FOKUS, Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, kali ini memulai tampil dalam kemasan baru. Tampilan dan gaya baru bukanlah berarti menafikkan eksistensi dan substansi keilmuan, terutama ranah kajian administrasi publik. Terbitan ke 17 nomor 1, Maret 2019, tentunya banyak harapan dan tantangan yang masih harus dibenahi oleh Tim Penyunting. terutama yang berkaitan dengan isi, dimana edisi Jurnal kali ini belum dapat menyatukan tulisan dalam satu tofik (monograf). Namun demikian, tidaklah berarti mengurangi telaah substansi pembahasan sebuah persoalan keilmuan. Kritik yang bermanfaat sangat dihargai, namun bukan berarti kritik yang tidak bermanfaat tidak dihargai, hanya barangkali cara menempatkan kritik itu yang berbeda. Sebab semua kritik tentulah bermanfaat terlebih untuk Jurnal FOKUS ini. Semoga Jurnal FOKUS kedepan akan tampil semakin sempurna dan mampu menggugah kesadaran untuk menampilkan tulisan yang sangat erat terkait dengan ruang lingkup Ilmu Administrasi Publik dan mencapai tujuan bernegara yang bermuara pada penyelesaian persoalan publik (masyarakat), tentunya kontribusi yang tidak sebatas ide semata, namun yang sangat utama tentulah aksi-aksi (actions) konkrit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The simultaneous effect of E-WOM and social media promotion on repurchase intention in Shopee, (2) The effect of E-WOM on repurchase intention at Shopee (3) The effect of Social Media Promotion on repurchase intention at Shopee. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms about E-WOM, social media promotion, and repurchase intention which were distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis supported by using the program multiple linear regression analysis supported by using the SPSS statistics 25.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) E-WOM and social media promotions simultaneously affect repurchase intention at Shopee. (2) E-WOM affects repurchase intention at Shopee. (3) Social media promotion affects repurchase intention at Shopee.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze housing marketing strategies based on consumer needs and preferences at Amora Land Property Sintang with the scope of marketing strategies based on consumer needs and preferences in purchasing housing. The method used is a descriptive method. The research results show that the marketing strategy at Amora Land Property Sintang Housing is based on consumer needs and preferences. This means that from building to selling housing, Amora Land Property follows market trends and what consumers need for homes today.

Abstract

Human resources, especially village officials, are an important indicator in assessing institutional work performance. Increasing village apparatus resources can be increased through various aspects of activities, namely education, training, work supervision. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis type of research. The results of this research are that increasing the quality of the resources of Nanga Tonggoi village officials has not been optimally carried out, especially from the aspect of formal education, where none of the village and BPD officials have graduated from bachelor's level, while from the training aspect it has been carried out according to the needs of the village government by attending every training from the district government and province. Supervision is carried out internally by the village head through coordination and evaluation meetings, external supervision by the BPD is carried out in order to provide recommendations for the results of supervision in improving village apparatus resources.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunikasi Pembangunan Desa Jentawang Hilir Kecamatan Ketungau Hilir. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Komunikasi Pembangunan Desa Jentawang Hilir Kecamatan Ketungau Hilir. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian peskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Komunikasi Pembangunan dilakukan dengan komunikasi formal yang lebih mengarahkan komunikasi vertical, horizontal dan diagonal dan didukung dengan papan pengumuman dan belum memiliki media komunikasi dalam bentuk koran dan radio. Serta Media Komunikasi dengan menggunakan papan pengumuman yang ada di kantor desa serta masyarakat juga mendengarkan rodio dan membaca koran, Yang dilaku lebih fokus pada proses untuk menyamaan persepsi untuk menjalankan, koordinasi yang dilakukan adalah koordinasi antar pribadi yakni Koordinasi yang penerapannya antara pribadi/individu dalam usaha menyampaikan informasi yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai kesamaan pengertian, sehingga dengan demikian dapat tercapai keinginan bersama.

