Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia reaches hundreds of thousands, but not all of them are active due to several factors including member participation, business volume, total assets and outside capital. The purpose of this study is to provide the dominant factors that influence the success of cooperatives in terms of SHU/profits. The data used is from 2001-2021 with multiple regression as the analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables own capital, outside capital and businesa volume affect the SHU. Partially own capital does not affect the profit, while sales volume and outside capital affect the profit. The limitation of this research is that the data used is not based on the types of cooperatives in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment, teacher motivation and job satisfaction which contribute to teacher performance. The research was conducted on teachers of State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 3 Bireuen. Using path analysis. Data was collected through valid and reliable questionnaires. The research results show; 1) between exogenous variables namely work environment, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction have a positive correlation with an average between 0.46 to 0.56. 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher performance of 42.14%, between work motivation on teacher performance of 45.55% and job satisfaction on teacher performance of 47.74%. 3) Simultaneously work motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction make a positive contribution of 71,1% to the performance of MAN 3 Bireuen teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Class IIB Bireuen Penitentiary employees who analyzed financial performance based on a study of the factors of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction. With descriptive and verification analysis methods using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the correlation of transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture and job satisfaction was very strong on the financial performance variable so that the contribution was 89,9%. However, partially there is no significant influence of transformational leadership style or organizational culture on financial performance. Significant influence only occurs in the variable job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The research objects were 49 teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bireuen Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) There is a relationship between the variables of organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on a moderate scale, 2) there is a partial influence of the three predictor variables namely organizational culture, teacher competency and principal leadership on teacher performance. 3) together with organizational culture, teacher competence and leadership

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and obtain empirical input on the facts that occur in the research object relating to the influence of work environment factors, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations on the work spirit of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers (MTSN) in Bireuen Regency. In the form of a survey with data collection through questionnaires. Described quantitatively by analyzing the problem using a path analysis model. The results were found; 1) there is a causal relationship between work environment variables, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations with an average correlation level of 0.475 or medium category, 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher morale of 36.05%. Meanwhile, individual characteristic factors were 57.87% and organizational factors were 52.91%. 3) Simultaneously the work environment, individual and organizational characteristics contribute 48,7% to teacher morale

Abstract

Performance-based work assessment for civil servants must guarantee the objectivity of civil servant development based on achievement systems and career systems. Assessments are carried out based on performance planning at the individual and unit or organizational level, taking into account targets, achievements, results, benefits achieved and behavior, in accordance with PP No. 20 of 2019. Of course there are many personal factors that will influence. contribute to employees, such as the quality of resources. Humane, supported by high work discipline. Apart from that, sometimes there are also drivers who are very close to the work and environment, implementing a work culture in the organization in accordance with applicable regulations. This is the focus of this research. With research on 57 Class IIB Bireuen Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. This research takes the form of a survey using questionnaires and data analysis techniques with a descriptive approach and statistical analysis using the path analysis model. The research results found that (a) there was a direct and indirect influence of HR factors, work discipline and organizational culture on performance of 31.09%, 15.51% and 16.85% respectively. (b) simultaneously these three factors make a positive contribution to employee performance by 59%.

Abstract

This research was conducted on a micro scale to study the performance of employees of the Community and Gampong Empowerment Service (DPMG) in Pidie Jaya Regency. The things studied are based on leadership factors, employee empowerment and work motivation. The form of survey research uses a questionnaire with the subject respondents being 42 employees in the office. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing and research analysis use the path analysis model. The research results found: (a) The contribution of leadership factors, employee empowerment and work motivation in efforts to maintain employee performance is quite large, namely 32.92%. (B). Causality analysis proves that there is a significant relationship between leadership and employee empowerment (R=0.331), between employee empowerment and work motivation (R= 0.419) and there is a causal relationship between motivation and leadership (R= 0.441). (c) Leadership aspects have a direct and indirect influence on employee performance by 45.27%. The employee empowerment aspect has an influence on employee performance by 39.59% and the contribution of work motivation to employee performance is 32.92%.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the influence of remuneration, work motivation and leadership style of Dr Fauziah Bireuen Hospital employees on employee performance. Based on survey research via questionnaires on a sample of 109 employees with quantitative analysis techniques using multiple regression. The research results show that remuneration influences the performance of RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. Work motivation influences employee performance and leadership style influences employee performance. Simultaneously, remuneration, work motivation and leadership style influence Dr. Fauziah Bireuen amounted to 25.745%.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze empirically: the influence of village fund allocation and Village Fund management in villages in Samalanga District on the performance of village heads. As well as its relationship with community welfare. Using a number of community samples as sources, through questionnaires. With a quantitative path analysis approach. The research results show: (1) Village Fund Allocation is related to village fund management. (2) Village fund allocation affects the performance of the Village Head by 18.13%. (3) Village Fund Management influences Village Head Performance by 22.05%. (3) Simultaneously the allocation of village funds and management of village funds makes a significant contribution to the performance of the Village Head by 64.2%. (4) There is an influence of the Village Head's performance on the welfare of the village community by 55.8%. (5) There is a direct and indirect influence of village fund allocation on community welfare in the village of Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, namely 19.82%, there is also a direct and indirect influence of village fund management on community welfare. the community in Samalanga Village, Samalanga District is 23.03%.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically analyze job analysis, human resource planning and employee recruitment on employee performance. In the form of a case study at the Bireuen Regency Education and Culture Office. Using quantitative research with path analysis. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on a sample of 65 employees. The research results show: (1) There is a causal relationship between exogenous variables, namely job analysis, HR planning and recruitment with an average correlation value of 0.53. (2) There is a direct and indirect influence of job analysis on employee performance of 35.29%. (3) There is a direct and indirect influence of HR planning on employee performance of 43.97%. (4) There is a direct and indirect influence of recruitment on employee performance of 40.67%. (5) Simultaneously the contribution of job analysis, HR planning and recruitment had an impact on the performance of Bireuen Regency Education and Culture Service employees by 79.1%.
