi kedalam penginjilan pribadi dan komunitas, disamping pelayanan misi melalui keluarga. Teknologi menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan misi menjangkau jiwa-jiwa bagi Kristus.

Abstract

Discussions on logic and faith are not new things among Christians which often lead to conflicts. Logic is a philosophy of correct thinking, a science of correct thinking and at the same time it is an art of correct thinking. On the other hand, the act of faith is a person's willingness to sacrifice himself for the sake of his faith. Man is created in the image of God and it can be seen in his ability to reason and think so that the act of maximizing reason or logic that has been given to us is one of our ways to glorify God. Logic plays its role in making decision whether to act or not to act on something including when someone makes a decision to act on his Faith. Logic can prevent fallacy in thinking coming from incorrect faith, therefore harmony in the use of logic in regard of action of faith is important. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of logic in the act of faith and its relevance in Christian life. Researchers use a combination research method of quantitative and qualitative research ones.