Abstract

In the post-Covid 19 era, interactive digital-based public services are one of the efforts to overcome the limitations of direct public services for the convenience of the community after Covid and to keep up with the times. So that digital innovation is needed in public services to be effective and efficient, this study attempts to identify quality indicators and obstacles in the implementation of e-government in the post-Covid 19 IT era. The research method used in this study is the library research method. The study was conducted by collecting data through documentation techniques and online data searches, using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the search, the author found that the use of e-government still requires consolidation and maturation in terms of service quality in terms of efficiency, trust, reliability, and community support. The implications of this study can be used as consideration and input for the government to improve the quality and innovation of digital-based public services. The recommendations in this study are that improvements are needed to the application server and government website, to carry out continuous socialization and require the readiness of solid and experienced human resources, especially in the field of technology. Abstract

The land acquisition policy for development purposes in the public interest in Bukit Segaloh Village is carried out through purchase or other terms of compensation for land ownership surrendered by the owner for development without coercion and is done consciously based on an agreement so that no issues arise. The research aims to analyze how the implementation of land acquisition policy in Indonesia, the challenges faced, and the solutions that can be offered to realize justice and efficiency in development implementation. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of land acquisition policy for development purposes in the public interest and the challenges faced, as well as solutions that can be offered to realize justice and efficiency in development implementation. The land acquisition procedure has been carried out through the surrender of land rights and sale-purchase agreed upon by the parties concerned. The land surrendered still uses a land certificate (SKT), granting land rights controlled directly by the state to one or several people jointly or a legal entity. The landowner does not determine the amount of compensation but is based on an agreement. The agreement is made considering the limited budget for land acquisition and the source of funds used by policymakers for land acquisition. Implementation of policies related to land acquisition has been carried out through coordination, communication, and mutual agreement.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem raised in this research is the Quality of Public Services at the Sokan Sub-district Office, Melawi Regency. Based on the Research Results that the Quality of Service is based on the Decree of the Regent of Melawi Regency, concerning the Determination of Sub-districts in Melawi Regency as the organizer of Sub-district Administration services, this Decree of the Regent of Melawi is about the initial stages of implementing service policies related to standard operating procedures in Sub-districts in Melawi Regency. Service time With the existence of service standards published to the public, it will provide information to the public regarding the timeliness of completing their administrative files.. However, in addition to these standards, transparency from service officers regarding service completion times is also required. Service procedures remain guided by the Sokan District Administrative Service Guidelines, which are first guided by Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 concerning "Guidelines for District Administrative Services." The service personnel at the Sokan District Office, specifically in Sokan District, Melawi Regency, are individuals with expertise in the field of public service and have mastered the ins and outs of their respective areas. The conclusion of this study is that service quality, service time, service procedures, and service personnel resources meet the Public Service Quality Standards at the Sokan District Office, Melawi Regency. Abstract

The existence of a company in an area in Indonesia is expected to have a positive impact on the local community, both in the form of developments in the community's economic and social and cultural sectors. The impact on the economic sector is expected that the existence of a company can increase community income, provide jobs and help improve the infrastructure around the company's operations. With the existence of the oil palm plantation company PT Kalimantan Bina Permai has provided a very positive role for the community in the company's operational area, especially in the aspect of various infrastructures, both in the form of improving access to community transportation and creating new infrastructure needed by the local community outside of company assistance in the Health sector and the Education sector. In addition, the company also helps the community in improving economic status in the form of providing and absorbing labor for the community in the company's operational area and playing a role in increasing community income which was much better before.

Abstract

Classic problems in public services such as complicated procedures and low user satisfaction require a strategy update that is oriented to the needs of the community. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing user-based public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sintang Regency through a qualitative approach. Using in-depth interviews and document studies, this study found that bureaucratic reform and organizational culture have a significant influence on service quality. Implementation of the values of service ethics, accountability, and public responsibility are key factors. Public service development strategies will be effective if they are designed integratively-involving organizational structure, technology, human resources, and institutional values together. Service strategies cannot stand alone without the support of cross-field coordination, simplification of regulations, and data-based evaluation. The conclusion confirms that the success of public service development lies in changing the work culture of the apparatus that focuses on user satisfaction and procedural efficiency. It is expected that service providers can develop a roadmap, increase human resource capacity, strengthen participatory evaluation systems, develop user-friendly digital applications, simplify service structures and procedures adaptively, instill a work culture of public services, increase public digital literacy, ensure the sustainability of service innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts of S.A. Beauty Space Sintang in increasing customer satisfaction through the implementation of Word of Mouth (WOM) marketing strategies. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that although S.A. Beauty Space provides informative social media content and quality service, customer interaction remains relatively low. WOM occurs mostly through private communication rather than public reviews. Customers are satisfied with services, especially during festive events, and often return. The company attempts to respond quickly to customer feedback and uses Instagram to expand brand awareness. Despite the lack of formal programs to optimize WOM, organic testimonials and influencer partnerships help promote the brand. This study concludes that enhancing digital interaction and feedback response is essential to leverage WOM marketing effectively.
